Stayed for a week. The room has a funky scent when you walk in. Hallway stinks a bit. No one bothered us. Room key barely worked. Had a hard time scanning in to get in the building as well as room. There are a lot of stores and food places near by but there is sketchy people that tend to hang outside after 12am. There were times we didn’t feel safe there but overall decent. Staff was nice.

We took an impromptu trip to the area to make a purchase and booked one night here. It's a nice place. Convenient location- there is a restaurant (food was pretty good for bar food! They also have sushi but not our thing), bar and IHOP all attached to the building so after a 7 hour drive being able to just stay put was incredibly helpful. We booked a premium king room and it was nice. The bed was very comfortable- we were facing the parking lot and you could definitely hear traffic in the earlier part of the day but that didn't disturb us at night. The room only had sufficient supplies for one (very unsweetened) cup of coffee each for my husband and I which is a bit unusual but we managed fine. There was a gentleman vaping walking down the hallway on our way to the room (he appeared very comfortable as if he had been there for some time) which was a bit of a turn off- the young mother and her daughter across from us also appeared to be on a long term stay and the music and hollering at this young girl was a bit much. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, especially the young man at check in! The staff at the bar were nice enough- this bar is definitely a local hangout but the regulars were very welcoming to us outsiders. This hotel is not what we are used to with Ramada's but Vineland appears to be a town that people don't vacation too often so as a stop over place- this hotel is well worth the cost strictly based on the convenience.

Good bed, clean room, large tub with excellent water pressure, microwave and fridge. No elevator, smoke from other rooms comes in through the bathroom exhaust vent, TV is locked down in hotel mode so it immediately gets dim and hard to see. Ramada provides no breakfast and you don't even get a discount at the attached IHOP.

Been staying here for about 2 weeks due to being a traveling nurse and working in the area! The staff is terrific! Rooms are clean, food is great, quick drive to local stores! Always a pleasure to stay here! Always come here when I work in the area!

Front desk girl was lazy i went down 4 times about my tv not working, she kept telling me to point the remote at the sensor I wasn’t using it right. (I was a dish network technician I knew it was the remote). But I did I reset everything and went back down cause it still didn’t work. All I could do is shut off the tv. She still said it’s not remote and wouldn’t even attempt to help Finally she called maintenance. Guess what was wrong???????? The remote. The maintenance guy and the guy I checked in with I’ll give them a 5 Starr. Very respectful. Until they get rid of miss lazy I’m only giving this hotel 1 star. Otherwise it is very nice

Housekeeping woke me up 2 days in a row when I had the do not disturb sign on the door. Why would they be trying to enter when the sign is up? Seems shady. Also room was dirty upon arrival. There was a half used bottle of conditioner, no soap or shampoo

We celebrated my daughter’s sweet 16 here. Nicole and staff did an amazing job decorating, making the food kid friendly, helping with every and all details needed. It was absolutely stunning set up and everything we asked for plus more!!! I was beyond impressed with how everything turned out. Thank you Nicole & Staff!

Over priced, the locks on the doors didn't work , even after they changed the key cards. They have two restaurants and a bar but offer no small discount or complimentary drink. I don't recommend staying here. For a cheaper rate you could stay at the Wingate directly next to it. The rooms are nicer, they have a decent continental breakfast and the staff was friendly.

Stay away from this hotel!!! Where do I begin... 1st the entire hotel is supposed to be smoke free and is definitely far from that. The amount of weed and smoke that could be smelled is ridiculous. Employees were lighting there cigarettes in the hallway before even exiting the building. 2nd be warned if you clean up soda that you spilled with a towel they will charge you $20!!! Even though it is not ruined and could be washed they will still call it room damage and charge you. 3rd The first room we were given when we got to the room the door was open and the bed was unmade, guessing someone was using the room before we got there. Bottom line there are other hotels in the area, you should go to them instead.

First I believe they have people that live in the hotel. There was lots of hallway traffic and very noisy. The carpet in the hallways and stairwell was very dirty. The pool was not accessible. We had an emergency and had to leave only an hour after checking in and they would not refund our money. I would not recommend this place.

