Went there for Mother’s Day and had an amazing time. The service was spectacular. They made sure a table with 10+ people were satisfied. I’ve been there many times, but never tried any drinks so I tried the berry sangria… and well three of them later we we’re still sitting there chatting. I hadn’t gotten to spend time with my mom due to her being in the hospital for surgery so having a good time with her was important. I know they always provide the best service. Thank you! The food is to die for.

Very dissatisfied service. Have been coming for years. This time around the waitress had an attitude and was unprofessional. When was addressed with the manager the manager had the nerve to tell us to keep our opinion to ourselves basically told us to shut up this occurred while the waitress has her back turned to us and whispering to the manager about us as if we aren’t standing there. If that isn’t unprofessional conduct by both waitress and manager I don’t know what is. No worries we won’t be going back. I know we are only one customer but perhaps others can relate and will do the same. Only volume of customers can make a difference and make a change. Apparently the manager had no intentions to address the issue but to cover up for her waitress behavior. Very disappointing.

Very good service. Unlimited soup and salad is a win. The chicken Parmigiano was 👌. Dont like that you have to pay for the salsa for your free bread. It's affordable price for a good quality food. We recently came back and the Shrimp and chicken carbonara was delicious. Also the fried shrimp and pepper starter was very good.

Omg car side to PUKE. Totally lost my appetite after seeing my lovely rotten salad to start my meal. Breadsticks hard as a rock. Praying the Alfredo pulls through. Best part is upon calling the store to let the manager know- she was ‘well aware’ of the ongoing problem… yet still serves it. Ew

Its crazy how the food usually always tastes the same here, but its to be expected from a franchise restaurant. Salad was super cold and the breadsticks even thou they bring them super hot they get a bit hard if you wait to eat them with your dinner. Service was good, and friendly.

Great service. Great food and they had 5.00 special small frozen spaghetti if you had an entrew. Excellent. I had shrimp appetizer. Had enough left over for another meal

Arrived around 130 was a wait although restaurant not crowded. Staff was limited. Waited over 1 hour for soup and salad. Server was great despite wait. Ordered take home meals for 5$ and was very good. Have one in freezer for later.

The service was horrible. Erin took forever to get to us. He blamed the kitchen, but wasn't the kitchen. The food was great, it was the service. Food with no drink, and 20 minutes to bring me change. Had to keep asking other employees to find him because he did not see the blinking light. Wife was so mad it ruined our night. Thanks erin.....

I just posted on this with my fiancees profile by mistake since we share the same laptop. We had dinner there and it was fabulous and we took $5 take homes. Mine was spaghetti with meat sauce and it turned out to be a five cheese ziti dish. Nevertheless, the service was so great the food is always good and it was fabulous this time as well.

Waitress and service was friendly and good except she forgot to bring my soup. I ended up having to remind her and what kind it was. Usually not a big deal but I ordered the unlimited salad and soup meal so I was looking forward to it more than usual. To be fair she appeared to be doing 2 jobs at once. Salad was fresh and great as usual. Rest of the food was delicious and at a good value. We will be back.

Never dissatisfied with Olive Garden!!! We sat in the bar area for the first time. So figured I would do a few more first!!! Our waitress was over top good and funny to boot!!! Kristie I hope I'm not slaying her name served me some of the best margaritas ever my first time having one... We ever make our way back to Florida we will stop in to see her for sure!!! She a must be if you dine there for sure!!!

I've been wanting to go to Olive Garden, and it was the worst experience ever! Our waiter was horrible. He was very slow, so anything we asked for took a while to get. My hubby asked for a refill and never got it. He ordered a steak and asked for sauce, and got it when his steak was cold. The table next to us came after us and left before us. The manager only greeted certain tables and completely overlooked our table. She made sure their drinks were filled and made sure they were good. They didn't even have to ask. We were sitting in between these 2 tables that she ensured were taken care of but were not extended that same cortesy. We should have paid for our drinks and left. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS OLIVE GARDEN AGAIN.

