Do NOT FORGET TO BRING YOUR PASSPORTS! I was denied entry to casino because they suspected my New York State license and vaccination proof was fake and said I had to show my passport? Why would I be out and about with my passport late at night? If my license is valid for 3 months in Chile, which I used to rent a car here, and if the country granted me access because my vaccination record was up to date, what was the real problem? This country is very limited to what you are allowed to do and it only takes one person to make things over complicated for tourist. Besides that, there were panhandlers at the door, and bad attitudes from the staff.

We went to a concert and gambling. The slots really don't pay. We are used to casinos in the US and this one is tight. The show itself was good (Raul DiBlasio- a pianist) was very good. The organization of the casino was just ok. The initial entry to the amphitheater was too slow. We all waited for about 1/2 hour before door opened. They should start seating earlier. The place was so hot that the fans turned on mid performance. They were loud and we could not hear. Luckily the complaints made them turn the fans off.

Cordial staff, agreeable ambiance, no free drinks and a cover charge to enter the building. It's not Vegas but it'll do.

Information given at the cashiers not accurate. Restaurant upstairs, La Barquera, great as usual..... friendly service and good food, all you can wish for. Bar downstairs inside the Casino floor acceptable, but definitively with potential to improve service wise.

Casino and the nightclub are great!. Beware with some of the bouncers and security. Unreliable.

In drastic need of an upgrade. Half the machines weren't working and most of the machines are extremely old. There was a line to get in then a line to pay the entry fee. Another line to collect money, no auto service machines. Tje layout of the casino floor is messy and unorganised. The machines are to close together I kept bumping into people.

Great place to get entertained! You have a wide variety of activities to perform, not just gambling. Very fancy place with top notch security

Well never see a Casino charge to get in ! Seating at table order drinks good but that waiting half hour to get my check like did you want me to pay or just go??why is so dark inside is a beautiful building but that dark dead colors can appreciate those beautiful chandeliers

We went around 2.30 am expecting it to be open all night, we paid the entrance fee (4200clp) and without warning us at the entrance, they closed all the tables at 3.30 am and the whole casino at 4am . Other than that, the tables were always full, and there were very few of them. The digital blackjack table is an absolute rip off, you can tell it is rigged. We ordered some drinks (piscola, 4000clp) and I can't be sure it was pisco because it was not only bad but also watered down.

Why you have to pay for entry first time i have to pay any where around the world is free.
