Great food, was amazed by the Tiramisu.

Tried the goat after seeing posts about it and we were blown away. It’s unbelievably good. Fab evening meal with some of the best potatoes we have had on the Island so far and a salad. The white wine was nice and not too sweet. Only issue really are the flies that hang about but then that issue is at most restaurants. We will probably be back tomorrow!

Super friendly host/owner, gives a very homely vibe in a tavern where everybody passing by seems to know each other. The Saturday special was tasty and a very large portion, although tastes might differ (my friend liked the cream soup better). It's not a fancy/hipster place but very Canarian. The prices for drinks are unbelievable, I understand why all locals seem to go here ;) Try the Barraquito coffee! I spoke Spanish but the menu is in English and they also have vegetarian options.

Good and cheap local Canarian food. I especially loved the goat meat and the grilled cheese. They don't really speak English, but the menu is in English, German and French.

Great home-style food. Tested goat and rabbit meat. Fresh beer, tinto de verano great. We tried the desserts for the first time: gofio, galleta - bomb !! I recommend .. I absolutely recommend .... Prices? ..... 🤔🤔 I think they forgot to update 🤣🤣 to the current ones ... Great high-five for the owners. Just bear in mind, you are in home-style taverna style but not in Michelin restaurant. The value is in taste and local atmosphere

Restaurant options are limited here and the one I wanted to go to is closed, so I came here, but was disappointed. The menu is more for snacks rather for a main meal, and both dishes we ordered were extremely salty. The owner is kind enough to cook a new plate of carne fiesta (pork) without adding salt, but somehow even that has a few salty bites in between. The cabra (goat) is also very very salty compared to what I had elsewhere.

Great authentic canary dishes. We had the fried cheese and the sweet potato with almogrote (local paste from cheese, olive oil, pepper etc.) which were both fantastic. Also, the desert was pretty good. Plus, they are very nice people!

Simple food on a pleasant terrace at the end of the village. There's a surprisingly good selection of local beers to chose from. The owner kindly put an umbrella up for us. We weren't that keen on the gofio omelette, which we thought needed quite a bit of seasoning, but it may just be a matter of personal taste. The ropa vieja was pretty good, although I like chickpeas a little softer. All in all, a reasonably filling lunch for only €20, including a tip, so there's not really much that can be complained about.

Lovely unique homemade food. Had some strange dishes that were delicious. Great service also, place has a nice vibe. Been in Tenerife five weeks, and this is one of the best 👍

Great food, absolutely loved it. We could try some local dishes we couldn't in other places and we had the best barraquito. In the end we got some great apple juice as a little finisher, great gesture. The music and the design also suits the mood and they are really friendly too. Totallly worth stopping for a meal.
