Truly
disappointed,
key
card
worked
on
a
daily
basis,
English
is
down
to
"ok",
"yes"
and
"no",
if
they
feel
like
talking
to
you
in
the
first
place.
I
had
my
dogs
in
Arbnb
and
decided
to
"splurge"
at
the
Hyatt
myself
missing
the
service
from
the
States(
and
long
business
trip
I
was
on
got
me
crawing
some
nice
service),
and
boy
was
I
wrong
I
wish
I
sent
my
animals
here.
4th
day
woman
at
the
front
desk
proceeds
to
charge
me
(she's
probably
unaware
I
get
notifications
on
my
phone)
without
telling
me,
all
I
came
down
for
is
to...get
my
key
card
working
again,
after
a
long
wait
and
scrolling
thru
webpages
I
ask
for
my
card,
she
drops
them
on
the
counter
and
that's
it.
Please
do
waste
my
time
anytime
while
adding
charges
without
communicating
with
the
Hyatt.
I
ask
for
conference
room
to
do
some
work,
I
get
"yes"
then
unavailable
when
needed.
There
so
much
but
I
don't
feel
like
writing
a
novel.
On
a
positive
note,
there's
a
guy
in
the
restaurant
called
Raul
(I
think)
that
was
a
pleasant
to
interact
with
for
breakfast,
he
alone
is
worth
these
3
⭐.
I
expect
Hyatt
and
all
I
got
is
Hyatt
prices.
