Here for 2 days, just checked in, Alexia, very helpful, but room , no water, no coffee facilities , told you have to go to restaurant and buy it. Wow $ 100 a night, no coffee water in room... poor service

As a four star hotel, the breakfast was plain, and the room is way to dark. Not really worthy.

Nice and well located place, rooms are well designed and comfortable. Our room was super nice, a beautiful view over the city with a comfortable bed and nice furniture. Snacks and beverages offered in room were super expensive more than 10 time his price on a supermarket, be aware before eat anything. The toilet was nice but during our stay we didn’t have hot water because of a leak. Breakfast included in the room price was super good, huge variety of bread, fruits, pastry and beverages all tasty. We didn’t try the swimming pool but it looks great. The day of our check-out the parking was flooded because of the same leak that let us with out hot water for a shower.

Nice hotel with great staff. Unfortunately the pool was out of action for our entire stay (21st-27th December) and isn’t due to be fixed till the New Year. The hotel itself feels quite corporate but is well equipped with good facilities. The gym is well equipped with treadmills, cross trainers, free weights and mats. The sauna is small but they have a pre-booking system so you get an hour to yourself so not overcrowded. Breakfast has a good variety of food (eggs, fruit, bread, cereals, pastries etc) and omelettes can be made if you order directly with the staff. In the bedroom, there was no safe and no bin so that could be improved. Overall a nice place to stay.

Rooms are very confortable with a very nice view of the city. Location is good, 6 blocks from the beach. Buffet breakfast is included, they serve a variety of food, also they have restaurant, bar, coffee shop, gym and pool.

Central location, pool ok, nice pool deck. Improvement: no mineral water in the room. In general service orientation shall be improved
