The equipment is way outdated, the interior is run down and dirty. The only reason I go here is that its 24 hrs. And there are more weights than planet fitness.

This gym is horrible. The changing rooms are not clean, old, and run down. The aerobic classes or lack there of are very inconsistent and the instructors are not of top quality. The equipment needs upgrading and the elliptical, treadmills, and the like sometime do not work effectively enough. The service is horrible. I have attempted to contact management on various occasions and they never get back to me. The front desk staff no longer have a pleasant demeanor or want to truly help its clients.The only thing that this gym had going for it was the pool in the summer when it isn't dirty. Oh and by the way the gym is only 24 hours for an additional fee that you pay for a code which i honestly do not understand how it is legal to have a gym with no staff available to its clients during a 24 hour period what would happen if someone got injured using the equipment and there is no one available to help you. This gym lacks so much organization, cleanliness, and simply is not conducive to being able to keep up with a routine when the machines are not functioning and classes are continuously cancelled. Time to look for another gym.

The gym smells so clean when I walked in, it’s a good sign that owner maintains frequently. The service is friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Best gym in Vineland hands down! This gym has everything you could possibly need if you’re looking for a great workout. I’ve tried other gyms in the area but none come close to this facility

I’ve been going here recently and I love it. It’s an old world gym. It’s not a planet fitness. The gym is clean and gets cleaned daily. The equipment that the gym has still provides a good workout if you know how to use it. All and all a great gym. Would’ve given 5 stars but the 24 hour access code is an issue.

Real Golden Era vibes here good weight dumbells up to 235. Sauna and steam room facilities. Everything you need to change your body comp is here It’s not perfect but nothing is . Members are great with some veteran lifters around to give you a spot if needed sometimes I don’t even have to sign myself in after coming consistently for so long they recognize me and my vehicles and do it for me. Treated like family here 🤝🏾 7 months and it’s been great .

If you live in Vineland, this is the best gym to go to. The equipments are well maintained and the host is amazing.

Worlds gym would get a higher rating if they actually took care of the equipment; 5 out of 10 treadmills don't work, weight machines have torn pads, roof leaks, etc... They don't manage the classes or have a cohesive program so if an instructor can't make it to classs it just gets cancelled. And it happens a lot!

I've been using this gym for almost a year and have enjoyed it. Plenty of equipment and pleasant staff. Some people prefer a "popular" gym like Planet Fitness while I prefer the privacy of this gym.

If you’re a serious weightlifter, this gym is for you. It’s never too crowded and you won’t outgrow the equipment. I will say that some of the equipment could use some upgrading though. Also has 24/7 access which is very good.

I really like it here mostly because it's so big and has a lot of equipment. On the downside, some of the equipment needs repairing and the facility could use a little TLC. I am truly disappointed that the pool is not open this summer and I can't understand why issues were not taken care of earlier in the year so that it could open for the summer. It was open last summer and it was wonderful. Another disappointment is there are no more evening yoga classes! Finally a class I could take advantage of because the 6:30pm time worked for me and it's gone and only after 2 classes! Those are the reasons for my 3 star rating.

i called and asked if they had a free pass for one time to come in and they said No! $15 very surprised, all other gyms offer even week free pass but not this gym! very sad experience

This gym is definitely slept on, it has tons of old school equipment and has exactly what you need.

A very affordable gym with a lot of amenities that has helped me out on a crazy work/school schedule. Steam room, sauna, free weights, machines, cables, a basketball court, and 24 hours all included with the general pass. I’ve tried a lot of gyms and this is the one.

I went to this gym over 6 years ago. I signed up during no contracts. I stopped going because they tried charging my card 42,000. When I went in to cancel and the owner was there saying that I had to pay for 2 more months due to my contract. I never had to pay for the last two months due to me calling a lawyer.

The place needs maintenance, the women's showers need cleaning, and the bathrooms are damaged lately, the management's attention is good. But they charge two fees a year, it's a lot of money.

Vineland Optimal Gym is kind of a family gym with friendly staff. Love all the members and especially the senior group at this gym. Meeting them and talking to them always bring a smile to my face😍. The staff is also very helpful and working hard to keep the facility clean, and providing such a wonderful customer services. The facility is never crowded. Look small outside but very big inside with so many anemities such as saunas, steam room, racquetball, basketball court, punching box area, indoor tennis court and also heavy weight room. I am really pleased with everything here. Also the litlle touch of the decoration at front desk and in the waiting area make me feel cozy like home🥰 If you are looking for a change, for better health and a comfortable friendly workout space, Vineland Optimal Gym will be the one for you. Highly recommended!!

Great old school bodybuilding equipment, only gym of its kind in the area, fair price, 24hr access, and Liz at the front desk and staff in general have been very nice and helpful
