This is a LARGE supermarket nearby where I was vacationing. Unfortunately, it is not something special. On the PROS side, I have to say that there is enough space for everything, including you, so even when it is full of people (I went there in December), they won’t be bumping into each other. Also, there are some other stores on one side that complement some of the variety insufficiencies of the supermarket. Finally, I loved their selection of olive oil brands and varieties. Now on the CONS: • Despite of the size, there were LOTS of items I couldn’t find: allspice corns, chicken carcasses, a good selection of good coffees, a decent package of chocolates to offer as a gift, etc. • The service was terrible: I asked a couple of store clerks for the price of something that was unlabeled and meanwhile they worked on that I told them I was coming in ten minutes. After that time, I came back and one of them was not there anymore, while the other, who had not the answer to my requirement, denied in front of his superior that I ever asked nothing to him. All employees were very inattentive and unsolicitous, except for a young packing girl from Brazil and a couple of Venezuelan girls working at the Cafeteria. It was really a pain to deal with these employees the three or four times I went there. If in Viña, try instead to visit the LARGE Líder Supermarket at Av. 15 Norte.

Jumbo stands out for its large variety of products, and some even are imported internationally. The service is friendly, fast and offer any help they can. However, the products are a bit more expensive than other supermarkets, and the restaurant on the corner could improve its variety and quality of foods

I've already rated this place before. It is a retail supermarket with good offer of a variety of goods, especially food, generally a little more expensive than alternatives.

Large, clean supermarket. Able to find everything I need much better than at the other chains. Security guard wouldn’t let me take the elevator to the parking garage with my cart-something I had done the previous visit. That was a little weird.

I love shopping in Jumbo you can get what you need Good quality

I would like to have the same products when I visit the Jumbo in Valparaiso, but we all know Chile has second class citizens. And here they even charged you for parking your car. Equality a word we all want to see often.

Awesome variety, amazing customer service. The place is well lit and lanes has the right spacing so you never feel the place is too crowded. It is a bit pricey, but it's well worth the visit as there are great products I haven't seen anywhere else. The beer and wine selection is huge. The cashier and bagger went out if their ways to make us feel welcome to come again. We live far from jumbo, and have to take 2 buses to get there, and still we look forward to visiting again.

Large grocery store with solid quality, and one of the best places to get international brands in Viña del Mar. The produce is not as good/cheep as what you can get at the ferias, but that's to be expected from a chain store. The workers at Jumbo are generally helpful and friendly.