Beware of Ramada Inn Sheets scam. As others have pointed out in past reviews. The front desk people at Ramada Inn try to take parts of your deposit for ridiculous reasons. They took 50 dollars away from my deposit because of a stain on a sheet. Others have pointed out that even a clear soda stain that is cleaned up will get you charged The room was dirty to begin with. I had to sleep on one side of the bed because half of the sheet was filled with sweat stains and dirt and I probably other stains that made me shower three times when I got home. After a bad room I all of sudden get charged extra for "stains on the sheets" Beware of this hotel and the scams they do to take some of your deposit away

Room was kind of dirty but the scams the front desk runs to get extra money out of you makes this a 1/10 Never been to a hotel that takes any little thing and takes money from you. Soda spill ? 20 dollars? clear spill? 30 and its outrageous because I've seen this countless times and the rooms aren't even clean to begin with! Isn't the maid supposed to clean rooms with the rude front desK>

I highly recommend this hotel. We had our daughter's wedding booked near this Ramada hotel. We wanted to have an after party for any of our guests that were looking to keep the party going after the reception was over. I contacted the Ramada and everyone was so helpful. They connected me to "John" and he went above and beyond with figuring out how much bar food we would need to cover the estimated number of guests that we were anticipating. John suggested that we would be more comfortable in the Dakota restaurant due to the size of our crowd and he was absolutely correct. We had room for everyone to sit, have a bite to eat (food was great) sip some drinks, and wind down after a night of non stop dancing. John was so helpful and kept me informed about everything leading up to the night of our event. John and the staff who were working on 4/8/23 were all amazing. I highly recommend this hotel. The friendly, efficient, and professional staff made a great day for us even better! Thank you, John, and the night crew on 4/8/23

Very disappointed with my last stay. I come here frequently, an our cable was out the entire night, an they told me it was on the direct TV end an had nothing to do with the hotel. Well if I'm renting a room from you, it's your responsibility to fix it an then go talk to direct TV about the problem. They never checked up on us to see if it was working or nothing..worse experience I've ever had. I will not be back here for a while. Very disappointed!!!

Great staff seriously. House keeping responded everytime and gave me everything I needed as well as the front desk. I resided two weeks no issues. Little maintenance issues with tub leaking out/ washer machine only provides cold water/leaks, internet connection wasn’t the best.

This was the most disgustingly dirty hotel. Rats and roaches and the only choice we had because there were several large events in the area and all was booked or we would have left. Disgusting and price gouged beyond belief. DO NOT STAY HERE. WE even had the newly "updated" rooms.

I've stayed here about 10-15x taking call for a local hospital so I thought it was time to write a review. The location can't be beat with access to Route 55 and plenty of local places to eat. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff is also hardworking and friendly too and with late checkout times, this comes in handy for my oddball schedule. I think it's fair to judge a hotel on the category it's in so if you are expecting the Ritz Carlton, don't stay at a Ramada or any other in that category. Some of these comments are simply puzzling (except that the toilets being low, lol . . .yeah, I never noticed but yeah, they ARE low). The only negative I can say and why I didn't give it 5 stars for it's relative category is it seems there is always SOMETHING broken. Wifi was down one time, it smelled like smoke the next time (it wasn't overwhelming but definite - but that's the way it is with rude, dirty smoking, self-centered guests), the fan/air conditioner/heater was broken the next time, both ice machines were out the next time, the phone was broken the next time to call the desk and finally there was party next door the next time with loud guests. Not all these things happened once. . .I just budget for SOMETHING each time. All simply minor nuisances. But gee whiz. . .clean room (no bugs) and a comfortable dry bed when taking call, these minor nuisances can be overlooked. I will continue to stay here and be loyal as long as my work schedule demands it and points me this way. The price/value point is pretty darn good.

This hotel all throughout the hallway, smell like marijuana. My non-smoking room was definitely heavy smell of marijuana. The cleanness of the property was not really good. The lobby was beautiful the staff upfront we’re good, but all in all I wouldn’t stay there again.

