Total que vuelvo alli con el comprobante y el producto a ver si me lo podian cambiar o hacer el rembolso el chico me dice que no,,de ninguna manera me lo intentan solucionar la unica opcion era que yo llamase a atencion al cliente de la marca a ver que me decian .mi pregunta es como vendes un producto y en caso de que tenga problemas no le das una alternartiva al cliente .total que he perdido el dinero para mi un timo sobre todo por parte del estanco . En serio no compreis nada que no sea tabaco alli , porque como no funcione habran perdido dinero, tiempo y vacilado te iras .
