The perfect way to finish a holiday. It was so peaceful here in the mountains. We loved the lofty, airy lobby with gorgeous wooden flooring and brilliant stain glass windows. The spa was awesome too - even the plunge pool!

Great hotel and relation quality price very good. Rooms are big and comfortable, bathroom a little bit old but ok. Pool big enough, covered and heated. Spa is small but with all the services you need after a long walk (jacuzzi, sauna, sanitarium, steam room, cold pool, etc). We had breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is a feast, all made with first class ingredients. Dinner is on a menu (a lot of choices) and the prices are quite right and so is the quality and amount. Staff are nice and helpful. Don't mind coming back again.

Nice hotel in a beautiful location. The rooms are great and the bathrooms especially. Love the spa area which even features a ping pong table and rock wall. The on-site restaurant had decent food although the staff brought us a more expensive bottle of champagne when we asked for cava.

My recent stay at this spa hotel nestled in Vilaflor was nothing short of magical. From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in a sense of tranquility that's hard to find elsewhere. Surrounded by majestic pine trees and crisp mountain air, it's a true haven for nature lovers. The views from the hotel are absolutely breathtaking and stargazing at night is fantastic. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the spa. Whether I was taking a dip or simply lounging by the poolside, the serenity of the surroundings made it an unforgettable experience. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, with attention to every detail. Waking up to the sound of birds and the scent of pine trees was a true delight. If you're seeking a sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of the coast, this spa hotel is the answer. It's an oasis of peace and rejuvenation where you can connect with nature, pamper yourself with massages, and recharge your soul.

Really excellent spa. Stayed a few nights as part of our honeymoon & wish we had stayed longer. Take advantage of central location to visit Teide!

We loved our stay! The location is amazing - in the middle of a forest and by being 1400 m above se level it gives you a fantastic feel of freedom and nature. The spa was spotless too - well maintained and with all the required facilities. The restaurant is also very good but maybe a tad expensive. I'd consider visiting again for sure. The drive up there is also very picturesque!

Very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. The room is spacious with air condition (what was a big relief due to the big heat). The spa has a indoor pool, sauna (but only with swimwear allowed), steambath and a kneipp water treading facility. The garden is huge and it is a true bliss relaxing under the pine trees :) The breakfast was very good - there was a buffet and also a possibility to order different kinds of eggs.

Used the day spa. Amazing location in amongst the pine forest. So relaxing. A little disappointed the calm room wasn't open but we had a fab time anyway. They have added a fabulous extension to the rear providing fabulous views from their now restaurant. I hope they bring back the snack menu and health drinks but all in all a great place.

Among spa's in Tenerife - a really good one. You pay for privacy and fresh forest air.

The dish I ordered was cooked without salt at all (these things can happen, you know). I was expecting them to take it back and somehow fix the problem. Instead, they just acknowledged my complaint and moved on (???) I mean, it's exactly in such situations where a good service makes the difference 😒

Spent one of the most peaceful Christmases of my life in this Hotel. The hotel is nestled next to a stunning forest, and the peaceful and quiet atmosphere is made for a truly relaxing getaway. The room was also very nice and had a great view of the surroundings. When arriving a romantic surprise was prepared, the room was nicely decorated. The food in the restaurant was well-prepared, delicious and presented beautifully. They were well prepared with gluten-free options (I’m a coeliac) as well. On Christmas Eve, we had the pleasure of enjoying a special holiday menu. In addition the hotel was beautifully decorated and they played Christmas music so you could really feel the holiday vibes. On Christmas day we even had a package waiting for us from Papa Noel.:) The spa was the highlight of our stay. It was the perfect place to relax, unwind and escape from the stresses of daily life. We enjoyed peaceful hours without phones or screens and were able to truly relax and rejuvenate. We had the pleasure of enjoying a facial massage treatment which was very relaxing. The staff were kind, helpful, and attentive and the atmosphere was filled with lovely the smells of the products. Overall our stay was a truly special Christmas experience that we would highly recommend to anyone looking to relax and enjoy a few peaceful days.

