Beautiful restaurant and hotel on the Trakai lake, unbelievable atmosphere.. so peaceful and quite. the perfect place to stop for a breakfast, lunch or dinner. food is very good ! the staff are friendly and welcome.

Very expensive - 18€ for beef shashlik. Basic food. Flickering lights in toilet. We had to wait 40 min for food and they brought raw chicken with blood inside. Staff doesn't speak English. Only good thing was the view.

I was here two years ago it was briliant. Today I with my wife and doghter have visited this place again.... It was astonishing, wonderfull memories refreshment. The place is cosy, cuisine unique. Service very nice. I will be waiting for the next visit.

We have stayed at Viva Trakai for one night, had dinner and breakfast. Can’t complain about the service as the lady who served us was nice and helpful. However I must add that even though the location is great with superb views, the food is average and some dishes even below average. We had various meals from starters to mains and most of them were not tasty and poorly done. The most shocking was shashlyk - meat was poor quality, overcooked and dry. Why would someone pay money for this if they can do better themselves? I bet they will start loosing customers if they won’t improve their kitchen. I rather go to Lithuanian restaurant than Georgian as portions are small, overpriced and simply just not worth it. My recommendations on meals you can order: Caesar salad and most of the options on the breakfast menu. I can’t recommend mains as they were not great. So shall you visit this place? My answer is yes you can go there for a snack and a drink to enjoy the view of the castle ⛵️

Ignored us for over half an hour, didn’t bother to speak to us for our order. So we left. They knew we were here but clearly were not bothered to serve us. No idea where all these good reviews for service have come from.

We were trying to pay with a card for a dinner, POS didn’t work (not because of our fault!) and they didn’t allow us to leave (!) even if it was company ordered dinner… No trust to the customer - not how it works in Lithuania….
