I very much liked the hotel staff. Very friendly and helpful. Not all of them speaking English but they would do their best to help. I stayed here long enough. Thank you Francisco at front deck and thank you Rafael at the restaurant for your outstanding support. Here’s some room for improvement/notes: 1- If you are vegetarian, good luck not many options on breakfast/dinner. 2- If you don’t eat pork, you need to be very caution as you will find bacon hidden here and there, even though the beans used with pork oil. I was not happy when I found out. 3- You have to sign a breakfast/dinner bill even though it’s included on your room. One of the doesn’t make sense policy. 4- I would recommend update the floor at the gym, isn’t safe as is. 5- You really need to be careful of getting sick because of the temperature change ( outside hot, indoor freezing), I started wearing my jacket indoors. 6- Finally, it would be helpful to use anti mosquitos in room service, I got many bites.

I am editing my review to reflect the very kind and personal attention and treatment I received, specifically at the care of the guest experience manager, Adrina. Upon my return to the hotel for another stay, everything in my suite was as it should have been the first time (plus extra). From check-in to checkout the experience was much more pleasant and comfortable, and the whole team seemed to have improved the check-in process by creating an informative and helpful introduction to the spaces and services that represent the Hyatt name very well. While I was very disappointed with my stay a few weeks ago, they have done their job to ensure that my stay was excellent and this effort alone says a lot. I really enjoy this hotel and if they can continue with attention to the small details, I would continue to recommend it to anyone. I will be back here for sure. I commend them for their commitment to excellence and taking the time to address my previous stay.

Hyatt in name only: Truly disappointed, key card worked on a daily basis, English is down to "ok", "yes" and "no", if they feel like talking to you in the first place. I had my dogs in Arbnb and decided to "splurge" at the Hyatt myself missing the service from the States( and long business trip I was on got me crawing some nice service), and boy was I wrong I wish I sent my animals here. 4th day woman at the front desk proceeds to charge me (she's probably unaware I get notifications on my phone) without telling me, all I came down for is to...get my key card working again, after a long wait and scrolling thru webpages I ask for my card, she drops them on the counter and that's it. Please do waste my time anytime while adding charges without communicating with the Hyatt. I ask for conference room to do some work, I get "yes" then unavailable when needed. There so much but I don't feel like writing a novel. On a positive note, there's a guy in the restaurant called Raul (I think) that was a pleasant to interact with for breakfast, he alone is worth these 3 ⭐. I expect Hyatt and all I got is Hyatt prices.

This hotel was a gem of a surprise. While the exterior is dated my updated suite was great. The breakfast buffet and evening happy hour for elite members was much better than expected. Everyone went out of their to make this a great week long stay.

service and staff are PERFECT!! they went above and beyond my expectations from hotel staff!! the room itself is very clean, but also very neutral and boring; and lacking any extra details or utilities to make it special. the breakfast buffet is good. the supper items we had delivered to our room were pretty in appearance, but mediocre in flavour, and lacking taste or spices.

Regularly stay here and it's never disappointed. All the staff are very welcoming and most speak both English and Spanish. Rooms are always very clean and the laundry service has always been very fast and efficient when I've used it. Restaurant offers a wide range of meals which don't disappoint

It is a nice place, the food in very good, the bread incredible!

Super nice rooms and a convenient pool for little children. A little disappointed because we could never tell which rooms had a bathtub from the booking website -we were travelling with our baby boy- so we ended up thinking they didn't have any. Breakfast was kind of expensive. Location is very convenient if you're a fan of nature because the main park is just a few meters from the hotel. There are a museum and a zoo a few minutes from there, too. Still, city centre is quite far and you'll need to get a taxi.

This hotel should be classified as 3 star hotel, not 4… Positive: the room is cleaned and food is very good. The waiters are always attentive and ready for serving. Development points: 1. When I arrived, the phone was not working. A guy came here to fix and his help was to say “yes. It is broken. Only tomorrow”. Phone now is fixing - n like me to pay the “transport” of the food from the kitchen to the room. They it was not included (it was included). 3. The room didn’t have laundry bags. I asked in the reception to kindly ask to send it to the room and they said the service was not included and I should pay upfront (My voucher is written unlimited laundry. 4. The gym is very basic and in all facility does not have ONE weighting scale. I asked the reception and the answer was “maybe in the gym.:.” Gym bathroom with paper towel on the floor…

Hyatt reputation is for a good brand hotel , but sadly this location isn’t On a business trip you want a good comfortable room, with a nice bed and great services. The A/C in this hotel is horrible. The temperatures in the city are high but turning the A/C on at 7:00 pm hoping for the temperature inside to drop and have a good night sleep. Forget about it . It never happened. the temperature dropped from 28 Celsius at 7 pm to 26 at 6 am That’s the most inefficient thing I have ever seen. Sorry but It’s either broken or tampered I did report it and they say it’s because of the outside temperature 🙄 TV. Forget about international channels, the same 10 local channel with oooold movies or local news Service was ok, nothing special Food same thing Location: forget you can walk around, not just the temperatures but also the inconvenience to have the entrance in a very lonely street Overall stars should be dropped from this hotel
