Food was deliverd pretty fast.I only ordered a cheese burger with fries and a drink,it was delicous.Service was great as i had to wait about 5-10 min for my food.The fries wered fried pretty well.The drink that i orderd was coca cola and they luckly dint mess up my order.5 stars(great service).

It took a lot of time to get the food and the restaurant was really busy. Best fast-food option in Viljandi, but speed could be better. The burgers are great.

Little dirty Mostly but better than McDonald's

It's a fast food restaurant in Viljandis newest Shopping centre. It is small compared to McDonald's Restaurant but it has its place in Viljandi. The menu is the same as in all Hesburger restaurants but when you decide stay and eat in the restaurant you can choose to sit by the shopping centre walk way or even by the windows.

it is kind of like a McDonald's but s little different, the service was quite fast.

Truly one of the most horrid of restaurants from this franchise. Don't go here Too often, maybe once in a month or so on average... But every time I do, I see how the employees are obviously mismanaged, running around seemingly confused. I've gone to many Hesburger restaurants, yet the most consistently bad experience is always here in Viljandi. I didn't really mind it too much until today, when I ordered about a medium sized meal for 3 people. It took 20 MINUTES to complete this order, just for most of my burger to be completely cold. I don't mean "cooled down" cold. I mean- it literally felt like half of it was just taken out of the fridge. And just for a note if 20 minutes seems like a long time... I ordered 8 double cheeseburgers without pickles (meaning they had to make 8 new burgers) and that took around 10 minutes in a Hesburger in Tallinn. In case the owner actually reads reviews: Incident happened 07.10.23, order took place at time 14:42.

It's a burger joint and that's about it. Food is okay or even exceptional of you have a hangover. You can enjoy dull, burger munching faces around you or run around like Benny Hill in parking lot, if you descide to eat burger outside in summer (hint - wasps). So overall it's a nice place. Food, sports and sightseeing all in one.
