Beautiful
spot
on
a
wave
battered
rock
jutting
out
into
the
pacific
ocean.

All
rooms
have
a
great
ocean
view
with
balcony.
Despite
being
beside
a
busy
road,
all
you
can
hear
is
the
crashing
of
waves
against
the
rocks.
Very
soothing.

Best
hotel
breakfast
on
our
3-week
Chile
trip

Amazing
staff.
E.g.,
the
guys
at
the
concierge
would
literally
jump
out
of
their
chairs
to
help
you
with
your
bags
and
assist
in
any
way
(we
ran
out
of
cash
so
unfortunately
couldn't
tip,
but
they
didn't
expect
one
or
if
they
did,
they
didn't
indicate
any
disappointment
when
we
said
we
had
no
cash)

They
allowed
us
an
extra
hour
to
checkout
(1pm
instead
of
noon)
which
was
sorely
needed
after
our
previous
night
of

Covid
put
a
damper
on
things,
as
usual––sauna
closed
:(
––but
we
had
no
problem
scheduling
a
time
for
the
fitness
area
and
the
indoor
warm
pool.

As
a
chain
hotel,
the
rooms
and
facilities
themselves
have
a
sterile
air
about
them
void
of
personality
and
charm,
though
the
staff
do
mitigate
this
a
bit.
Walking
around
Viña
del
Mar
and
Valpo,
we
had
a
bit
of
FOMO
thinking
we
paid
a
very
high
price
for
the
Sheraton
when
there
are
so
many
unique
and
personal
stays
around
us
for
a
much
reduced
cost.
Not
really
a
complaint
since
we
knew
this
would
be
the
case,
but
heads
up
for
people
who
want
a
bit
of
flair
in
a
more
central
location.
