You have to wait about 40 minutes! Why so long!?

Great sushi place in “BIG” mall, cosy place, Sushi is a really fresh looking and tasting fish looks like it’s really fresh and has great colour. Only thing that I was disappointed about sushi express when I ordered a sushi set for 3 people at home I didn’t get any soy sauce ginger Wasabi or even chopsticks so it was quite disappointing…Well to be honest really disappointing.

Rice is not good . Service is bad. Sushi were carried in hands. (the shop assistant did not want to give a package)

Why is it written that the closing time is 22:00 when the servers refuse to take order at 21:30. In addition from 21:30 none of the employees were doing anything, just standing around chatting. Just change the closing time to 21:30 and save customers sanity and yourself money

Over the last 5 days made 3 orders via their online page. Got rejection sms in all cases.

Ordered online, but the order was canceled for some unknown reason. Had to wait 30 minutes.

Ordered take away several times. Rolls and snacks are tasty. The carry packages are good. Preparation time is a bit lengthy and ordering system is a flaw - need to call and confirm the order by phone. That Wolt is something to get rid of - who needs this additional step (and not for free)?!? Just have a webpage to order from.

the product is not worth the new price.
