Wow , wow wow this Hotel is absolutely outstanding. This is the only Hotel that I truly trust in Vina del Mar, since their standards are as the same as any property in the United States. Excellent customer service, from the building, to the cleanliness to the warmth of the staff, everything at this Sheraton is incredible. Recently I invited my family for lunch at Travesia, and the host Luz Alarcon provided the most outstanding customer service. This is a place you must try when visiting Vina del Mar, Chef Carlo and his attention to detail is absolutely outstanding. from the first costumer service representative Maria Jose Verdejo, to the server, hostess and chef everything was outstanding !! Luz Alarcon host was incredible thank you for such a wonderful experience

Best Eel I've ever had (even better than sushi) grade. My wife enjoyed her food overall. Portions were not large but enough for a European diet. Some staff speak English very well. Service was odd as I gave the customary 10% tip and the waiter gave me a very rude look like it was an insult. Dessert is fine but don't expect miracles, especially with the creme brulee. Best views in the area for dinner however.

Had a great stay here. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms were clean and spacious. The view was spectacular. I spent a lot of time in the gym and indoor / outdoor pool area and Joanna was just beyond amazing at making us feel comfortable. The location right on the ocean makes this hotel very appealing. Highly recommended

Hotel sits at the edge of a rock cliff so naturally the views are awesome. Explore various parts of the hotel to take in the views of Vina Del Mar and the Pacific Ocean. Location-wise, a short walk to town for restaurants and supermarkets. Security at hotel is tight too, so it is relatively safe. Overall a comfortable stay.

Great room, views are some of the best in Vina del mar, breakfast buffet selection is fantastic, service and amenities are plentiful. This is the type of hotel we all hope for. Once the walkway to the bridge is finished it will be perfect.

(+) Beautiful spot on a wave battered rock jutting out into the pacific ocean. (+) All rooms have a great ocean view with balcony. Despite being beside a busy road, all you can hear is the crashing of waves against the rocks. Very soothing. (+) Best hotel breakfast on our 3-week Chile trip (+) Amazing staff. E.g., the guys at the concierge would literally jump out of their chairs to help you with your bags and assist in any way (we ran out of cash so unfortunately couldn't tip, but they didn't expect one or if they did, they didn't indicate any disappointment when we said we had no cash) (+) Outdoor pool had a great perch above and beside the crashing waves of the pacific (+) They allowed us an extra hour to checkout (1pm instead of noon) which was sorely needed after our previous night of brut and pisco sours (~) Covid put a damper on things, as usual––sauna closed :( ––but we had no problem scheduling a time for the fitness area and the indoor warm pool. (–) As a chain hotel, the rooms and facilities themselves have a sterile air about them void of personality and charm, though the staff do mitigate this a bit. Walking around Viña del Mar and Valpo, we had a bit of FOMO thinking we paid a very high price for the Sheraton when there are so many unique and personal stays around us for a much reduced cost. Not really a complaint since we knew this would be the case, but heads up for people who want a bit of flair in a more central location.

Spectacular view, great bar, food was barely edible. Come for the view, especially during sunset. Avoid the food if you can.

On the ocean. The day we were there, it was sunny. There was a strong surf, the pool was close, waves would break and make it into the pool. Outdoor terrace restaurant and bar was open. We were going on a ship that could not dock at the port because of the seas. It was able to dock, later that day after seas calmed down. Our trip was as they say, was a adventure of a lifetime to Antarctica.

Disappointing stay, beautiful area and property but lacking in a lot of ways. Room was nice but breakfast came out completely cold every morning and door lock broke to our room and we were told we had to move to another room. after losing about 2 or 3 hours of my vacation waiting they gave us another room on a lower floor that was definitely a lesser room, barely even given an apology and that was it. I will certainly look elsewhere next time.

Hands down this hotel is definitely one of the best hotels we've stayed at during our big four months trip through South America! The breakfast was delicious. The rooms were clean and spacious. The view was spectacular. The entire team did their best to make us feel special, welcomed and enjoy our staying! To top of all the great service, very good food, the property is simply stunning! Would highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful hotel with professional staff! We stayed here on our last couple days of our Chile/Argentina trip. It was the best decision we’ve made. The food and drinks were great. Our room has balcony and with ocean view. The shower is great. The front desk staff was very helpful and f&b team was excellent. I just wish they have more lunch options. Its a nice walk from the bus terminal and also close to the local bus that will take you to the center. Highly recommend this place especially after staying in a hostel and camping for 3weeks. This place is perfect for relaxing

I am lifetime gold and my wife is platinum, we are spending our honeymoon sleeping in separate twin beds. Without going into more details about this place, avoid Bonvoy, go to a boutique.

Had a great stay! Would highly recommend staying here. Great views, and location. Maybe restaurants nearby. Johanna in the spa/pool area was a pleasure to deal with. She was attentive and gave us an introductory tour of the area and set us up for a spa day. Kudos to her for her great service.

Every year when I come to Chile we spend few nights in this hotel. The location is good but the view from the rooms are amazing. The rooms are larger than average for a Hotel in the area and very clean. The hotel is very busy but people makes the difference, I wish I know the names of everyone working there, they will do everything possible to make the stay memorable. The breakfast selection is very good, but again the service is outstanding. I always leave the place happy. See you next time.

Traveling to a foreign country during the pandemic is a stressful experience. I give 5 stars to the staff at Sheraton Miramar. I spent one month there, and it was an amazing experience. What impressed me most is how well the various departments communicated --reception, engineering, room service, kitchen. They all went out of their way to make sure that my colleagues and I have an outstanding stay. I thank everyone who helped us during our stay --I couldn't name them all here. I do want to thank two people that keep on impressing me every time I return: Paula at reception, and José Luis at breakfast.

Spend a weekend in order to celebrate my wedding anniversary. Service overall was good! Received a room upgrade which we really appreciated, the view was awesome!! Food was also good, but there are great opportunities for improvement and that's why not getting 5 ⭐. After a year and a half dealing with a pandemic conditions, you would expect that a five stars hotel would be able to provide a better conditions to their gets in order to have a more pleasant stay, but they still are struggling with details that shouldn't be an issue by now. Another huge room for improvement is breakfast! There is all there to deliver a good option for buffet style, but the quality and stock of products is very low. Service in the other hand is upscale, waitress and other hotel personnel rocks!
