The hotel side, the "older" side is a little bit outdated but we found it charming. The room was nice and spacious, we actually love it. The spa was wonderful and their treatments are lovely, would definitely try some 👌 I didn't interact with the hotel reception but the spa staff was professional and helpful. The restaurant is nice and has good options on the menu, breakfast was ok (not many plant based options) and the service wasn't that good, sort of basic minimum effort type (they did have a big event on site when we were there so i don't know, maybe the staff was tired). Overall would recommend the hotel. It's charming and has everything you need from food to spa, to plenty of activities

Great place to relax. Rooms are very spacious and clean, although a little outdated. The downside, room view was to the motorway and the balcony is almost shared between neighbours, there is no wall in between balconies, so no privacy. The service was excellent, but we speak native language, so it might differ with others. Vitality pool was amazing, we recommend getting this option it is much better than Aqua pool (3 saunas, less people, outdoor jacuzzi and fountain and many other interesting areas) Resort has plenty of parking and it is very easy to get from and to the city centre, basically one road.

We booked an “Executive” double room. Looking at the photos it seemed excellent and it had a great view with a balcony. When we arrived at the property the room was definitely sub-standard, the balcony had crooked wooden planks and was locked, and the view was on the motorway. Reception staff gave us a small discount on food and drinks, which we had to chase ourselves each time we wanted to order anything, and access to the pool. Vitality pool was nice, but we came here to relax. Not having the type of room we paid for was really not ok. Having to beg for the discount each time we ordered a drink was also not in our plans. Most of the times the discount wasn’t even applied and there was no help from the restaurant staff. We still feel a little ripped off because we were attracted by the amazing photos of the room and view, and instead we got the room in the photos I attached to this review. We were planning to enjoy the outside at all times, and the only way to do so was to leave our room instead of using the balcony shown in the photos on the booking site. What is ridiculous is that all other rooms, even the cheaper ones, look much better and have access to beautiful balconies overlooking the lake. Not ours for which we spent quite some money on.

The food was very good and the views from the restaurant were very nice overlooking the planes and forest. It is however on the expensive side and the choice in the menu is somewhat limited (which is not necessary a bad thing, but still wanted slightly more). Also the art deco interior from 90s or early 00s would benefit from refreshening in my opinion. Otherwise, this is a nice place not far from Vilnius, with good parking and nice location!

I enjoyed my time here. For a Friday sleepover to Saturday there were almost no people here. The place has multiple saunas although the Finnish sauna was closed, I really liked the variety. There are beds on which you can relax after a swim or sauna and the restaurant staff and food was great too! We slept in a deluxe room and it was very spacious and newly renovated, even a bathtub was in our room! I am surprised that I haven’t heard from the grand resort before even though I live in vilnius for over 5 years. I definitely need to come back!

Stayed overnight midweek for a Winter Break package with my wife, found pros and cons. Pros: excellent saunas in both sections of the spa (one of them, the Vitality zone, excludes kids under 12), tropical storm experience in Vitality, quiet rooms midweek, salads and risotto at Le Paysage, pools fine with lake views though quite crowded. Cons: while the back massage by the local masseur was great, the one from the non-local masseuse could not be described as a massage, some stressed and unfriendly staff, the "superior" room was quite basic, the curtains covered only part of the window, it wasn't hoovered well and faced the highway.

A great place to stay at! About 15 minute ride from Vilnius. It’s a very clean, spacious hotel, even cheaper rooms have balconies. Welcoming and friendly staff. Many SPA options to choose from. Breakfast buffet is nice - very diverse. Bali massage is amazing. Definitely would come again.

It was the perfect Christmas weekend. Breathtaking nature all around, especially beautiful in winter. Just look at this view from the window! An ideal place if you need to go for nature and calmness. Special thanks to the doorman Gregory for his customer focus and patience. We asked to change the room - Gregory offered several options, one of which was ideal for us. The Vitality Spa is beyond all praise. Breakfast - solid 10 out of 10. We will definitely come back here!

A great place for any occasion. Friendly and caring people, delicious food, cozy atmosphere. I recommend stopping by for lunch or coming for a full-fledged vacation at Grand Resort Vilnius. Swimming pools, spas, play areas, comfortable rooms - everything is in place :)

Resort in the nature right outside Vilnius. Has numerous conference rooms and a lot of rooms. Some are so far that you have to think twice before deciding to take a journey to reception, conference rooms and the restaurant. There are several types of rooms, from standard ones to quite large ones. Food selection for lunch isn't great.

