I think, that this is one of the best hotels in Vilnius. Not too big, not too small. Rooms are spacious and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Very good location, so everything is in walking distance. Small supermarket few steps away. Car parking nearby hotel can be arranged.

Excellent location for sight seeing. Helpful staff. Nice clean comfortable rooms. Delicious breakfast. Limited parking available. Tip - make sure you ask for a room facing back of the hotel, because front is facing a somewhat busy street, which could be a nuisance when you open windows to get some fresh air. Overall a pleasant stay.

Very happy with my experience. The front desk people were all very friendly. My room was spacious and beautiful. I was really happy it kept warm. Unlike other reviews here, I was very happy with my bed and my view. The bed was comfy and I could see a courtyard covered in snow. It was pretty. Very central location, well worth the price. Very clean. Would 100% stay again

Wonderful surprise. Loved this hotel from first entering front door. Brilliant gentleman at reception was most understanding and helpful. Our room 302 is spacious, spotless, gracious and air conditioned. Included breakfast is all that could be expected and with proper coffee, not the stewed variety. Close to major tourist attraction and old town (2 minutes walk). Only drawback is lack of elevator but as reception carried luggage up for us, no problem. Thoroughly recommend this property.

Avoid. After a 10 second look I had to ask for my money back! But 5☆ for the receptionist. Do not be mislead by name Garden. There is no garden! A garden was why I booked. One look at the double patio doors leading to a enclosed high walled filthy patio with 2 dirty air con units, filthy dirty uneaven floor with litter, old building materials i could not use it. It was depressing and i left and asked for a refund. Looking at the availability the hotel, it was empty the only other rooms had skylight windows which you have to stand on a chair to even look out of. No thank you!

Good hotel in a perfect location to the squares of the city center. Rooms are large and the breakfast is also suitable. Self checkin also works perfectly. Unfortunately, you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms, so a few stars deduction.

Very characteristic Hotel close to city centre and 10 min walk from train station. Nice rooms with charm- very enjoyable smooth Jazz Playlist at Breakfast :-) If you arrive after 8 pm ask code to enter Hotel and access your room

Very clean and very nice designed hotel! Was nice to stay in Moon Garden and I would love to stay there once again whenever I’m back to Vilnius. Breakfast’s options are excellent. You can find there everything starting from sweets/fruits and ending by oatmeal and potatoes pancakes. Highly recommend to stay in Moon Garden if you come Vilnius :)❤️

Absolutely amazing place and i think we got the best room with balcony and we can just see some of the town when waking up and the room was great and everything nothing bad to say about this place

Great location, convenient to Old Vilnius tourist precinct. Friendly service, quite spacious and quiet room overlooking vacant space at the rear of the building. Clean, although carpet needs replacing. Fridge and coffee making facilities in room. But very hard bed, needs a mattress topper.

Nettes Hotel am südlichen Rand der Altstadt. Das superior Doppelzimmer war okay, aber für den Preis von 80 Euro pro Nacht kann ich in dieser Stadt mehr Standard und Komfort erhalten.

I arrived obscenely late from the airport. They were very accommodating. Very comfortable. Very clean. Very pleasant stay. Thanks for your help at 3:30am. 👍

Nice hotel in a good location (150 m from the Gate of Dawn). Rooms in a beautiful style, kind reception lady. Lack of lift for now. Not so huge variety for breakfast, but everything was good.

Was not a huge fan of this hotel or room. Yes it is a great location and pretty good price. But the bed was not comfortable, the room not warm enough and service was not overly accommodating. It’s not a bad option but I would probably elsewhere if I came back.

We just loved it!! Excellent location at the entrance of the old city+grill restaurant and a shop literally across the road ; lovely designed rooms; friendly stuff, doing everything for you to feel home (especially you will feel that at breakfast) Just remember the local law: you cannot buy alcohol for take away after 20.00!!

Employee at *restaurant* Moon Garden phone service has very rude attitude. And lost their business 4 nye tickets. I think they don't even care about this. I don't recommend this place if you want to have good time.

Staff and customer service were great . When I called regarding prices, one gentlemen offered me a good deal so I decided to try the hotel . Love the fact that staff were flexible and welcoming . Room I got was beautiful and had enough space . Mini bar had non alcoholic beer and some lentil crisps which is good . It was silent and peaceful, which exactly what I needed. However , some facilities didint make it feel like a 4 star place: the entrance of the hotel lacks good decor and good styling to match the style of the rooms . At the entrance looks like 2 star place not more . What catches the eye is the bottles and prices listed which looks weird as it is some kind of shop , instead they could use that space to decorate nicely and make it feel like a lounge - it feels like you can sit down and maybe relax for a bit . The same with mirrors in the rooms : completely out of context in terms of design and too small . Ancient style looking mirrors that are bigger in size would be a perfect touch . Also there were not enough tea and coffee selection like decaf options and no milk for the tea or coffee . It would be great to have some small plates for the tea cups . Hair dryers are really bad quality , more like a hostel type quality than a 4 star hotel . Most 4 star hotel provide proper hair dryers. So I couldn’t dry my hair and needed to sleep with wet hair . Overall, I would stay again if offered a good price deal . Thank you

The whole hotel was very clean, had a self check- in and out service and was very close to the city centre. The hotel was quiet and provided lots of privacy, although the mattress was very hard. Definitely worth staying in, considering it’s a cheaper option compared to other hotels, it’s modern and easy to get to.

This is definitely one of the best hotels I have ever been to. Big and comfortable bed, well-equiped bathroom, wi-fi, air conditioning - all just perfect. Ladies at the reception are smiling, polite and with perfect English. Check-in and check-out are quick.

Great place to stay at very close to the old town. The reception was very warm and friendly, the room was quite interestingly decorated and well equipped while keeping the charm of the old. The room had facilities to make tea. Dark curtains was there as well. Overall is was a very good experience for the money I paid, compared to another hotel i stayed in the neighboring area.

We never saw a single person the the days we were there. The front door has a code lock. All the rooms were unlocked with a key inside. Nice enough rooms. Top floor has lovely balcony and large room with sitting room. First floor was a bit shabby with water stains on ceiling and walls, hard and thin mattress on a squeaky bed frame. Located inside the old town but front door faces the outside street of old town. A little deceiving. Right near Gate of Dawn. I think I'll pass next time.

The hotel has a great location. The breakfast was very good. The staff always ready to help and refill the empty trays. The reception staff were excellent . Helpful accomadating and ready to assist in particular a young man called David. Always had a smile and great representation of the hotel. As a family our room was adequate .

I needed a place to stay for one night and I got super lucky to find Moon Garden. I could honestly live here. Room was super nice, clean, high ceilings, view of the street. I am absolutely booking this place for another stay in a few days. Very very impressed.

Rooms were good and sobwas servixe. Breakfest was not worth the money. It was OK but nothing special.
