I thought I died and went to cigar heaven... That is, if you like Arturo Fuentes cigars. It's a shame I didn't have time to enjoy the lounge since I only had 15 minutes. I spent the precious time buying my favorites. I compared the prices at the duty free shops at the airport and this store, and it's about the same. I highly recommend to come here for the ambiance and variaty.

I recently visited the store in Santo Domingo. Lovely interior except the Cigar Lounge doesn’t open till 3 PM. I travelled all the way from California. I was looking forward to a nice opus x in their lounge and could not enjoy it because of the opening time is not advertised anywhere. In addition, the employees/staff were not very friendly and never once offered me a water or anything after buying a box of opus x’s. I frequent many cigar lounges throughout the world and they’re always friendly and very hospitable. Anyways, the staff should be spoken to about how to treat customers.

The most unfriendly cigar bar I have ever been to. The personal '' helping '' me was more interested in me not stealing anything. Denied speaking English but clearly spoke some English. Even with the translator the most information I got was that a certain cigar was strong or medium etc. My Spanish isn't the best but I understood when she said I was just looking at not buying. You are locked in the humidor and had to signal to the security guard who was eyeballing me with hostility. When I got to the bar I was given neither a cutter nor a lighter for my cigar. Fortunately I brought my own. It was my first opus x. It was good and the price wasn't bad at 1307 plus tax and service. Glad I went and I'll probably return to get some more opus x before I fly home but no way I'll sit in the club again.

The nicest cigar lounge I have ever been to. If you are here make sure you smoke an OpusX… best cigar in the world.

DRESS CODE STRICTLY ENFORCED. You can buy out of dress code but cannot sit and smoke. Humidor is entry by security with a pass only. They don't offer much experience other than medium or light. No stories, no tall tales. Kinda lackluster experience to be honest. Beautiful ambiance. Would go for the vibes not the service. 3/5.

It was a beautiful spot right in the heart of Santa Domingo. Loved the ambience and the staff was helpful. Was able to secure some good cigars at a reasonable price and a beautiful cigar cutter. Beautiful place in a beautiful country.

Nice selection. I would like to return someday and enjoy a quality bourbon while sampling a quality cigar in their lounge.

This is a great place to have an experience with a friend who is truly a fan of Arturo Fuente Cigars. The setting is something out of a James Bond movie with the way the ambiance is set. The Bossa and Marley style music really set a vibe as you take in all the different parts of the decor.

Great cigar lounge with every Arturo Fuente cigar imaginable. Food and drinks are also good. Had the cheeseburger and it was delicious. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Will be back next time I’m in Santo Domingo

Beautiful place and great prices on Hemingway's and Opus X. I plan on returning for the drinks and live music. A must stop for cigar aficionados in Santo Domingo

If you ever come for a smoke and you hungry, get any of the entrée's. My favorite are the carpaccio with casabe, and the burrata. Awesome. Pair that with any coffee. Everything is fresh and high quality 👏🏼👏🏼

Music, cigars and rum, all is managed in a great way. I enjoid the experience and will came back as soon as I can.