I think four stars is a little generous but three stars would not be fair. I think a 3.5 star rating would be the most accurate. Being a Millville native, I know there are a few motels locally that are sketchy with drug activity and such. I saw nothing of that nature here on a Wednesday night. I also know this motel has been here for quite a while. I expected the room to be a little outdated but it was not. The owners appear to keep everything up to date from what I saw. The parking lot, lobby and general area was very clean. Almost everything in the room was neat and very clean. I loved that it had a couch and coffee table to relax at. I had a few issues but feel that they were relatively minor in comparison to other places at this price point. I booked through Priceline same day. The king bed was on the firm side. There were a few hairs inside and on the edge of the tub. The only buttons I could get to work on the remote were the power and the volume so the TV stayed on MeTV for background noise. I'm pretty sure I could have went to the front desk about it but I really wasn't concerned with it. Finally, the two towels & hand towels hanging on the towel rack were soured. Nothing worse than getting out of a long hot shower, drying your self and hair then realizing the towel has that smell to it (new pro tip, sniff test motel room linens after checking in). There were extra clean towels on the shelf. I feel that these are minor gripes compared to an otherwise pleasant stay. I always check the floor, bed and drawers for bugs. I did not see any. The heater and shower worked great. I would recommend and will probably stay here again when I'm in the area.

This place cancelled my booking last minute. They said they had an issue with credit card and sold my room within an hour. Stranding me and my 9 yr old daughter without a room 100 plus miles from home. Book at your own risk.

Great hotel located right off the Vineland exit on RT 55. Pricing is competitive only if you reserve online first, which I suggest. Great steakhouse, bar, restaurant inside also there's an IHOP and another Diner in walking distance.

If I could write 0 stars. They are thieves. Stole $328 when I only stayed a few hours. The bedbugs were so bad I left at 2am the same day. I was changed to 3 different rooms. Each room I was bit. My family found bugs inside the chair. The manager would not speak to me while I was there nor return my my calls. He refused a refund and all the staff will say they never had a bed bug problem. The worst hotel. Food is disgusting. Pool is too small and stays packed.

Rooms okay, location was great near a lot of stores and restaurant choices, right off the highway entrance, service was okay, there was no one at the front desk for about 5 awkward minutes 😳. Had to aske someone from the restaurant if anyone was here at the front desk and he stated "they would be right there". Someone walked out from the restaurant and first thing was "Do you have a reservation" no hello or a welcoming greeting. Very monotone interaction. Gave an impression he was being bothered for some reason. I guess forgetting that first impressions are the most important leading to possibly overlooking other things and good reviews for referrals. I have had better front desk interactions elsewhere, but certainly I have had worst as well. So, CS gets just an "okay" in my book. At morning checkout, a female at the front desk left me with a much better CS interaction. Wish it would of been a great CS experience across the board. To owner/management: Try and not leave a generic reply here like most people, engage with them and seek understanding for a change. Raising the prices to cover your costs is not just the answer. Keeping and having returning customers should be the bigger picture. It starts and ends with CS!

This place is nasty! It has bed bugs. How on earth can you own a hotel and not keep it clean!!! They ran out of towels and had stained sheets on the bed. They have a restaurant in the hotel Dakota prime. Food sucked and was overpriced. It was burnt. I left there and had to go to McDonald’s! As for the bar. Call bar rescue because this place can’t pour a glass of water!! Hotel management has no control over this place and should be embarrassed. There are 2 hotels next door so just do your self a favor and try out one of them! The health department should shut this place down!

Things were broken, but fixed quickly. Front desk was great. Housekeeping supervisor was snarky and loud, not helpful, but the room was clean. The pool and area is kept very nicely. I really wish there had been coffee in the lobby! Most hotels have brought it back after covid!

I loved the hotel. I wish they had a tv next to pool. Imagine being in the pool while watching a family movie. The beds are so comfortable. I was told the hotel was upgraded and it definitely did. I recommend this hotel to anyone .

I was in town and took my Austrian friend Gunther here and we thoroughly enjoyed the Joanie Schneider experience. It was amazing. If you haven’t spent any time here you don’t know what you’re missing. The tap list was IPA heavy. My friend Bill is a regular here and also recommends it. A total five star experience.
