Monday nights you can go to Forro at kiosk 1 watch the sea turtles early in the morning near the Yemanja pier.

Nice place to have a walk or riding a bike. Safe and lively. It is perfect to enjoy a nice and cold coconut water. I don't recommend bathing in the water, though

One of the cleanest beach. Good for sporting activities and walk, lot of good restaurants around the beach. Overall a lovely place.

The water is not very clean, neither the beach, but there's a nice pedestrian walk with open free exercise / sport equipment/ to use.

The area's Best-maintained beach with excellent fitness/exercise facilities plus dining/bar options that are not 'overbearing' to nature's ambiance. I visit daily during my Vitoria stay...

Clean water, friendly people. Place is safe. There's a large and long nice corridor 5 kilometers in front of the beach with amenities in one end. You can sprint on the beach or over the corridor. Airport is close so you can get to the beach even in if you are in a connection of s few hours.
