Likely the worst of the major chain hotels in Vilnius. If it was marketed as a 2* hotel and priced accordingly, I would have no issues, except for it doing no favours to the brand, but as it is, it's terrible. There are plenty new and fine hotels to be had for the same price. This one in comparison looks to be straight from the 90s, with amenities to match.

Huoneessa piti olla ilmastointi, mutta se ei toiminut ollenkaan. Tietenkin ilmoitin asiasta vastaanottoon, mutta mitään ei tehty asian suhteen. Keskustelin asiasta myös toisen vieraan kanssa ja heidän huoneessaan ei myöskään ilmastointi toiminut. Hyvinä puolina voi mainita eriomaisen aamiaisen, kohtuullisen siistit huoneet ja erinomainen sijainti.

Also, bevor sich jemand aufregt: wir benötigten für drei Nächte eine Unterkunft und die haben wir bekommen. Sauber und ordentlich mit allem was man braucht, wenn man sein Hotel ohnehin nur zum Schlafen benutzt. Sicherlich ist alles etwas alt, aber das hatte ich in Köln auch schon. Dafür ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis unschlagbar gewesen. Man läuft in 10 - 15 Minuten in die wunderschöne Altstadt von Vilnius und der Flughafen ist zu Fuß 1,5 Stunden entfernt. Im Hotel gibt es noch ne finnische Sauna und einen kleinen Pool. Wir fanden das mehr als ausreichend. Frühstück haut einen nicht von den Socken, aber es gibt alles was man braucht 😄

Not a recommended hotel. Location-wise it is located really central. Closeby the Radison Blu Hotel especially for conferences. Besides that - the hotel is not recommendable. Old rooms, rooms were not clean, service was barely existing, breakfast looked really sad. Only good thing was the coffee. Overall the hotel looked really empty. This hotel might had a glorious time many many years ago. That time has passed unfortunately. If you have the budget, I would recommend to check out Radison Blue instead. Sorry for the bad review - usually I try to find positive things but this hotel I can't recommend.

Payed for parking, but all parking spots there occupied. Reception explained that parking is not reserved, and it is my fault that I can't park. Reception refused to refund parking payment.

We received the service of a 7 start hotel - I could not be more thankful. We booked through booking asking for an early check-in, and not only we were already allowed to enter our room at 8am, but they gave us access to the breakfast (wide selection -only downside was the AC that was too strong) on our arrival day. Fantastic customer service, and a 24h reception desk! The sauna is really small and the swimming pool as well, but it was good enough for us. The rooms could definitely use some renovation but for the price/service we received, we have no doubt that we made the right choice.

Yesterday we had a reservation with booking in this hotel, we was wIting almost 1 hour to be attended them we go to the room and our surprise was that the room was very dirty and with the bed broken so we go to reception to take another room but they cancell our reservation they didnt give us another room and they dont give back the money so we have to go to another place. Worst experience with a hotel in my live, the trate of the personal was very bad I dont recomended at all

Room smelled cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room. Found a pair of shoes (of previous guest), so obviously house keeping doesn't vacuum the floors that good. The pool is a big joke, why even bother announcing that there is a pool when it is completely useless? I mainly choose the hotel due to the announced pool because of my kids wishes. Breakfast was decent and kept us all happy.

Horrible hotel. This is 2** maximum 3 *** hotel very old hotel. Managers on reception didn't do anything that we asked them. On man on reception told us put car on free parking near hotel and we got parking fine in the morning. Don't spend your money for this horrible hotel!

The Hotel and conference venue was wonderful. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The shopping area nearby was very good and cheap.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and the spacious bathroom was a plus. The breakfast spread was impressive and delicious. We had booked several rooms, and when the AC in one room stopped working, the staff promptly gave us a new room. The location was fantastic, very close to the city center. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its nice rooms, excellent breakfast, and convenient location.

Reasonable priced, some 10-15min walk from Old town. Was there on Winter/January 2023 - quite empty as everywhere during this time.

Good breakfast included. Comfy beds. Cool stairs. Lifts work well. Clean and comfortable.

Appalling avoid at all costs. Pool lethally dangerous. Impossible to use as there are no steps and only a slippy metal ladders allows access. Also I would have thought it was an insurance and legal requirement to have installed non slip floor tiles in pool room.Temp in Sauna too low and no water or spoon in bucket. BedRoom was so cold. Heating was not on. I had to request to be moved. Which was a joke no help at all provided to make the move. The only redeemable thing was the breakfast was very good and the receptionist on check in had incredibly Fluent English and was very very friendly. Best Western Vilinus you need to up your game simply not good enough to advertise Spa facilities and then as a paying customer not be able to use them for Health and Safety reasons.

Vakiohotellini. Mukavat respat, siistit huoneet ja hyvä aamupala. Vanhaan kaupunkiin kävelee reilussa vartissa.

