Thai is the slowest drive through ever. I would give the food 5 stars if I ever got it. Everyone know this Krystal’s never has fast food. Please fix this because we love Krystal’s.

Burgers were fresh. Service was the drive thru. But they smiled and got the order right. What else can you ask for. The road around it is rough and needs repaving. But I would recommend a stop here. Especially if you are missing White Castle burgers.

Pulled into the parking lot at 9:00am Sunday 7/2/2023 and only one car there, I’m assuming the employee’s car, and the employee was sitting on the curb in front of the store smoking. They clearly saw me pull up and pull to the drive-thru but continued to sit and smoke. I waiting at the drive thru speaker for maybe 4 minutes with no one greeting me, I said “hello” into the speaker several time with no response. I finally decided to pull off and go somewhere else to see the employee walking back in the front door having now finished their cigarette. Horrible excuse for a restaurant, the food is always good but I can’t justify going back again.

The chili cheese fries and Krystal burgers are delicious (do yourself a favor and add cheese), and the employees are friendly. However, I am unable to give more than 3 stars until they bring back the corn pup. It was the best thing on the menu, and the only thing several people in my family liked from there. Please bring back the corn pup.

I am sitting in the drive through right now. We tried to enter the dining room at 7:50 but it was locked. The sign on the door stated that it closed at 8:00. Then went into the drive through. Eight minutes later, we finally were able to order. The sign on the drive through states that the dining room is open until 11:00pm. I'm totally confused and frustrated and have yet to get food in my hand. Fifteen minutes later I have it.

Service was horrible. Went inside to eat and was told inside was closed while one worker sat there on her phone. Drive thru was backed up because it took them at least 10 minutes to get an order for each car. The woman taking our order was completely rude. We love Krystal's and if it wasn't for us not having one where we live, we would've left like many in line did.

Came thru drive thru and had horrible horrible experience from our cashier. Wanted to order strawberry ice tea at first was told the ice machine was thawing out so we agreed to the tea anyways and after saying that’s fine we were then told they didn’t even that item. So I then say y’all should take the sign down the associate told me I should not be rude. I was gonna get very unpleasant but I didn’t want nothing to happen to my food so I finished up she gave us our stuff. The cups did have ice our drinks were extremely watered down. Our tot (junkyard) was extremely dried out and hard very disgusting and our Krystal’s had hard hard bacon on them could not chew them. And and the buns were extremely soggy. Would like to be reached by corporate. I have contacted them.

I wish I could leave a negative star for this place. We came through from Mississippi back to Ga and stopped there for a quick bite. We watched the girl at the drive through window with a big tattoo on her neck great the retired veteran ( saw on tag) very poorly and even raised he voice at him. We pull up and snatched the debit card from my husband and alam the window. She got rude with us while we were ordering because we asked for a milkshake and she said EXTREMELY rudely that corporate refuses to fix the machine and if we have a problem with it to call corporate. We literally only asked for a milkshake. All she had to do was tell us POLITELY that your ice cream machine is down. I didn’t want spit in my food so we said nothing, paid and left then the food was NOG EVEN WARM. Krystal’s might as well shut that place down because definitely not going to get any business like that.
