Insistently, my husband and I call the phones they gave us at the Carabineros polyclinic in Viña del Mar, to ask for an appointment and they DO NOT answer, they leave the phones off the hook or they simply DO NOT answer and it is not a matter of saturation due to so many calls they receive. I have verified it by being there and calling... We go personally and they tell us that there are no longer hours for care and that we should go somewhere else. Could it be that, after 35 years of service, pensioners do not have the right to be cared for? Why do they discriminate between assets and liabilities???

La atención en este centro dental de carabineros es una burla hacia los pacientes que no son de la previsión de ellos. Sacaron las máquinas de toma de temperatura, no hay alcohol gel, se tapan entre ellos, suspenden las horas por caso positivo de Covid cuando ellos no están tomando las medidas sanitarias. El nuevo director a cargo de este centro, es descuidado, no toma en consideración lo que le dicen los pacientes, habla más de su religión que no tiene nada que ver acá, no soluciona los problemas con esto. Es poco ético, dejó de atender pacientes de investigaciones y gendarmería, solamente para ciertos médicos y con recetas médicas. La prioridad es de ellos, pero al final, somos todos una familia de uniformados. Mi salud han empeorado, los médicos miran por encima, no dan diagnósticos, tratamiento como si uno inventara la enfermedad. No podemos culpar al Covid. Son contagios externos, ellos no se cuidan, uno cuando asiste no va con acompañante y con precauciones.

Whenever you call they don't answer and when you go in person the ladies only talk to each other or look at the cell phone. Apparently they have zero desire to work and answer calls to people in need of health care. Emphasize that when you go the place seems zero or not crowded, a ghost center. My family and I opted for medical insurance with a compensation fund, so we do not depend on the terrible care they provide here at Viña Dipreca.
