The service is great, the restaurant serves some authentic Mexican dishes like tacos and soupes. It has a good breakfast buffet as well. The decor is nice but the room is a little basic. I didn't like the shower head and the design of the bathroom is such that the door doesn't open all the way. Despite that, this place is a good value if you're staying in Toluca which is an hour outside of Mexico City

Pleasant and clam..near to new shopping mall Liverpool.. Hotel has a indoor decent size pool with temperature maintain and gym for fitness...and a small garden with fountain... All in all good for family fun business trips for 3-7days.

The Hotel has a very nice service. People is gently and it has a lot of services: swimming pool, gym and Internet for free, of course in addition to the typical restaurant service. Rooms are quite comfortable. Why not 5/5? The bathtub did't work, the stopper was wrecked.

Had dinner for the new year's Eve 2017. Nice place. The buffet dinner was great. Loved the roasted pig, the meat was very tender.

I attended a congress about laboratory instruments. Room was pretty clean, service was actually very good, we had at all times water, sodas and coffee available, food didn't lasted, pretty small but tasty. Energy failed once though, but problem was quickly resolved.

Old, boring, expensive. The ONLY good thing about it is the location, thats it. Rereview (6Sept2018): As always, an unpleasant experience, the food sucks, I ordered a sandwich for $168 mxn for dinner, an 8 year old kid would do better, its just offensive how they don't care. The only reason I stay here is the location...

All of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was cleaned daily (which is now rare in the U.S.). They were flexible with my checkout as I was beat after my marathon and need a slight extension. The only reason this isn’t 5 star is the bed was super form for me, but some people like that. Al the channels were in Spanish, obviously, but their TV was super easy to cast to, so, I could stream Netflix from my phone.

I went to Toluca for work, the hotel is the best option for this type of trip, early breakfast, room service and dinner. Gym and pool for relex the body after a hard day.

Decent small town hotel which delivers what it promises. Rooms are quite big. Only downside, breakfast menu has comparatively limited options specially if you are vegetarian

Restaurant:Das Steak war fast kalt wie es serviert würde, früher war dieses Hotel sehr zu empfehlen( war früher schon 6 mal in diesen Hotel). Das Frühstück ist sehr dürftig, an manchen Tagen fehlt die Brötchen und der Toast, bei verlangen bringen sie den Toast an den Tisch aber am Buffet ist keiner zu finden. Die Speisen in den Behältern sind lauwarm, der Kaffee schmeckt jeden Tag anders... Zimmer: Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig, jedoch sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig und schnell kalt. Personal: Der Service ist manchmal gut und dann wieder miserabel, aber stets nett und hilfsbereit. Aus meiner Sicht sollte das Management sein Aufgaben machen, dass aber nicht sieht was falsches läuft.