My favorite Olive Garden in this area. I'm a frequent costumer in this location. The food was really good like always, but I don't know what happened last night, because the service was terrible. A lot of missing stuffs from the waitress and poor attention to my (10 people) table. I'm left her good tip anyways. I will visit this location soon again to give a second chance.

Very impressed with this restaurant. It was quite busy but, staff was extremely pleasant, quick service, & a real delight. Food was excellent as well. Very clean place, perfect for that date night if you have plans for Valentine's Day.

My family and I are regular customers of Olive Garden; but today we made the mistake of ordering take out from restaurant on South Cleveland in Ft. Myers. When we got home, my son's order Chicken Margherita was missing and our 4 pasta e fagioli soups were half instead of completely full. When I called and spoke to the they refunded our money for the meal, but told us they fill the bowls with 16 oz of soup. The picture on the right is has 16 oz of orange soda nd the left is what we got of soup.

My shrimp seafood alfredo was delicious, but the $5.00 take home stuffed fettuccine was awful.

Went here last night. Never again. There was no waiting which I thought was going to be a good thing. They sat us promptly and that’s when the nightmare began. We sat there for almost 1/2 hour without any type of acknowledgment that we were there. Others came after us and were taken care first. After getting tired of just waiting, we decided to get up and go. We went back up front and spoke to the manager “Jaymie”. She apologized and offer us another table. For what? I asked her . What will the difference be and she replied, “nothing “. No promises of getting served, attention, etc. At this point we made the decision that it will be better to leave. Glad we did because we went next door to Carabas.

I always have a Yummy 😋 Experience when I dine at any Location 📍They are always pretty consistent with Service & Food 🍝 We went minutes before the Lunch Specials ended and the waitress offered to honor the lunch special. I opted for the dinner portion so I could have leftovers 😉 Our waitress was supper nice and VERY Attentive- she also chatted with us since we are new to the area. I highly recommend Olive Garden - Shrimp 🍤 Fettuccine Alfredo with a side of Extra sauce (on the side)is my go to entree Simple But Always Consistent!! 🤩 Five Stars from this Foodie ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Well, the menu has gone down. Hill. Possibly covid related. Very few items remaining. Food was disgusting. Guessing its all microwaved now. Some items nuclear temperatures others barely warm. Sauces are non-existent... Used to be a decent place, but no longer.

Absolutely awful experience here, there were three of us and we waited 10 minutes to even be acknowledged, it took 10 minutes just to receive our drinks, it was soda, and lemonade. Took another 10 minutes to receive our soup and salads. It’s been over 30 minutes, we have seen our server 3 times. No food yet, but I’m guessing it will not live up to what it normally is. This location needs some retraining of their staff, friendliness, and customer service. This location is awful. We will NOT be returning in the future.

Our server Melissa was amazing! She was very personable with my grandparents and I and would 100% recommend her to anyone. Very polite and seems like a great person. Thank you Melissa for an amazing dinner and expect us back soon!

The food here is great. The service was also very good and the prices are great as well. Each meal comes with enough for a full meal of leftovers, which is great. I got the Tour de Italy, and combined with the unlimited bread sticks and your choice of unlimited soup or salad, it was a truly spectacular dining experience.

We had the best waiter! He was extremely polite and personable. Always available to offer help. We were a family of six, including 2 children and he was very accommodating. There was very little waiting time, we were all served promptly, receiving our meals in a timely manner. He was very friendly and patient with the children. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but he had a foreign accent.

It's worth every penny. I thought this place was a touch costlier. But, to my surprise, quantity was more, which makes it worth the cost. Service people are very friendly and awesome. I also noticed that they sanitize the touch screens after every customer, which is very good. The Ambience was so nice. Best place to take your partner for dinner. We ordered shrimp fritto misto for appetizer, Chicken marsala fettuccine for entrée and a raspberry lemonade. It was more than enough for 2 adults(good eating adults). Shrimp friito is must try and the dips were out of the world. Raspberry lemonade is Suttle and a great combination for the food. Complementary soup and breadsticks with the entrée was also excellent. My rating - 5/5.

