If you are in Viljandi area and crave Asian food - look no further. This restaurant is owned by a Nepali family, so no wonder the food is amazing and the service lovely! We hadn’t eaten all day and could finish less than half - the portions were huge (they packed it for us to take away). Noticed some negative reviews claiming the food was too spicy - we enjoyed it, but you can definitely ask them to make it less spicy. Makes me want to make another trip to Viljandi for just this place - haven’t been able to find something as good in Tallinn. :) Also - the prices were great.

The best curry I have had in the south Of Estonia since arriving last summer. Service was also great and we will definitely be coming back again soon.

The place is now called "Munal Asia" and the new waiter guy is very friendly and cool. The food on the whole is also better than before.

Food is always fantastic! No matter what I ordered I was delighted with it. I urge you to try their chicken curry. This is cozy family resturant - they make you feel welcome and really care about your experience. I highly recommend it! Love this place and will continue to visit it.❤️

This is the best restaurant in Estonia to me so far. As a Sri Lankan, we went to this Asian food restaurant and asked for spicy food. The girl who was in the reception was very nice and suggested various kinds of food which satisfied our taste. Finally it ended up with delicious spicy Chicken Bririyani, Lamb masala and red chillie noodles. Thank you very much for the cooking staff. Highly recommended place for spicy lovers

Best butter chicken in Estonia!!! Came all the way from Tallinn, and found this little jewel in the middle of Viljandi. If you are a fan of Indian/Nepali/Thai food, this is THE place.

Super friendly family business. The menu is HUGE and there's something for everyone. Two entrees and two beers were 20 euros and we even had leftovers. A great place for a change of pace in Viljandi.

Beware, this place is now called Mandala and the food simply awful. It looks like some Nepalese are offering Chinese and Thai food alongside their own national food. The results are exactly what you'd expect. The place is dark, though clean and has a kid's corner. I guess the reviews that gave it 4.5 stars arw foe the previous place.

Service was polite, but slow. Nobody was cleaning tables. Masaman chicken and lamb were nicely spicy, but too salty.