The hotel was nice and aestheticly pleasing, I'd rich taste. Breakfast was amazing and there was enough choices for kids. Although if you want some dinner the choices aren't amazing but still acceptible.

This place is very special with excellent service. At each point - reception, Restaurants (they have 3), SPA center... At each place stuff will take care of you on 110%. Yes, the hotel building ia old, but it keeps the good standarts. SPA ia excellent in possibility and stuff professionalism! The resort has enormous territory for many kind of needs.

Awful service and food at the cafe by the lake. Did not have half of their menu. Average waiting time is 20 min for 2 drinks and 50 minutes for 2 snacks (not even main course). The food was disgusting, absolute waste of products. High price - not acceptable service and food.

Really lovely hotel for the price and the breakfast buffet was full of choices. The best part about the hotel was the spa and pool. They even had a childrens part of the pool which had a small water slide. The room was nice. I wish they had conditioner and that they cleaned our room. We put a sign out and they didn’t, we asked the front desk but they never came.

We had been there for 3 days on a company event. I booked superior deluxe room and it was pretty big based on European standard & a nice balcony with an amazing view of the lake. The breakfast buffet spread was great and we enjoyed it. However, the location is in complete outskirts of the city so probably not an ideal location to explore the city. Also, the Airport Shuttle Service was €58 which seemed quite expensive.

Everything was good. Spa and food was perfect. We arrived 2 adults and 1 kid 4 years. Booked a 2x twin bed, got an upgraded deluxe with 1 queen bed. Was tight sleeping for 3 people.

Guess it will be the place that we’ll be visiting more and more! So this time we have booked the deluxe apartment, kinda cozy place in the new building, it takes some time to get there 🥲🥲🥲through all the corridors, elevators etc, but anyway we’ve chosen it ourselves. Girls at reception, restaurant hostess, SPA hostesses, waiters, were SO amazingly kind and friendly, Big thanks to You guys! SPA was great, unfortunately cant say anything about saunas, but there are 3 atleast. Aqua pool is big enough to feel yourself comfortable, there were not so much people! Territory is beautiful, Bora Bora bar reminds of some Vietnamese vibes 😅😅! If you wanna get yourself to chilly, cozy, beautiful, comfortable, SPA place near Vilnius - you know it’s the best place. Best regards 💜

Food from a Sunrice restaurant at vilnius grand resort. Food was good, service bit too fast, but the dinner was filling and I'd recommend Also the resort itself, especially Vitality access with NO children was amazing, great design, outdoor jacuzzi and swimming pool, chill zones. Definitely would come again!

Another terrible and sad attempt being relevant in modern day with completely run down and mismanaged restaurant/hotel. As a group of seven, we were anticipating a pleasant dining experience, having made a reservation four days in advance. Unfortunately, our expectations were met with disappointment due to several service failures. 1. **Prolonged Wait for Service**: Upon our arrival, we were seated promptly, which was the only aspect that met our expectations. However, it was deeply frustrating that we waited for over 20 minutes without being attended to by any staff member. This initial neglect set a regrettable tone for the evening. 2. **Neglect in Service Continuation**: After our first course, we still had no drinks , and no-one inquire if we wished to order drinks or provide any further assistance. This lack of attention was not only surprising but also diminished our dining experience. 3. **Excessive Wait Time for Food**: The most disconcerting issue was the excessive delay in the delivery of our food. Despite having placed our orders well in advance, it took over two hours for our meals to be served. This is unacceptable, especially considering our advance reservation and the size of our group. The combination of these issues led to a highly unsatisfactory dining experience. It is disheartening, as we chose expecting high-quality service and cuisine. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that measures are implemented to improve service quality. An acknowledgement of this complaint and an explanation for the poor service we received would be appreciated.

We spend 1 day in the New Year party. In general hotel it is need deep renovation, at the moment hotel is focusing on how to collect more money but do not think about quality of service. If You going to Riga to have one night is ok. Water pool is very low quality and very small.

The room was not ready when we arrived. We were asked to wait, after 40 minutes we had to ask again about the room, it was not ready yet and we were given another one. There was trash left in the room that was not thrown out. The robes had holes. The Vitality pool ran out of towels, although there were still 3 hours left before the area closed. But the Vitality itself is very good.

