Staff shortage felt strongly during my visit. No employee was present at the fish department and nobody responded after I used the call bell even though two employees were busy in the isles and definitely saw me waiting for help. Only one cash register was open with no self service option. Had to wait 10 minutes to pay for the groceries. Also IKI is the only grocery store franchise in Lithuanian which has adopted IKEA-style floor layout, which blocks you from quick grab, pay and leave visits. The layout forces you past tons of groceries you might not even need. Overall, the store is ok due to the quality of the produce which is dependant on the franchise, not the specific store.

Medium sized store, offers fresh fruits and vegetables. Not many discounts. Wide selection.

The cashier with dark red hair just made my day. So polite and nice. Never had such wonderfull service. She's gold 💯