Wir hatten zwei Doppelzimmer in der 6. Etage. Die Fotos sehen leider besser aus als die Realität. Wir hatten keine bodentiefen Fenster. Unsere Zimmer waren dunkelbraun und beige. Der Kühlschrank war kaputt. Da ich ihn für Medikamente benötige, mussten wir uns erstmal darum kümmern, einen anderen zu bekommen. Die Toilettenbrille war und blieb kaputt... Eigentlich müsste das die Putzfrau merken, beim Säubern. Eine Steckdose am Bett funktionierte nicht. Ansonsten war es ok, aber definitiv keine 4 Sterne wert. Es gab einen Wasserkocher mit Tee und Kaffee Angebot. Das Hotel ansich macht einen sehr schicken Eindruck. Auch im Foyer gibt es Sitzecken mit Wasser und Gebäck. Das Frühstück war ok, aber kein Überflieger. Die Butter war keine Butter, sie schmeckte nach Margarine, das Honigbärchen enthielt Agavendicksaft, sollte aber suggerieren, dass da Honig drin ist. Man fand aber noch richtigen abgepackten Honig. Das Brot war ok, aber nichts besonderes. Da man die kleinen Brötchen mit den Messern kaum schneiden konnte, bin ich auf Toastbrot umgestiegen. Es gab Pancakes im selben Wärmebehälter wie die Würstchen. Es gab Obst (Birnen, Äpfel, Orangen, Mandarinen, Weintrauben) aber kein Messer, mit dem an es schneiden konnte. Summa summarum - man wird satt (außer man ernährt sich vegan) aber 4 Sterne sind es für mich nicht und für die haben wir bezahlt. Die Lage ist gut, wir konnten zu Fuß die Altstadt und Restaurants erreichen. Wenige Parkplätze stehen vor dem Hotel kostenpflichtig zur Verfügung. Wir könnten bei offenem Fenster schlafen, es war nicht laut. Auch von den Nachbarzimmern hörte man nichts.

Personal freundlich. Zimmer in unserer Etage nicht renoviert. Sauber war es . Duschwanne ist nicht das optimale. Waschbecken sehr niedrig. Frühstück völlig ausreichend. Im Großen und Ganzen eher 3,5 Sterne

Das Hotel ist insgesamt sauber und gut. Die Bedienung an der Rezeption sehr nett. Das Frühstück ist gut und reichhaltig. Nur eine ältere Dame wirkt sehr gestresst und unfreundlich. Der Frühstücksraum für die Anzahl der Menschen zu klein. Die Sauna ist gut, der Pool sehr kalt.

Good service at the desk. This looks like a Soviet-era hotel that was given a Best Western capitalist era makeover. The room was pleasant and functional, with an abnormally large bathroom. The location is on the other side of the river from the old city, but it's a very easy walk, and very pleasant (mostly green space and a choice of bridges with nice views of the town). There is a direct bus to the airport from very nearby too. The breakfast had a good mix of international and more local choices (think pickled herring and pickled cucumbers). In line with expectations for a international hotel chaim, but lacked a bit of local Baltic charm.

Excellent service throughout, friendly and helpful staff, spotless and lovely accommodations, plush beds, a first-rate restaurant, and luxurious meeting spaces at reasonable prices. I wholeheartedly advise staying at this place!

Traditional decoration, was very comfortable. The bathrooms are nice and clean, towels incredebly soft. Also, bathrobes are soft. They have a nice breakfast buffet and sauna, pool and other nice things.

So, at first we came in very late at 10pm and surprisingly the assistant was there to greet us and was so amazing, there was even calm music, after we went into our rooms I noticed that our bathroom didn't have a lock but everything else was great, clean room , clean bathroom, everything was pretty much as you would want it to be like even the toilet paper end was folded and that really surprised me but although the assistant was so amazing and didn't seem like she was underpaid and didn't care about her job, the food was okay, if your a picky eater I suggest getting the cereal but everything looked fresh and you could even get fresh fruit, there was even some unique choices I would definitely come again because its not like other hotels.

Rooms are a bit worned out. Something is not ok with ventilation - we could feel smell of cigarettes in non smoking room. Also there is no real swimming pool, just cold bath after sauna. Breakfast were ok, value for money also not so bad.

Good hotel with decent price. The rooms look ok and the cleaning is done pretty good. The bathroom was also very clean. However, the so called "gym" is just a very small place with hardly any equipment or weights, so you can really workout there and build muscle. And the pool is pretty small but worthy of using it once. The breakfast is also decent. Alot to choose from but not the best tasting stuff. If you dont have a high expectation then the breakfast is good (I just wish they had cream for the pancakes). So overall a good hotel and I would give it 3.5/5 stars.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Out of luck if you're unlucky enough to have updated your macos to Monterey so make sure to be prepared for some frustrating hours trying to get rid of Apple's what looked like a good Idea but wasn't at all. Solved issue, make sure your MAC address isn't blocked by their gateway, double-check by changing it and retry. Small pool but ok, sauna. Unfortunately the breakfast is from 0700 onwards and even later 0800 during weekends but you can ask for a breakfast box the day before. You get a drink, some fruit, pastries and two sandwiches with lettuce cheese ham etc.

The rooms are half clean, bathroom was terrible with mold. Furniture is worn out, with lots of cracks and bruises. Breakfast was okay, but otherwise it's a very low quality place. Totally would not recommend. City is beautiful, don't spoil it by staying in this place.

Great location, very close to town, friendly and helpful staff at the hotel. The cleaning was not so good they forget to clean my room for 2 days, I had to complain to get cleaning in the room. The sauna was not working properly.

Hitel is ok. Breakfast is limmited in options and the rooms are quite old. At my last stay, the room was extreamly small, and there were some things not working properly in the bathroom. The service prom the front desk was outstandong as always. People are always nice.

Had a good stay. Room has what you need, but a bit old interior. Excellent WiFi connection however. A bit noisy - a normal dialogue in neighbouring room at late hours do risk to wake you. I might stay at the hotel again, but I have visited other 4star hotels in Vilnius, which were better.