Hello, Would like to leave a review about my last visit to spa-hotel (vilniusgrandresort-booking15674). I booked Deluxe room, as I did many times before. But we were checked in into smaller size room with a “view” on the rooftop. It was my boyfriend’s birthday, so we returned to Registration and asked for a room change (on our previous visits a room was bigger and view was better, so we expected same experience as we received before). An employee on reception (Linas) told us that it’s possible to change a room, but it will take 2-3 hours for cleaning and preparing appropriate room, we agreed on that, left phone number to call us as soon as the room will be ready. Spoiler: nobody called us. Waiting for a call spoiled our stay. Regular practice in such cases - provide a better room/ perks, bonus, deserts, champagne or whatever. But we didn’t even received a call with explanations or apologies on the moment of check out. So “thank you” for that issues on a special day.

Amazing hotel, nice food and friendly service. Sadly, there was no aroma in aroma therapy room and the Finnish sauna was closed. Also, no aroma in saunas. Everything else was amazing and the offer was perfect!

We visited only the Spa-Aqua zone. Hygiene conditions-good, but selection of activities for kids- very poor, only one 1 meter long slide in a small kids pool. Nothing else there for kids. There is 1 jacuzzi with the tiles that are brown due to water or age. For the price-not worth it to repeat. The good side-not many people.

Bad smell in the room. The dinner was below average. The facility is old and huge - it is easy to get lost in its endless corridors. The noise of the highway is annoying both inside and outside of the building. Although the staff was friendly and helpful. We left the resort earlier than we planned.

We came here for the first time. The receptionist (with blond hair) of the pool was rude and did not answer our questions where could we find a pool. Restaurants at the hotel looked dirty from the floors to the tables. And it was too expensive. Our superior room did not had a chairs in the balcony (we saw that other rooms had those chairs) and the televisions was working really bad… and everything is sooo old. Very dissappointed, I wouldn't recommend it.

The rating should reflect the average between what was promised and what was delivered. Lets start from the basics - Deluxe room was okay. Bed quite wide, confortable, clean. Shower comfortable and practical, spacious. Unfortunately the wall where the coffee table was got stained with coffee which could have been wiped easily. The bathroom door stained with something white, maybe toothpaste. TV without recorded program, so nothing to see if youve missed it. Kind of a let down in 2022. Main reception good services and I applaud to them. Interestingly, SPA reception do lack professionalism and seemed like we were responsible to provide good service to her, not other way around, no information shared on where we can find what and we had to say for how long we have the services available to us (why do you ask for room numver then?). Did not suggest us on how to get any additional services, or packages that might interest us, probably assuming everyone visits this SPA daily. Beach area was a let down. Practically nothing to do for grown ups apart sitting and watching children playing in the area. Inventory not comfortable or of any value. We chose Bora Bora restaurant for the evening due to fact that it was the only one that offered cocktails (three options). Mediocre taste. Beer options were non existant with like two most default lagers to choose from. Food was good, but pricey. There was a dead bird just by our table which created interesting atmosphere! Definitely was visible for the waiter, but strangely never chose to remove it. Interestingly, we managed to go to breakfast area fron outside without being checked in. I chose some sausages which were cold, buns felt like heated defrosted ones from a mall. Generally, I would expect atleast SPA options to have something more to offer than usual gym nowadays or atleast excel in ensuring that all custoners are aware of offered services and possible entertainment options. Compared to other options in the area I would say Vilnius Grand Resort is lacking in renovated general atmosphere and could remove the Grand from the name. Change the old fashioned carpeting in main area, update interior details that are scratched and outdated, clean windows and rooftops to bring more light and please, update the SPA receptionists with latest expectations of what a good receptionist should do.

Day 1 of our stay. Came for a peaceful vacations, but this peacefulness is disturbed by rude waiters at the main restaurant and the fact we had to wait 2 hours for our food. The blonde spa guy was also rude to us, read in the comments many negative reviews about him but the hotel doesn’t seem to do anything about it. So far, disappointed and wouldn’t recommend.

They ask 6 EUR for a beer out of a can in their 'french' restaurant, which in reality is a soviet-time place. It feels like a time machine to 80s USSR. The food itself was great, but the prices they ask for are never reasonable, furthermore, tables were not cleaned before us – even at the golf club! What they might not tell you after check-in: only 2 of the 4 restaurants are working, "Beno Baras" is closed, too. We've enjoyed the new 'deluxe' rooms, SPA, both swimming pools and the gym. Thank you for that. Everything else around the new building is not really enjoyable and has soviet ambience. And again, I really can't understand those dirty tables and windows at the golf club...

location on the lake is superb and the golf course is the perfect coronation to the complex. the rooms are old and not remarkable. we have been in the old part. Newly built rooms marked as luxury promise a different experience. maybe next time. the quality of the main restaurant is ok if you avoid the buffet, but it is way overpriced for the food they provide. stay far from sushi restaurant since it is a cheap version of sushi city chain, with prime prices.

