It is always a disappointment to use this health center. Someone leaves there sick... Nobody answers the phones. We have to miss work to get there and suffer from the bad mood of the employees, who, in the end, are all of us who pay their salaries. Then there are appointments with minutes counted, always being rushed and without any professional ethics in customer service. This is the reflection of the National Health System in a (supposedly) developed country!

Pior experiência de sempre. Consulta agendada com bebé às 8:15, atenderam às 11:00 sem grande explicação. Sendo que abrem às 8:00, se tínhamos consulta marcada não é possível que tenha sido só um mero atraso!! É falta de cuidado e zelo.

They are only open for the minister of health to come to the media to say that there are many sasu's to support the hospitals! But they don't help anyone, even if they are referred from the SNS, which unfortunately sends patients and has no information on how these sasu's are!! A shame!!!

Although I didn't belong to this area, on the day of the doctors' strike, I called and was kindly answered by a very friendly doctor. A compliment to the lady at the secretariat who signed me up and to the doctor who attended to me. Criticism is not just for saying bad things!

They used the Ministry of Health's SMS to make an appointment that didn't exist. That's great? My 78-year-old mother, who still works (she has a store), went to Covelo today because she received an SMS on behalf of the Ministry of Health on 10/04. When it arrived it was empty of people to help and full of people to be served.

O que está acontecendo com Covelo? Sempre consegui consulta, inclusive para o mesmo dia e pelo telefone. Mais ontem, com febre passando mal, liguei e não consegui marcar consulta aberta, fui informada que não tinha vaga pra dia nenhum, para pro dia posterior, que só era possível se eu fosse no “outro dia antes antes das oito” aí eu conseguia marcar para o mesmo dia, ou pro outro dia, e porquê não marcava onde pelo telefone se no dia posterior? Moral da história fui na chuva com febre no frio antes das oito, para conseguir uma consulta aberta pro mesmo dia, mas liga no dia anterior doente não marcava? Só consegue ir lá ? Tá um caos!!! quase nunca vou no centro, qdo vou ainda é assim…

Excellent service from Doctor Andreia Ribeirinho, I was 99 healthy with the right to oxygenation and a perfect pulse rate, measured using a device you put on your finger to measure your pulse rate and oxygenation. I hope the team had a Happy Holidays!

I came in the morning without appointment. The security man was very nice and helpful, so was the administration lady and the doctor. I had to wait for a while but that's understandable.

You don't understand, waiting room full of users, administrative staff without any user attending and they don't call anyone, would it be a strike day today? 20-minute psychology consultation and 25 minutes waiting for a justification to present at school. It's regrettable
