I don't understand what happened, before making appointments was very easy, it could be done online any day of the week, now it only has to be on Thursday and if you arrive late you are left without an appointment, they don't answer the phones, I have been I've been trying to get an appointment for several days and I haven't been able to because I have to miss classes just to go and stand there for an hour in line. Apart from this problem, the service is very good.

There is a very good staff that provides very good care, but sometimes the infrastructure is narrow to navigate.
