Worst hospital in VILLUPURAM. For everything you need to pay money, For gloves also you need to buy and see doctor. We did operation in the hospital and for next follow up we have visited the doctor. Already we have paid money for the operation, but while doing follow up also you are supposed to pay doc consultation fees. What stupidity is this?? If atleast half of the amount they ask means it's fair enough. Running the hospital and stealing the poor people money in the name of business. One more thing even though if you are healthy if you visit this hospital you will get dengue, malaria, because of lots of mosquito are there... May be this is also their business tactics I guess to make the healthy person into unhealthy and get admitted in the hospital 😝😜 One piece of advise Dear patients : Next time onwards if you visit doc they make ask you to buy Stethoscope to check you... Who knows this may happen in near future.😂😂

I admitted my father in law on 03/10/2023. Initially they told insurance is applicable and they fixed a board also for cashless treatment. After completion of admission process, they insist us to pay Rs.50000 advance amount and I paid the same. I asked many questions to them but they played (everything is hide and seek) very well. Question no:1 why I have to pay advance amount? Question no:2 Before start the treatment and without seeing insurance card how they(ES) can decide Rs.70000 only insurance will be approve? but insurance eligibility is 5 lakhs. Question no:3 How much claim ES sent to the insurance company? (I don't know) they didn't provided any claim id also. Finally they did't given any GST bill or normal bill summary after discharge also. I paid Rs.189000 but, after insurance deduction (Rs.70000/-) remaining amount I paid and discharged. For each and everything we have to roam around the hospital like pharmacy, cash counter, card swipe, reception. Its very worst hospital not even maintaining good rest room and mosquito problem also. even government hospital also good, this people getting money only. The health department have to look after this kind of hospitals. I never refer anyone to this hospital.

It looks like ramana hospital & there is no proper explanation to our Queries including Nurses and doctors. All the time they used to say the same , if they diagnose any issues in our body. To overcome from the issues only we are going to them but they used to say the reason Like avaruku andha problem irukku adhanaala daan apadi irukku.....adha sari panna daana da ungalta varom. Please Recruit more number of Good doctors.

No proper Tokenn system, without knowing we will waiting long hours Simply.We have more Passion to wait long time,we ask more 10 times about nurses when u allow inside, but no proper answers are received, even after 5 hours also they dont answer proper,dont know what type of patients they prefer to allow first. Dear management please maintain proper tokeN systemS and add few More nurses, After 9 months no actions will take from management side. Again waiting more than 5 hours without proper guidance. Still no token system. 25-02-2023:Again i am facing same Experiences. No actions taken. Still same.

I had a deeply disappointing experience at ES Hospital in Villupuram. The hospital's primary concern appears to be profit rather than patient care. The doctors exhibited incompetence, misdiagnosing my father. Furthermore, the lack of advanced imaging techniques was alarming. To make matters worse, the presence of stray animals inside the hospital was unhygienic. Shockingly, there isn't even a separate pharmacy for inpatients. This hospital falls far behind even government facilities in terms of care. I suspect data manipulation to attain their NABH certificate; a re-evaluation is imperative. I strongly advise seeking medical care elsewhere.

For me it is bad, especially, you may not get medicine immediately inside the medical store. Most of the Doctor's were coming from Mundiyampakkam Govt. Hospital are good but staff nurses ..... Sorry to say.

Money is secondary, but Behavior wise very worst , I think they think them self as a god …. Our experience was bad. Especially with hospitality by nurse was not good and pharmacy staff's were so bad in attitude,so lethergic in providing the required medicines.

The facilities and the way that they treat the patients are so good amd the only thing is wardboys are not available at the right time, pls do the needful.otherwise overall it's good hospital for all patients with 5star ratings

The attention of doctors and nursing staff are excellent. The cleanliness of hospital was top class. Admission fees and room charges are high. Overall treatment are good.

Hospital infrastructure is good but nurses are not well trained and no dedication towards patients health care. Noticed and experienced that almost all nurses are very very lethargic, which is not good for both patients and hospital. No proper guidance provided related to purchase of medicine for inpatients, waited waited.... For medical care. Later one nurse approached and asked to buy medicine for treatment. Very very worst nurse service and care. Never refer or suggest ES hospital to anyone.

The doctors provided good treatment and nurses and helpers took good care of the patients. The canteen in 2nd floor is also good. The room was clean.

Each and every facility was good.Everyone done their duty at it's best including doctors,nurses PRO's and also cleaners.Thankyou all for being kind to the patient.

ES hospital (worst) Those who looking for emergency pls don't go to this hospital , my mother having massive hear attack even though we reached the hospital in time, emergency doctor refused to check the patient, not even CPR, simple said there is no plus pls leave the hospital and he is very rude. Doctor is useless and we lost our presious time before we go to next hospital and we lost our mother too. My mother was consusious still that time. Please do not prefer this kind of hospital never ever if you value people. Even staff nurse try to help but Doctor scold her not to touch. I don't right review usually, i right this to help others to choose best hospital during emergency. Please spread this and share others for awareness.

Hospital environment is good.. please keep the rest room clean thrice a day.. use more room freshner in ward. Don't allow more visitors at time. It will affect the patients also. Thank you..

Super ICU Care. Special attention to patients at ICU. Impressed with the service. Cafeteria felicity is average since food is not available and less option to eat. 2 nd floor housing keeping staff are good and approachable. Few nursing staff are very good and looks experienced and few are not.

The service of the nurse and doctor is excellent, I had been admitted in E.S hospital for 2days now im fully cured and I'm alright now. My special thanks to ward member who all especially take care of me Thanks to E.S hospital

Hospitality, Doctors and Nurses treatment and care of a patient is very good. Supervisor cleaning has to be improved some of them are not cleaning room properly.. Overall hospitality is so good

"Hands that serve are mightier than the lips that pray", the saying by Mother Theresa is apt for the service done in ES Hospital on the whole and to add a feather on the cap is something very special is the functioning of the Dialysis Unit headed by the Incharge and experienced Technicians who give their best service to the patients.The team does a marvelous job in catering to the needs of the patient and very approachable and supportive to patients. I consider the Dialysis Unit a second home because the team does their best to save everyone who undergoes the treatment.I am very thankful and grateful to them. - Ms.Iona Garnett Thank you🙏
