I came here for an extended weekend with my wife and two kids, and we all loved the stay. The location is great, although it can be easy to miss the entrance since the signs isn't very conspicuous. The installations are built around a restored old building mixed with modern architecture, with tasteful and pleasant design. Hanging by the pool was relaxing and provided for a nice time in the Portuguese summer sun. The restaurant was a high point of our stay, with absolutely delicious (and great-looking!) dishes and superb service — the staff is very friendly and thoughtful. The only downside we can think of is the limited shade by the poolside, and the elevator which was painfully slow. Other than that, we have nothing but good things to say about the hotel, and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Vila Real.

The guesthouse was very nice, clean and seemed quite new (or very well maintained), and has a nice pool. The main disadvantage is its location which requires you to be dependent on a car, even for dinner. However, simple parking makes it ideal for exploring the area by car.

Very modern and nice location, with beautiful spacious rooms and lobby. Odd in the fact that you can barely find the entrance to the location, but once you do the driveway is easy to navigate. Honestly, not the most amazing views or location, but if you are looking to stay inside it is warm and friendly.

Newly refurbished boutique hotel on the outskirts of Vila Real. The rooms are well designed and the breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended.

Pedimos posta bem passada e vinha completamente crua (não esteve nem 2 minutos no calor), o pato não se conseguia comer porque estava frio e sem gosto além de cru. Por ultimo a chefe de sala disse que é comum erros desses acontecerem (o que demonstra a qualidade do serviço) e não tiverem em atenção nada do que aconteceu apenas quererem oferecer chá como forma de desculpa. Chá é o que mais tenho em casa. Obrigado.

Okay 4-star hotel with a restaurant. Rooms are quite nice, but with varying quality of aircons. Small adjustments to the breakfast buffet would benefit. Restaurant food quality so-so.
