Useless very bad bus service not agency. They left us in Palenque bus ststion in middle of night. We were surrounded by protestors trying to stop us getting our luggage. Driver knew and just dumped us there as he did not need to enter bus station... I ended up spending so much more time and money to get to my destination and it took me 2 days not 1 ...disgusting..

Pretty good, good service and suitable for traveling

Buses are clean, drivers are safe and mostly friendly. Keep in mind that OCC and ADO are the same company now.

There are charging stations but no free bathrooms or air conditioning. The Wi-Fi was very slow

It has a good location in the center of Villahermosa. The only thing it does not have is good ventilation since it is very hot in the waiting rooms.

Good establishment, large waiting room, delays in some buses, waiting up to an hour after the established time for the bus departure and you ask the employees and they don't tell you anything.

There is an air conditioner in the waiting room and there is a security guard, so it is safe even late at night.

Bus station was clean and efficient. What more can I say.

Horrible attendance and technology. What is this, 1990? 2 workers and they take 10min attendance for ANY Customer. This country will never become more modern

A place where you can find your destination buses. They are littel expensive but services of buses are good compared to price. One bas thing about ADO is payed toilet . You have to pay 7 peaso every single entery whatever you have ADO ticket aswell. All other things are good

Great place to take your trip on the south part of mexico.

Always a mess, beware of your documented baggage, they lost them often. Frequent departures to all major cities in south Mexico

Saying they have internet on the bus seems to be enough. They don't have to actually have it.
