Até num hospital público isso é possível fazer! Que sistema informático nao permite a pesquisa através do nome? Má vontade... gente incompetente! Acrescento ainda que o meu pai viu a intervenção ser adiada várias vezes. Notei muita incompetência. Enfim!

    I had surgery and was billed €1400 above the budgeted amount. It took around 1 month to remove the "debt", the Hospital stated that, even though it was a mistake on their part, it would have to pay the increased amount. The argument used was the doctor's sudden choice in relation to equipment to use in surgery, which according to the Hospital, was more expensive. I argue that the doctor denies this in shock. Conclusion I will never have surgery at this hospital again.

I arrived with severe back pain and difficulty moving around and no one even offered me a wheelchair. Arrogant service at reception.
