If you are going to buy something expensive - bypass this place. In order to sell you, they will even tell you the wrong information. And when, 9 days after the purchase, your product breaks, you bring it to them yourself. (waste your time, fuel) They tell you straight to your face to take it to the service yourself, it will be faster - and just do we know nothing and cannot help you with anything. And in the end they can take your goods - but the examination and decision-making is then about a month. And you just got unlucky with the product. But you must pick up the goods in a month yourself again - the courier is only for money.

I tried to rent a lawnmower here, for my own garden near Vilnius. I was refused the appliance rental, even though I had my Lithuanian residence permit and the deposit (140 euro) in cash with me. I don't see why Senukai discriminate against foreigners residing legally in Lithuania, especially as other companies are really easy about this. So, one star for the rental unit.

A good hardware store, it always has a huge selection of various things, necessary and unnecessary. The most unpleasant thing is that not all consultants want to help.

Good DIY or repair project shop

This must be one of the most logically laid out home depot stores in Vilnius. The staff is always there when you need them and they know their sections well. They won't be shy on advice and will let you know about the best price options.

Poor customer support at the end of working hours. Consultant promises to come but then gets lost in the abyss. Awful attidute towards customers

We always enjoy a visit to Senukai . You name it, they have it and lots of multi-lingual associates to help. Got out my wallet today for my discount card and somehow lost my license and ID. Looking for it after cashier another customer told me he turned it in to service. Went there and clerk handed me my cards. Embarrassed but thankful for all that help and honesty

Huge store with everything what you may need for your house.

If you catch the prices being discounted - its an amazing shop where you can find anything you need for home, otherwise can be quite expensive

They have really cool invoice (ger. faktur) issuing system. Fully automated and you staple where you want it to be stapled.

A large store with a variety of things to choose from. I was surprised with helpfullness of staff, which unfortunately is unusual in such type of stores. The staff here is also professional, always ready to give a smart advice.

Quite new Senukai DIY big shop in Nordica shopping mall near IKEA centre

Prices are higher, delivery is longer and unlike other shops they only accept returns if you're present in person.

Too expensive,, same stuff in depo costs twice less

Don't buy cheapest and you will be satisfied. Wuite wide variety of tools and electronics, drive in sector.
