I like everyone else in the area was happy to welcome Dunkin’ to this side of town. However, the service is terrible. Orders are constantly wrong, long waits, and an inattentive staff of young adults who clearly do not care. Food quality is on par with all Dunkin’s which is mediocre at best. This is the only Dunkin location where I constantly find coffee grinds in the bottom of my cup. From my experience, it is rare for a Dunkin to mess up an order, but so far it has happened numerous times at this location. Please hire attentive employees! Update to my original review. How is it possible that this place gets worse? Ordered a coffee today, it had so much cream that you couldn’t even taste the coffee. Most of the frosting on my donut was on the paper, this is what you get when you just throw a donut in a bag. The service has gotten worse and slower.

When it first opened the ice coffee/donut's came out very good. My next few visit unfortunately went down hill the wake up wrap was burnt, they just place the individual doubts all in one bag which takes any frosting off along with finger prints in them from picking them up. Finally the customer service is going down hill, I should not be able to hear employees speaking bad about the customers, I understand dealing with the public can be rough at times but you have to ensure a level of professionalism is maintained at all times.

I like to leave good reviews. This is more … constructive. Been here 5 times in the past month. Each visit there was major inconvenience and never any good customer service to balance it . First time - no expresso in the store.. okay that’s half the menu Second time - no donuts.. I actually had to make sure I was at the right place Third- closed early Fourth.. was fine But today.. being #5 I bought one thing bacon avocado toast. And was charged for it. And got nothing . A soft piece of bread. Maybe HALF the avocado serving on there and NO bacon . So I had to drive back.. no I didn’t get any compensation for the inconvenience they didn’t even offer or tried. Not a donut not even a sorry. $5 for nothing. I’ve always returned thinking it was just a bad day in there. But the inconvenience here is very consistent. I’m more disappointed than anything.

What a waste of time and money coming to this place today. The customer service is just horrible and the food I ordered was lousy. I actually went inside to order and waited for close to 10 minutes for my order. And when it was ready, the employees didn't even mention it to me. Its like they can't communicate. Aside from that, I get my order with some lady's number on it.

Sandwiches were barely warm, cheese wasn't melted at all. The disinterested kid taking my money and giving me my food barely acknowledged my existence and didn't give me napkins or my receipt.

EDIT: (1 Star November 2022) I didn't want to edit my review until I've had more than 3 bad experiences. Service is terrible majority of the time. Employees have attitudes, are rude, and don't make products as described on app. If I request a specific item without changing anything please don't skimp me of my toppings, I want it made as described. If you don't have said topping please let me know before pulling up to pay (that's all I ask, just communicate). I have been told numerous times they can't make sandwiches or I can't have donuts because they don't have the staff available. I understand not having staff available but please put a sigh out before I get stuck in the line and get blocked by other cars). I don't know if the gentleman is working at this location anymore but only one guy there was ever friendly and polite I wish I knew his name. Someone please fix these issues... Idk what is happening but it's frustrating. (4 stars June of 2022) Great service always! Only thing is the screen at the drive thru has been broken for weeks!

Very busy,but coffee is always fresh and they are very quick.

No brownie batter donut, would have been great for a good business to have opened up on this prime location in this side of town, but no, they chose to be a clown show.

The best Dunkin I have ever been to. Always Fresh and the Staff is beyond friendly. They treat you like Family.

Sept 9, 2023 went in there to I grab a Gatorade and some donuts. Waited in the store for 5 minutes. When I went in there was only one car in the drive thru. Instead of help me after she got done with the first car in the drive thru. She took the next 2 car order right in front of me and I was waiting before them. Poor customer service.

I HAVE YET TO FIND 1 DUNKIN DONUTS THATS DECENT. LOUSY SERVICE MESSED UP MY ORDER N DONUTS ARE STALE HARD N WHERES THE CHOCOLATE GLAZE ON DONUT N JELLY INSIDE

One of the workers walked by the drive through window with a live pet bird on his shoulder…..Im no expert when it comes to food service, but I am pretty sure pet birds should not be near food that people are ordering…Aside from the bird thing, this Dunkin always gets orders wrong and when it is right its not fully cooked.

Ordered a nitro cold brew with sweet cold foam and they gave me a regular nitro cold brew, but yet I paid more for the sweet cold foam employees need to start paying attention more to what they are giving out
