We loved our stay in Viljandi’s Park Hotel. Late check-in with opportunity to purchase snacks&drinks from the lobby; airy room with fully darkening curtains; clean bathroom; soundproof door&walls; super comfortable bed - a lovely quiet stay. The bathroom floor we had to switch on when we arrived (probably off due to electricity prices at the mo). The breakfast is from 8-10 & it was fabulous - Continental & English breakfast plus sweets. Breakfast is in the coffee-shop area, so cityfolk may walk in off the street. Parking in front & in the street is free.

Park Hotel Viljandi is a recently renovated old building. The interior design is aesthetic combination of the old architecture and modern additions. On the ground floor, there’s a restaurant and a cozy café. You should definitely get some cake from there.

Väga halb klienditeenindus ja pole absoluutselt oma mainet ja hinda väärt. Erittäin huonoa asiakapalvelua eikä missään nimessä ole maineensa tai hintansa väärti. Abysmal customer service and absolutely not worth the reputation nor price.

Hotellin huone on todella pieni ja sänky pieni mietittynä että siihen pitäisi mahtua kaksi henkilöä nukkumaan. Asiakaspalvelu on täyttä roskaa sanovat vain että maksa lisää ja saat toisen huoneen.

Website promised a hotel with restaurant, booked 4 nights and what was the message.... our restaurant is closed on sundays and mondays !! Paid 140 euros per night. To get food on monday you have to order elsewhere. I added some pictures.... of home delevery :-( What a service and a shame fof a 4 star restaurant.

Great hotel in Viljandi. New and clean rooms. Good breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is nice and superbly located. Yet it has some significant downsides that do not justify the price for some of the rooms: A lot of the rooms have windows only going into the roof-covered inner court-yard and therefore neither a view to the outside nor access to fresh air. It feels like a fancy prison, you cant even tell what the weather is like or what time of day or year it is. To avoid guests looking into your room from the corridor you have to keep the curtains closed at all times. So be very careful which category to book! A washing machine was running non-stop each night of my 5-day-stay and spinning loudly which made it hard for me to go back to sleep once woken up during the night. The drinks in the restaurant and at the counter in the lobby are overprized, the breakfast buffet selection is very nice!!

Absolutely loved this place! Happy with pretty much everything! Comfortable bed and pillows, quiet surroundings, good location, very nice design and tasty breakfast with good coffee and lots of choices. Air conditioning also works, fridge in room and friendly service included.

We had a great stay in this high class hotel. The hotel is brand-new with a brilliant mixture of historical and modern design. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was also very tasty We can recommend the hotel for everyone who wants to stay in beautiful Viljandi for one or more nights.

One of the very best hotels in Viljandi.

A stylish Hotel in the heart of Viljandi. We booked a room with a window over the park and two windows over the atrium. The room was more than 20sqm and with a big bathroom with shower. Unfortunately because of Covid the restaurant was closed but the hotel has a nice breakfast service with trays to pick up your food and bring it to your room. For lunch or dinner you can order food delivery from other restaurants and eat in your room. They offer bike rental for 5€ per 2h. Pros: Stylish, amazing service, position. Cons: higher price but really worth it.

Fine place for mid-day lunch-meetings.

We were pleasantly by both the town, and the hotel. The staff were informative and service minded! The hotel restaurant served fresh food, and the bread was absolutely top of the line! Parking is free in all of Viljandi!

This is a pretty standard, international-style hotel. Very nice, very comfortable. Just a few problems that prevent my giving it five stars: the room was too hot; turning the heating down to 19° had no effect, it stayed at 34°. Also, although the room was spacious, there was only one chair in it and, despite the blinds, there was a lot of light coming in. Breakfast was mediocre but there was nothing wrong with it. Overall, I'm pretty happy and the staff were very all very pleasant.

I wanted to love this hotel...it's in a very attractive renovated building in a very cute town. We were pleased with breakfast. Our room, however, was very dark (and you couldn't open the blind in the bathroom because the window opened onto the public space and window glass was clear), not well-ventilated, and the beds were super soft (which is some people's thing but I need some support). On the plus side, the staff was very responsive to our request for pillows, and the shower was nice.

Very beautiful hotel, renovated lately and cool modern style combined with old details from the history of the building. Breakfast was superb and service was friendly.

Bang on in the middle of Viljandi city center. Very nicely renovated place, has the old mixed with contemporary and modern. Sweet staff, clean rooms, enjoyable stay. With one word - Quality.