Couldn't recommend this hotel enough. We were here for three nights, but wish we had spent longer. For starters, the hotel itself is in an incredible location. It's surrounded by the pine trees, the mountains, and we had incredible views, both from our (cheapest available) room, the restaurant, swimming pool, etc. It made the nerve - wracking drive up to it worth it (we are from the UK, so drive on a different side of the road and are not used to the steep, windy roads). That said, it is not that far from the main roads on flat land (~30 mins), and if you don't drive, there are taxis and buses that will take you there. The staff were all really friendly, at the front desk they recommended us walking routes and helped us with travel and covid documentation, and in the restaurant they were really friendly, always up for a laugh, but also professional. The restaurant itself was amazing, and I recommend going for half board - we didn't, but because the food and service was so good and reasonable, and they let us keep a bottle of wine open across the three nights, we went back for dinner every night. Otherwise, the food and drinks are reasonably priced and we didn't have a bad dish. We also used the spa, and had booked in a couples massage with Francesco, who was AMAZING. The massage was incredible and, at least for us from London, very reasonably priced. The spa was incredible, they have am excellent circuit set up, and we went twice (would have gone more if we could!). Overall, it is a very reasonably priced 4-star hotel that we would love to visit again, because we had the best time!

I have had the immense pleasure of staying at this fab hotel on numerous occasions over the past few years. The location is so quiet and peaceful, it is the perfect place to relax, unwind and recharge. The staff are all so lovely and so helpful, they always make me feel like a VIP! I am a bit of a fussy eater but that’s never caused me a problem, I have always found something on the menu to suit me. The views over the gardens are awesome. Pre COVID, the Spa area was one of my favourite places to relax with a book and be at peace. The gardens themselves are beautiful. Many hours I’ve spent there, photographing the flora and fauna. Long story short - this is my ultimate treat to myself, and I am hoping I can visit again soon!

Nice alternative to big hotels on coast. Lovely location halfway up to El Teide in Vilaflor. Lovely rooms.

Absolutely the place to stay when trekking the Teide 🗻. Staff are superbly attentive and very kind. Spa and sauna but your aches to rest. 30 minutes from all the best trail heads. Very reasonable for the degree of service.

Nice and quiet place, the staff is friendly. The rooms have a classic design. The breakfast offers a wide variety of fresh fruit, bread, pastries, cold cuts and eggs. The spa facilities are great. The hotel and all its facilities are clean. If you would like to have king-size bed, you have to let this know while making the reservation because we were given two single beds and this couldn’t been changed after the check-in.

Really liked our stay here. Great place to get out of the crowded south of island! The views are beautiful, not to mention the fresh air and the mix of green colours everywhere you look. The hotel has a nice spa area, and some lounge spaces where you can play different games such as chess, poker and so on! They have a nice lounge with a fireplace🔥. The restaurant has some delicious meals (also for those who are in love with vegetables ☺️. The employees here were nice and able to speak different languages👌. I would recommend this place for those who want to get a rest and start the week as new!

A very nice hotel up in the mountains. Friendly staff who speak good English. Great breakfast and evening meals. Good spa with all facilities in house. Nice sun terrace in among the fir trees area of Vilaflor village. Down side are the very steep roads down to the village and restaurants.

I had an incredibly nice stay. The place is beautiful, the staff is great and the breakfast is amazing. Fully recommended (and I would also recommend everyone to book directly through the hotel’s website.)

We booked the suite room at the very last minute and stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is on top of the mountain, very convenient stop place for visiting Mt Teide national park, compared with if you were staying on the coast. The spa, swimming pool were included in the room price, which was very nice and we enjoyed very much. We chose the half board option, but for 3 days, it felt a bit too much, but I think there is always this risk of running out of things you prefer choosing from a fixed menu, unless every single dish from the menu is fantastic. On our last evening, it was very windy up in the mountain, and our room is at the end, so could feel wind coming in from under the balcony doors and the wind was very loud & made it a little difficult to sleep. Other than that, the room was good and bed was very comfortable. All in all, I recommend this hotel for a short stay, if you plan to visit Mt Teide, it’s super convenient. Staff was very friendly. Thank you.

The hotel is Ok. Pros: - very nice spa. They say you must prebook it before arrival. I sent email day before arrival but had no response. In reality it was much more relaxed and no booking was really needed. Great variety of features -Very nice area around the hotel surrounded by pine trees -nice areas to walk around, nicely maintained garden area - nice and helpful staff in the restaurant that kindly accommodated us having early breakfast Cons: -although we booked one of the most expensive rooms we had room with view on car park, room could do with modernisation - we found the mattress to be very hard and uncomfortable and had really bad sleep. The double bed is made of two singles that slide easy on the floor and detach from other half and the headboard easily -the bathroom has a glass door so there is almost no privacy when using bathroom -food in restaurant is quite expensive and not that great. We had a shared platter (8 pieces of various snacks) 10-11 Euro and two deserts- around 6 Euro each and it was most average food we had in Tenerife so far. The other food on menu didn’t look interesting Finally, we couldn’t account for 20 Euro in the wallet we left in the room when we left for breakfast (when we came back the room was cleaned). Not blaming anyone… (but keep your wallet with you)