Rooms are very old, smelly and worn off. Table was sticky, meaning it was not cleaned before us After night i got many bites on my body, so must be something in bed :( Eating places in the area is crazy overpriced. Main dish starts at 19e Gym opens only at 8 meaning not possible to work out in the morning From positive side Spa was nice and breakfast good

The rooms are quite old and outdated. I heard there is a newer part of the hotel - so maybe this part is better. In general, the rooms and bathrooms are quite clean. I advise the hotel cleaning staff to clean the edges too and not neglect them. A thorough vacuuming will work wonders. Room service came to my room one time during my five-day stay, this should not happen in a four-star hotel. During that visit of the room service, they only emptied the bins but didn't clean the bathroom or vacuum. My biggest problem was bedbugs that I found during my first night! During that night I got another room which was a bit bigger. The receptionist that night was very nice but didn't bother to help me move from one room to another. I asked for bedbug spray that night to spray onto my luggage as I didn't want to take any of the bugs into the new room. It took three more requests during the next day until I got the spray to help myself. Other than the receptionist during my first night of the stay, the other receptionists weren't very nice - especially in the situation that I was in I expected a little bit more service and help. The spa was quite nice but was full of kids in the afternoon. Very good was the spa worker with whom I had an Aquafacial booked, very friendly and competent. She was able to explain everything and worked very carefully. Breakfast is good. Restaurants are very expensive for the food they serve. I advise going to the Golf Club next to the hotel for dinner.

Lost its standard. Decided to visit again with my spouse for a good relaxing Sunday in spa with massage. Paid 250€ for the two uf us. 1. One of three sauna out of order (my favorite) Jacuzzi’s were colder than before. 2. Bar was closed so we could only get some water during the whole day! Ok they offered to bring something from the hotel restaurant but with delivery fee!!! 3. We were told that if we want to go to the hotel restaurant then we would have to change to clothes (what we did) only to find half of the people there wearing spa bathrobes!! 4. The bill at the Hotel restaurant included additional drinks what we didn’t order (scamming and shameful) 5. Massage was amateur and far from being worth the price. Waist of money and no reason to try again! A lot more interesting options are available in Vilnius.

Go the Spa here. A year ago and earlier I would have said that it was the best adult Spa in Vilnius. But recently, it feels that they are saving, lights were off by main pool and outside jacuzzi was dark. Not pleasant. The pathways to other facilities that were convenient, like Aqua pool or Salt room are not accesible and you have to go through the reception and by the elevator. Also, no tea available, pleasant humidifiers. I don't know...somewhat sad, the atmosphere was not the same.

Rooms are outdated, however comfortable. You will not find a coffee mashine, nor a kettle in the room. But the rooms are very warm!:)

  • 4/5 Kornelija p. 1 year ago on Google
The rooms do really need an update, lampshade broken, restroom had some cracks, plus the cleaning is not perfect. The room was spacious but other than that not great. Massage was really nice, the staff in the spa are lovely and really nice saunas and pools. The breakfast is a little to be desired… super average. Also if you like room service it’s 6 euros just to be delivered… I would come back but only to stay in the new apartments 😅

  • 4/5 Rebaz R. 1 year ago on Google
The room doesn't has a key to close inside and that's bad because kids can open and go out, I wish you will fix it

Well let's tell the truth Main reception,I give 5 stars Vitality pool reception and the blond hair coloured receptionist I give like 1 star because, You know what she was like politely rude , you coming to her asking for an entrance to Vitality pool she asks you for what duration do you have allowence you say that you don't know then she tells you you should know and yadi yadi yada La pasge restorant staff just because I was served by barmaid and she was showing off how she was not happy by doing her job, kicking the fridge doors just makes you feel sorry that you came for a drink I don't mean all the staff was rude we found another girl who helped us much better wit our drinks with a pleasant smile. 1 star And food quality for a passage restaurant a hotel really should consider to do some improvements.

This hotel should be one of the best in Lithuania, and I was visiting it already maybe the 5th time. But last time was exceptional from the bad side. The temperature in the room on the 6th top floor was around 30 degrees or more. No air conditioning working, the personnel was not able to help finding other room or making the temperature less. Open window was not helping, besides the noise from main motorway was very loud. Horrible experience...

  • 3/5 Romas 10 months ago on Google
Bed for kid was brought only after 3 requests. Could not sleep due to dogs barking in other rooms, after complaining have received better room with no dogs around. Swimming pool is very nice.
