We (the pups & I) love the doctors & staff here!! I was previously taking my almost 14 year-old dog to another vet, but the lack of quick action when he was very ill several years ago led to almost losing him and an enormous emergency vet bill. After that experience I began taking him to DuPage Animal Hospital and never looked back. Dr. Roberts has taken outstanding care of him and our younger pup. She is incredibly warm hearted, visibly loves the animals she cares for, takes time for all of my questions, and graciously calls with follow-up. Both of my dogs willingly walk into the back room for exams or nail trims because they love to greet the staff. I love taking my pups to a place I can tell they're comfortable, and am especially grateful with the medical advice and recommendations we are given. Melanie at the front desk was so helpful! She was so kind to my dog and made him feel comfortable. We LOVED Dr. Roberts. I loved how she got on my dogs level and comforted him first before engaging in any exam. My dog is very nervous when he comes to the vet, and Dr. Roberts was so patient with him. We love Dupage Animal Hospital!

Super happy I was referred to DuPage Animal Hospital to see Dr. Mary Felt. She took the time to discuss my concerns about my dog's diet and was super knowledgeable, offering guidance and support. I know my dog is in great hands with Dr. Felt.

Dr Roberts is just amazing and so great with my cat! She takes the time to listen and go over any and all options for treatment. I have only ever had great experiences there!

I can tell everyone at DAH genuinely cares about my cat and wants the best for him. Everyone is gentle and understanding of his funny behavior and personality. Dr. Felt is honest with us and very clear about the conditions our cat has had and does a great job of coming up with a plan to make him feel as good as possible. It's tough when your pet is sick or deteriorating, but I always feel a sense of relief and comfort after visiting DuPage Animal Hospital.

I am so happy I found this clinic! Everyone, from the front desk to the tech staff to the doctors, are so warm and professional and caring. Dr. DiGiacomo is so thoughtful about every aspect of care for my pets, coming up with out of the box solutions to each challenge. Dr. Felt is also amazing, taking the time to get to know us as new patients and caring with such knowledge and compassion. I never feel rushed because they take their time with each patient. This facility beats all others. The staff & the methods they use when they care & treat your pets is outstanding. The prices are fair & they don't push any unnecessary treatments. The staff is so educated, professional & amazing. Nicole always greets my cat & is so friendly, he looks so happy & calm when I pick him up. Look no further, you & your pets will love it here!!!

Everyone was friendly and Dr. DiGiacomo is awesome and helped make sure my kitty was well taken care of! Definitely found my new vet and animal hospital! I had went here to get a second opinion and I'm so glad I did! Highly recommend!

We found Dr.Felt after seeing multiple Vets in the last 5 months to see what was wrong with our Boston. Dr. Felt right away after his examination told us finally what was wrong with him along with a lot of information about his recovery. I would highly recommend her to anyone!! I feel that my bill was padded. My dog was misdiagnosed. I paid my bill. I had high hopes. I thought this Animal Hospital was a higher quality practice..I think this is common practice here, to charge you for every QTip. If you ask a question, about your bill, your redirected the Mgr. He doesn't have customer service skills. Idk not well received. I won't go back.

I have trusted DAH for over 20 yrs. I have always felt secure knowing my own personal pets & my foster pets get the very best care while its either a 1 time visit or in for a more extensive stay. I can’t say enough good things about the Dr’s. the techs and front end staff. Wonderful group.On a side note. Dr. Felt who has been our primary vet also was the primary vet for my pug rescue I ran for 18 yrs. She became the “Master” of the breed. Once the word got out we had a vet around town that knew our short nosed breed and their specialties boy oh boy it’s hard for me to even get in to see her now LOL. Love this place!

The staff, techs, and vet were so kind to my cat. She is a rescue with a bad past, yet they were so patient with my concerns and made sure she was well-taken care of, and made sure to keep me updated with how she was doing. Billing was also in-expensive and very budget friendly. Puff is both a lot happier and a lot healthier thanks to you!

Dr. Roberts is fantastic. She is excellent with our dog, Milo. She is very responsive with any questions we ask or email about. The front desk is also very welcoming. As a first time dog owner... I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vet.

DuPage Animal Hospital is an absolute gem. Dr. Felt saved our mini poodle's life and has taken SUCH good care of both of our dogs. We love her so much we drive an hour each way to see her now that we moved out of the area. Cannot recommend enough.

Compassionate vets and staff. I took my girl here for 3+ years and always had great service, especially during all the covid protocols. Unfortunately my girl was old and very sick at the end.

Everyone was helpful and friendly from the time I called to schedule the appt to the time we walked out of the office. I had a not so great experience at our previous vet and I can't tell you how much courteous, thorough and kind service means when you're worried about your pet. Very happy new clients (well I shouldn't speak for the patient, but she'll come around :) )

DuPage Animal Hospital is a wonderful place to take your pets. All the doctors and staff are fantastic!! They provide top notch care, are compassionate and kind. Our 14 year old Goldendoodle was a patient and was taken care of so well during her long life. Her veterinarian, Dr. Roberts discovered that she had an aggressive cancer and with her care and guidance gave us 8 additional QUALITY months with her. You will not find a nicer group of people to take care of your pets!! 🐶❤️

As a pet mama of 5, I have spent years trying to find a vet I trust with my babies. DuPage Animal Hospital is the absolute best I’ve found. They’ve taken the time to remember my pets when they come in, and they helped me to save the life of my sick foster kitten. I cannot recommend a vet office more!!

I brought my cat in for a second opinion. When I made the appointment, I had explained that I had taken her to another vet who had said she had a lump on her tail and that a biopsy was unable to tell them what it was. I said I wanted to get a second opinion and also explained that the first vet's estimate seemed a little high and I wanted to get a second estimate. I was told not to feed my cat that morning because there was a possibility the vet would be able to schedule a surgery the same day and that the estimate from the fist vet seemed high to the receptionist too and she said they would do their best to give me a better price. During my appointment today, the reception staff was very nice and friendly and the doctor seemed nice and informative, but then the reception staff and the doctor told me it was their policy to never schedule same day surgeries and then gave me an estimate that was much higher than my first vet. I told them I felt like it was a bait and switch process and that I was going to go back to my first vet fir the surgery. They did seem nice but from my perspective, it seemed like they told me what I wanted to hear to get me inside and then changed the terms. I don't think I'll go back.

I couldn't be happier that I chose to bring my kitty to this vet! They were all extremely friendly and professional. Everyone I dealt with was very courteous and compassionate. And the cats LOVE the catnip toys they sent home. The little knots! I will definitely be bringing all my pets here whenever they need to be brought to a vet. The prices were very reasonable and the rewards program was an added bonus! There's great people working here that really care about the health and wellbeing of your animals. And they thoroughly explain everything they're telling you and lay out every option you have for the next steps in your pets health journey. 5 stars again and again!
