To make you think again before trusting them, I took my ring to have the size changed (this was the MOST expensive service on the market and we thought we could trust it), shortly after one of the diamonds fell out, and as the ring was not made by They charge to put a new one in! But when you change the size of the ring, you have to move each diamond so that they all fit together. So how come they don't take responsibility? If they were professionals they should have refused the service so as not to be responsible for something like that! You know the worst?! They did the job of putting in a new diamond without my authorization and I still had to wait for him to take it out. I'll never go back!😡
