Stayed during good friday weekend, for transit point to Ooty. Pros: 1) New Property with aircon 2) Somewhat clean 3) Service was good Cons: 1) 10 km from city center 2) no restaurants nearby 3) swiffy takes an hour to deliver 4) service guys needs training 5) mosquitoes 6) small rooms 7) in house restaurant yet to be up 8) breakfast at 8.30 AM, so no point of opting for it.

Very clean room although little cramped, Front desk is helpful in most times. Geyser and AC is 24/7. Bed was comfortable. Lift facility is available. Little remote but Swiggy delivers 1 chai shop in walking distance. Drinking water was not provided better to buy your own drinking water and go.

Product wise fine !! Price is too much … Service is too irritating!! Service people are good but management over there was kind off not fit and owner who is greedy person came at last and tells staffs to send people out while IPL 2nd half 14th over happening… No peace for relaxation… They came twice with bills I said only after match on rude way then they stopped coming.. For the amount only watermelon chips and peanut are not enough from my perspective… Bar interior is good… Taste wise okay… Service need to improve else cannot survive !! We are paying and using the service so give us time and privacy…

Swarms of mosquitoes in the room. The bed linens were dirty. Despite repeatedly asking for a mosquito coil, no response. Strands of hair found in the bathroom and on towels. Horrible experience overall. Will never recommend to anyone.

Hotel is good but restaurant services is bad. They taking too much time for serving offer. If you want to choose this hotel for then only choose. For meal check another hotel.

Location is outside, only one restaurant is there and have mostly non veg option in menu and that is also too costly. You can stay for 2 - 3 but not more than that.

Cons - there was a hair in my bed - the bedsheets were stained - mosquitos in the rooms - dirty plates were constantly lying the hallway - unclean bathroom - Internet would randomly cut out for hours at a time I think there are more resonible places in better locations, with bigger and cleaner rooms in coimbatore Wouldn't recommend.

The hotel rooms were very good and the restaurant service was also very good food was delicious at the restaurant. The only thing it's bit inside from road so you need to hire private taxi to go to Airport because no ola, uber, red taxi came on time due to location and private taxi charged 300 Rs. For a distance of 6 km from the hotel.

New lodge. Clean, well maintained. Lift facilities available. Room service available. Location is negative, but taxis are arranged at a rate matching with Red Taxi. Those who have own vehicle, this hotel will be best choice.

The room is pretty clean but what troubled us the most was the abundance of mosquitos. The hotel did not have any mosquito repellents and upon asking the hotel staff, he said that more than 45 companies had visited the hotel and all of them had switched on the fan and slept and never complained of mosquitos and hence, they never had the need to get any repellents. Apparently, we were the only ones to complain. The food was average and the cutlery (spoons and forks to be specific) seemed like they weren't cleaned in days. The curtain rod kept falling down as well and the room is pretty small. It really isn't worth the price we payed. The only thing I liked about Treebo was the telephonic customer service.

Very very worst Hotel, better i can say it's a Lodge, we need to beg for Water Bottle, either u book by treebo or directy, This people won't give water bottel. You need to fight and get it. Complementary break fast will come from road side shop with packing of news paper, Lot and Lot Mosquitos inside the room, because inside bathroom the ventilation is open and not arrested with mosquito net. They will not provide towel, Soap, shampoo etc...every thing u need to fight and get it. No basket inside the room/toilet what ever the waste u need to through out side the room. Mainly the Hospitality is very very worst,, they appointed some local guys, which they won't give any respects to the guest. Over all it's very very worst experience. Even though its good newly constructed hotel by the owner. Because of very very management i strongly recommend not to stay here.

We chose Treebo as it was a reliable brand and this particular one was close to the Airport. I had already called the Treebo customer executive and confirmed on availability of a late checkout ( check out was 12 pm and we needed to extend to 5 pm) and the tariffs which was confirmed to be around 800. Also we had paid the full amount for the stay prior check in. Now at around 12 pm the person who sat at the reception called and demanded 2000 INR for late checkout, and keep in mind 2000 was the tariff for the hotel for a night. Person was rude and claimed the hotel is his and not treebo's. I connected with treebo customer care again and the response was poor from them as well. Well long story short we had to check out at 12 pm and spent around 5 hours at the airport. Also on the rooms, the rooms were clean and big enough, but too much mosquitos. No bottled water available, breakfast add on is something they bring on to your room and quite clearly looks like something bought from a street shop ( not something you would expect from treebo). Well over all, I'll never recommend this stay , and I personally might not prefer treebo again.

It was the worst. I have stayed in treebo hotels before also. But trusting treebo I booked this property but it was my wrong decision. There are no facilities at all. I had booked 2 rooms for family on 28th May. The moment we reached the hotel people asked us to wait for an hour saying the rooms are yet to be cleaned. Later we saw in one room the AC was not working. Also there were no shower gels available. No proper service from the staff. I had booked this hotel from Agoda.com and paid the amount online. They said amount is nonrefundable. Per room I payed rs 1500/- hence total 3000/- but the amount got wasted completely. There was no wifi available in the room as promised. Next day morning we saw the geyser was not working so no hot water and the lift also was not working. Also the breakfast was said free but we had to wait for that for more than an hour. Later we came to know the food given was not at all fresh. The dal and all was rotten. They had mentioned free parking area it was nothing but we had to park the vehicles on the road itself. So all the facilities mentioned were all fake and also the amount was non refundable. It's not at all the family hotel. We could found stains on the bed. Be careful before booking. It's really worst going for this hotel for a stay atleast with family. All reputed family members had come to the hotel but they made to wait for everybody more than an hour.

Rooms were best and hot water available 24x7. And breakfast was very tasty 😋. In whole trip I just liked breakfast. Bed was cozy and comfortably 3 healthy people can sleep.
