The flight with pilot Vytas Kerkodas was just awesome and super freindly. He is a very experiensed balloonist and it was not scary at all (except first 5 minutes) although I have a fear of heights. The landing was also very safe and funny. The overall experience was just great and I higly recommend Vytas.

We were picked up from vilnus centre and taken to Trakai a near by city. The balloons were assembled and we flow away. It was a lovely experience.

What an amazing experience! We were a group of 7, including 3 smaller kids. Got picked up from a parking lot near Trakai, experienced the assembly of the balloon (which only took a few minutes; you can also participate in helping out with this process if you want) and then had the smoothest 1-hr flying experience with great views of the Trakai castle and lakes. Albertas was great and professional from the start. The whole experience felt safe throughout. Book with confidence.

Everyone was great. From the communication to pickup early in the morning. The ride was fun and we felt really safe. Our pilot took us right over Trakai Castle and a lot of lakes. We really enjoyed this experience.

What an amazing experience, a must do while in Vilnius. Two brothers run the business and they are exceptionally professional and courteous. I reserved a spot a month in advance and they kept in contact with me the whole time. They do their best to ensure the customer has a great experience. I was originally scheduled for thr city ride but the conditions were better at Trakai so we flew there which is a much more scenic experience. Highly, highly recommend Smile

Amazing experience. A beautifull journy across Vilnius's morning sky. Being able to help with "inflation" and the rigging process of the balloon was a very welcome addition to the experience. Communication was also very fast.

You fly in a small basket, but everything else about the tour, is pure excellent. A very uplifting experience.

We were fortunate enough to get a last minute morning flight with the guys from Smile Balloons - they were super helpful and incredibly friendly and professional the whole time! The flight was amazing and so smooth - we barely noticed the takeoff. It was such an amazing flight - apparently the conditions were perfect - and to be part of a large group of balloons trailing flags and flying low over the city was I'm sure a once in a lifetime experience. I found Smile Balloons by accident. I wasn’t planning on going on a hot air balloon ride but since I stumbled upon the site, I figured why not! I wanted to make the booking but I didn’t want to use my credit card on a European tour organizing site. So I reached out to Smile directly, and sure enough, they made the booking even without asking for money. Now I got more concerned, what if he’s not taking my request seriously. But they did. They kept in touch through out, via email or WhatsApp. Very polite, friendly and informative gents. The flight itself was so exciting and exhilarating. From the jump inside the bucket to the actual flight and seeing Vilnius from up above. It was amazing. Not one moment did we feel unsafe. Rest of the passengers were amazing as well. To float high up in the sky is like a dream come true. We landed safely, had a friendly ceremony of our first balloon flight and then were given a ride from where we started. Smile Balloon is a great choice, off all else they consider your safety first. I’d go back up with them a million times over and over. Choose Smile, you will not regret it.

Wonderful experience, antistress, lots of fun and lots of singing. Our pilot was funny, entertaining but at the same time very professional. We have always been in a very good mood. The view was unique we recommend it to everybody, enjoy 😉

Went hot air balloon riding with them today and had the mist amazing experience. The two men were so lovely and we even got champagne at the end :)
