We and a group of about 35 people stayed here as a part of our wedding weekend. The service was absolutely exceptional! The staff made everything so easy and seamless for our group. The rooms were incredible, breakfast was amazing- and served directly to our door with a beautiful presentation. We also rented the event space for a welcome event for our guests, which was stunning and provided the perfect atmosphere. The team went above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome, and even helped load all of our guests luggage into a bus! Truly an unforgettable experience with amazing surroundings in the heart of Porto. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful stay, and we will absolutely stay here again when we return to Portugal!

So nice we stayed here twice in one trip!! It's extremely walkable to downtown and a major metro station, yet feels like a quiet serene spa. Their child kit was amazing - it includes high chair, bathtub, training potty, play mat, crib, toys, rocker seat, which means next time we don't have to lug so much stuff around! We didn't even open our pack and play the entire trip. The only downside is their booking system. The site doesn't filter out rooms that don't fit your criteria, we had trouble getting the room code, and it was really confusing for them to charge city tax separately.

I have traveled many times. This was one of the our best experiences. The location is perfect, near everywhere, yet quiet and peaceful. The room was so nice, you could fell that every item was collected for the room, carefully picked up, with such a delicate taste. It fells like the home you want to have. One can not expect more. And the staff, kind, welcoming, happy to assist, all in a way you are not used to. For us, it was above all expectation. Perfect is an understatement.

Stylish and beautiful hotel. The room is cozy and comfortable. I love the attention to the details and design. Was nice to get a welcome box with delicious things. Staff is nice and friendly, always helpful. Calm location, we slept well, no noise. I recommend this place to stay and would like to come back.

A brand new and beautiful aparthotel. The decor was unbelievable, with all the modern conveniences but also amazing attention to detail like the ambient smell which was lovely and the second WC which made it feel extra luxurious. Although the apparent lack of on-site staff was a little disconcerting, there was an online chat option which was useful.

Absolutely STUNNING accommodations. The staff is so kind and helpful. The units are very comfortable and extremely well appointed. Everything smelled so good. Delights were found around every corner. I loved all the details. Super convenient location near main metro hub.

This is one of the best apartment hotels I’ve ever been to! The room is super nice and very comfortable, fully equipped , the bed is super comfortable and the living room is nice and fun. The location is perfect and super close to everything and in a cool and central area. The hotel staff were respoand helpful for everything we needed. I highly recommend staying in this hotel if you are going to visit Porto !

Thank you very much for a perfect stay. We were at the hotel for two weeks and enjoyed every moment. The rooms are pleasant, clean and beautifully designed, all the staff members who work there are so lovely! Everyone took care of us, helped with everything we asked for and gave us a feeling of home and security. The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the center and close to the train station. A highly recommended hotel! We are sad to leave.

Absolutely stunning hotel with impeccably designed rooms, down to every little detail. All the staff were super friendly and polite, and extremely helpful. The location was also perfect, within walking distance from every major Porto landmark, and only around the corner from the metro. I honestly wish I’d stayed longer!

Highly recommand this cozy and charming village. The staff from front desk was very friendly, so was the staff when we checked out. The interior design and decoration are eco m-friendly with natural materials such as wood and linen. A well equipped kichenette with utensils, a machine of coffee, a kettle, very comfortable bed, a letter with a surprising basket of treats, a golden book and recipe. Everything made us feel like as at home. We are very satisfied with here and will recommend this vivid place to anyone who comes to Porto.
