Sushi was fresh and tasted good. The service was excellent. Didn't have to wait long and the workers here are all very friendly. Tastewise I would give this place 3.5 stars. 0.5 extra stars for the great service. The spicy tuna sushi was a bit dry. In other places they usually use a spicy mayo or something similar with it. Will be back one day when I'm in the area. Overall a good experience.

I recently moved from Bangkok, where you get really good sushi, to Germany. I had sushi quite often in Thailand but here it’s so hard to find one with a decent price. Luckily, I’ve found this one! I had sushi set called “Tokyo” with Miso soup and Spezi. It was so delicious!! Highly recommended :)

We instantly fell in love with this place. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They have a variety of different sushi options. We loved the sashimi and the various rolls we have tried. We have been here twice now and have not been disappointed in the least.

Super service, the waitress well-mannered, friendly and nice, the kitchen super clean and hygienic also the restroom, the ambiance and atmosphere was really good, and how about the quality of food ? Of course its very good, not so many options but the quality and taste was really good. And oh the Chef not Japanese but he is certificated, very professional.

Lovely place, lovely people. The service was amazing. The restaurant was empty so my order arrived very fast. And in the end they said thank you for my language, that was awesome!!

This is my favorite sushi place in Stuttgart. It is great value for the price as it is quality sushi for a fair price (other places tend to overcharge for what you get and spend more time on display and not as much on quality). To top it off, the staff is very friendly and even is good about getting to know your name not only in person but even when you call them on the phone. I love this place and can’t recommend it enough. I can recommend everything on the menu as I have been coming here for a long time and everything tastes great. Oh and when I was pregnant and really craving sushi they were happy to help me pick stuff off of the menu that was fully cooked so I could still enjoy.

Well-lit, spacious restaurant near Stadtmitte Stuttgart. They have maintained the Asian vibe inside the restaurant. Here are the positives 1. Sushi‘s are really fresh! They tasted really good! 2. The prawn tempura was very very light and fluffy! 3. The Miso soup was good! 4. The Japanese Cake was beyond imagination (DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED!!!!). It was that light and airy. Some improvements: I saw a couple of flies around our table, which was not good!

Review bias: I lived in Japan for a few years and have experienced a wide range of sushi quality over the years. I tend to be critical on sushi texture and quality. I saw the prices online and thought they were higher than I'd expect for sushi, but once tasting the superb quality of the raw fish, I found the sushi was a very good price and will be back regularly. I still think the tempora was a high price, but they do a great job making it and the price of the tempora seems to be similarly priced for Stuttgart. The miso soup and fried chicken both tasted great and were reasonably priced. I ordered more than normal in order to try more. I'd probably spend between 25-40 Euros for future visits and be comfortable/full. The miso soup, fried chicken, and tempora are made fresh and delivered hot; be mindful of this and let the inside of the food cool down to a reasonable temperature before eating or expect to burn your tongue a few times. Sushi ONE does a fantastic job sourcing and selecting their fish!!! You can tell based on the tenderness of the raw fish, the smoothness of the texture, and the freshness of the flavor. There was NO hint of chewiness nor rubbery effect. The pieces were cut to a nice thickness, which allowed the raw fish to be the highlight instead of competing with the rice and soy sauce. The room is set up comfortably with space between each table and the tables being arranged in various alignments. The wall decor and overall theme was Japanese, welcoming, and relaxing. Finding the location wasn't obvious. There's a single door at ground level that is recessed away from the street. Once you see it, it leads you to the restaurant on the next floor. There is also one banner/flag waving on the street. It's across from the French Tacos place. Finally, the one staff/waiter I got to interact with had introvert qualities and was very nice and considerate. He provided great customer service and did his job well. I'LL BE BACK!!

I really love going to Sushi One. The staff is very friendly and they always remember my face. They have a wide variety of options on the menu. I also really enjoy their warm sake, seaweed salad, edamame, and Riesling.

My favourite place for Sushi in Stuttgart! The people are so nice and friendly, everything is served fast and the taste is amazing! They also have lunch menus so it’s a great spot to do a lunch break here. Definitely a place to go!

The sushi itself is honest but quite average, at least to my very sushi-untrained taste. Hence the price higher than average and the smaller sizes of the pieces are not justified by quality in my opinion. As a plus, must say that they didn't fall apart, though. Cannot say much about the variety since I ordered classic Makis and Nigiris. Ordered placed through Deliveroo some hours in advance and delivered in the scheduled window on a Thursday night.

Would prefer to have given 3.5/5 stars. Great atmosphere and layout. The sushi isn’t the best but it definitely doesn’t taste bad. No complaints. The price varies depending on what you get. A Menü will get you a free miso soup and much better value on sushi. In general the price is more expensive than other places but not overpriced. (about 1-2€ per maki) No problems with customer service either. Timely and correct order with a respectful waiter. Atmosphere - 4.5/5 Taste - 3/5 Price - 2.5/5 Service - 4/5 Overall - 3.5/5 Would Recommend 👍

What a great Sushi restaurant! We felt comfortable here all around. After a warm welcome we enjoyed the fantastic food and the excellent service. Looking forward to our next visit already!

Sushi One is by far our favorite Sushi Restaurant in Stuttgart. Everyone is very friendly and the food is awesome. It is a family run neighborhood restaurant where we feel like we are always welcome! Highly recommended!

My Sushi wasn’t cooled properly, almost at room temperature, so it was not good. There was not much going on when I went there. The open kitchen is nice though. This is one of the less expensive Sushi restaurants.

Not the worst, Restaurant is ina good clean shape, and nice setup, the food wasn't as expected, a sauce was added to almost all and it ruined the taste big time, the menu is not too diverse either. In general 3.5 stars

Amazing sushi with thick layers of fish. All fresh and tasty. At first, I saw the entrance, and it wasn't the best, but when I entered the restaurant, it was really great. It was so good that we ordered another dish after the first one.

Straight up, best spot for sushi in Stuttgart, and I eat at a lot of them. Salmon was amazing. Wasabi tastes closer to real and not the paste out of a tube. Don’t put too much, it will teleport you a different time zone. Everything was good. Only odd part was carrots in the Miso soup, but I don’t judge. Highly recommended if you are walking by.

I ordered from this restaurant expecting a delivery time of around 50 minutes, as stated. However, the food arrived after an astonishing two hours, which is completely unacceptable. There was no communication from the restaurant about this delay, leaving me waiting and wondering. The prolonged wait time significantly affected the quality of my experience and disrupted my plans. I understand that occasional delays can happen, but a delay of this magnitude, without any explanation or apology, is a serious lapse in service and customer care.
