Absolutely avoid this restaurant which is a shame, when there are so many good restaurants in Italy! After we were seated we were informed that 75% of what was written on the menu was in fact unavailable! We ate pizzas, basic without any flavor. We had also ordered hamburgers and what was served to us was simply outrageous: 1 gray heart steak (even though we had ordered it rare), no salad, ketchup, tomato... no garnish. It was dry and inedible. There were no fries or salad side dishes. We asked if it was possible to add an accompaniment, even offering to pay it more, and we were told no. The waiter was unfriendly and offered no solution. In the dining room, the same, we faced totally indifferent staff.

The worst place, the pancakes are old, almost uneatable and the simplest one costs 7 eur. They also charge you per person additional 4 eur copperto, which is like for the serving. Do not understand for what as service is really bad and you do not get anything extra. Do NOT go here. They become rude when you ask why.

We stumbled upon caffè Fadi (aka caffe Trieste) because, hey, they were rocking the lowest rating on Google Maps! Curiosity piqued, we boldly stepped inside and treated ourselves to a gelato and a cappuccino. The service? Fast and efficient (unfortunately, they did not burp or use offensive language). The grand total was 7.5 euros. Now, we didn't want to rain on their parade, so we awarded them a single, shining star.

We ordered 2 salads (decent seafood), a mojito, a smoothie (they brought me the wrong mango one) and 2 cappucinos - 50 euros. The staff was nice ( at least they tried to speak English) and the location is good.

Place operates under new name “Cafe Trieste”. But looking at their reviews- service and food quality are the same 😂. You want to the worst tasting plastic ice cream for the highest price of 5 euros per medium cup- than this place is definitely for you. Never again. This place is a rip off.

It says “temporarily closed” but beware it is VERY MUCH open. A tourist trap. We got charged €4 each service charge (€16 total) Our bill came to €88 for: 3 cokes (€12) 2 milk shakes (€12) 1 water (€4) 2 small plain pizza margarita pizzas 1 small sausage pizza 1 burger & chips. Service charge (€16) ——- The milk shakes were advertised as “frappes” they were literally WARM milk with flavour in them. They were awful- and €6 each!!! We didn’t drink them! —— The pizza was mediocre. Nothing special. ——- Burger nothing special. Chips ok. ——- The owner needs to shape up and not charge €4 per person for nothing. Never again.

Not even worth 1 star, the most disgusting lasagne ever, brough out completely cold and drenched in water. Avoid completely, prices also extremely high

Possibly the worst lasagna ever seen before, and wasn’t cheap either. Wouldn’t recommend eating here. To be fair, we’ve only got ourselves to blame for choosing somewhere on the main piazza, foolish!