I gave the atmosphere a 4 only because it's par for the course with most any other Olive Garden location. Seating was very quick and efficient. Staff was very friendly and professional with a solid knowledge of their menu. I would put this location in my top 5 for this brand.

Great restaurant chain. Lasagna best anywhere including at Moms house. Lots of extras including salad bowl, bread sticks and after dinner chocolate mints.

Well located on SR41 below the Cape Coral Pkwy, (& bridge over the river) large building with lots of seating, large parking lot. Our server (Rudolfo?) was brilliant and worthy of a high-end restaurant. Food portions are generous, expect to leave with takeaway containers and the pricing is very reasonable.

Our server Michelle was quite busy. She still did a fantastic job making sure our food was great, drinks were filled, and that we had plenty of salad and bread sticks. This was one of the nicer Olive Gardens I have been too recently.

Our family of 6 had a late lunch yesterday celebrating my boys birthdays. Our server was Felicia and she was literally the best waitress I have ever had! She went above and beyond to make sure we had a delicious lunch and great time! Thank you Felicia!! We will be back to see you soon.

Came in with a big group (in town for hurricane relief) after a hurricane. Despite them being short staffed service was fantastic. They also were taking and giving out canned goods for families hit by the hurricane. That was fantastic to see! The food was really delicious too! Thank you so much for the great meal.

My girlfriend picked up to go for me and brought it to my work. It’s only about six minutes away so I can’t blame it on the travel time. She got me the Tour of Italy. It all looked great, but looks can be deceiving. The lasagna was good, not great. The chicken parmigiana was rubbery & honestly not good at all, but the fettuccine alfredo (usually my favorite) is what got me. I was so incredibly disappointed in it. It was completely flavorless, & just, not at all, what I expect from Olive Garden. I ended up throwing most of it away. I mean I know they’re just a chain, but I’ve always enjoyed their food. I guess we won’t be back. I’m honestly disappointed.

It was my birthday and the waitress was energetic a people pleaser in short word's she was amazing made me feel so happy when she came out with a cheese cake slice for my birthday and sang with her coworkers it was just amazing oh and the food was excellent ❤️ thank you everyone at olive garden 😊

5 star review experince: Excellent food and service. They have amazing piña coladas. Why I brought it down to 3 stars: I have a shrimp allergy and I ordered chicken parmigiana and it gave me an allergic reaction. It has happened before at 3 different olive gardens , including this one. I will always inform my waitress about my allergy, and they have always told me that they will inform the kitchen, but I have had an allergic reaction every time. On the meal ticket it always says shrimp allergy when I'm going to pay. So I can only assume that in the kitchen they may have an issue with cross contamination in either breading or frying stations based on me ordering chicken parm and immediately regretting it like 2 bites in. PLEASE BE CAREFULL.

My mother & I came in for lunch on this Saturday. It was very nice & some well spent mother daughter time. Food was delicious as well.

Calamari was good but nothing else. Salmon over cooked broccoli was raw. Server was attentive but not friendly. Not pleased with ft. Myers location.

Good food but too bad we can't choose our table. Asking for a booth but we had to go to a table while 8 booth were available. The people behind us got their booth. A small square table for 4 is just a bit too small. I love Olive Garden but I will need to avoid this one on Cleveland Avenue in the future.

I ordered curbside carry out to go. My order was ready when expected. The order was correct and the food was quite good. The young lady that brought the order to my car was friendly & pleasant. No complaints. Prior to Covid-19, I had dined inside a few times. For the most part, everything was fine except for one experience with a waitress that was not very attentive. Translation, she was nowhere to be found when we needed her.

Excellent food and great service. Our waiter Ali was very knowledgeable on the menu. We had 2 people with us that had food allergies. We had a very enjoyable experience.

Not as special as I remembered. Server very robotic, food o.k. , need to step up their game. Not sure how much Covid has affected their performance but use to enjoy olive garden and could always appreciate a chain restaurant that could deliver.
