It was a well organised place. Everything was easy to access and with no problem you can enjoy the trip

Overall it is a good place with amazing service from all of the workers there and generally clean, but there are usually many smokers waiting out by the buss boarding area, making all passengers partake of their smoke. The skill of all bus driveres is sometimes amazing to see, and the waiting area is spacious and protects well from the rain.

3 stars because none of the screens are working so it's hard to understand which bay your bus will arrive.

Some bus drivers need to learn courtesy. I realized after dropping off at Porto station the driver was insulting and being rude to my family and I, after I told him that I could not understand him because I don't speak Portuguese. His rude remarks was later translated to me by another passanger

Small but cozy! Way better than Braga, which by the way is horrible..It needs a major remodeling

The bus station are new and looking good but the dashboard of trips are not working + toilet are missing

The station for the flixbuses are at the upper floor and the station for rede is on the ground floor
