The lake itself is clean, and the water is nice, that is why this place is usually full of people. If you want some peace and quiet nearby, the lake, I would suggest looking for another place.

Very nice place to hike or stay for a picnic. All the lakes are connected with trails and paths, have spots equipped for a picnic with good beaches. Worth visiting!

One of the closest lakes at Vilnius. Warm water, guards on duty, supervised beaches, wakeboarding park available. Though, it is usually very crowded and parking is pretty messy. Go there at night when the lake is lit by the moonlight!

Good place to visit, slightly crowded at times but ok. For bike riders: there is no bike lane to get there so be careful

So peaceful. Highly recommend getting their and leaving early though. It gets very busy.

Beautiful clean lake with walking paths around it, many spots with easy access to water, two parkings right at the shore.🌳 Also very easy to get to by public transport - direct bus from Sauletekis will get you there in less than 20 minutes.🚌 From spring onwards people make open fires around the lake and have barbecues (not sure whether it's legal tho, but everyone does it).😀 Definitely recommended if you want to escape the city and not travel too far!👌

Great bicycle ride from the city. Only the last 3km are near the road, the rest can be driven on bicycle roads with short gaps in between. There are earlier turns on the car road which will take you to the lake throughout forest roads, but they are quite sandy.

Great place to relax or have a good time with friends, because there has opened up WakePark and there is a bunch of other activities to do. (Photos are taken at winter)

Paid parking, no dogs allowed, no jumping. Very few people and the vibe is awful.
