Based on my experience it seems like they must have worked out some of the opening issues as noted in prior reviews. The staff was very friendly and helpful with late check in/out, the rooms were very modern and clean. I'd certainly recommend staying here based on my experience.

Very nice breakfast (like a brunch indeed) and bar in the evening. 30 minutes far from the city center, closer to the Airport . New rooms despite a too small toilet.

A brand new hotel a short ride away from the airport. The rooms are smart, modern and very comfortable and the feel is trendy business. I have a king size bed which is ultra comfortable, there is a kettle and a coffee maker and a large plasma tv with a lot of international channels. There is two restaurants, Sapor which is up on the 12th floor and is a fine dining experience and the main hotel restaurant which is superb. I ate in the hotel restaurant, the bread comes with extra virgin olive oil, they serve a delicious amuse-bouche. The mains are beautiful presented, well balanced and do not disappoint. The chef clearly knows how to cook! For those who love their tech they have robotic porters which, the sign suggests, will take your bags to your room for you or deliver your room service. I didn’t try it out but it certainly looks cool! As someone who has visited Brussels airport 20 times in the last year for work this has been a very nice alternative to the standard airport hotels. The only downside is the lack of airport hopper bus and the difficulty in persuading a cab/Uber to drive the short distance from the airport to get here.

Fire alarm at 3:30 am ringing SUPER LOUD. Couldn’t get further rest, felt exhausted all night long Hotel is brand new but has a lot of ‘start up problems’ The airco operating unit and the telephone in the room shine super bright light into the room making it hard to sleep

Really enjoyed our stay. Bed was super comfortable. Nice staff. Couldn’t rate more highly.

Very good hotel but unfortunately the Receptionist Ameline was very arrogant, in the check out she was busy on her phone.
