Very clean and very nice place to stay. Reakfast was good, but still not buffet style due to covid. Just a little inconvenience.

Most horrible customer service ever, it is Mexican, so we can not say horrible service, because we are in Mexico, it is not matter of terms and conditions, it’s matter of how people behave, like everyone wants to go first on the car truck, no one wants let other car go farther than you in Mexico. So guy who attend me also wants to make me feel bad instead of feel good. That’s all about it. It is about education not about service.

The hotel staff were nice trying to help us with finding a tour.
