Every visit is enjoyable. Love there Oriental Chicken Salad and Turkey Club Sandwiche lunch special. Asian chili wings and $5 Margaritas are awesome.

Applebee's Grill & Bar I was told due to a national PAPER shortage we put French Onion soup in a Styrofoam container so I can spill all over everything, not that my entire other parts of my order was in plastic containers they may have worked for soup better then styrofoam….also it was the door dash drivers fault that the Oder was ice cold oh and the two steaks I ordered med rare where well over cooked! Oh it must have been the door dash drivers fault that there where no mushrooms even after paying extra for the mushrooms. I guess it was the drivers fault that the soup was so cold the cheese never melted???

My family came there yesterday and it was the worst experience ever! We waited a long time for our sever and when she(Lauren) came to us says sorry I was in bathroom! Who on earth says that. So we order I get crispy chic oriental wrap. It comes out dry and the Tortilla was stale. It was gross. I give it back then some one brings out I asked for dressing and strawberries she then huffed and rolled her eyes. The manager never asked no questions we waited for ever for our food. I will never go go to back there again. Check this one off the list ✅. I don’t want to a give any stars but I had to give one just write a review

Blaise was our server and he was amazing!!! This was the best customer service I’ve had from this location!!! Food was fresh and hot! Drinks were on point!!!

I ordered the blackened shrimp Alfredo 🍤 with extra shrimp, Parmesan cheese and Alfredo sauce. It came with broccoli 🥦 and a garlic bread stick🥖. The food was delicious and still HOT when I got it even though It took a while for an UberEats driver to pick up. Highly recommend this and the Blackened Salmon Alfredo.🥰

I'm giving them 3 stars For the car side to go: It always seems like something is missing from the order. but the food was still warm and delicious. I did a pick up a few days ago and a side of mac and cheese was missing along with a side of dressing. But they did put a TON of cutlery in the bottom of the bag. (which I didn't ask for) However, when eating inside, the service has always been great and the food is very good. Prices are reasonable!

Took my Granddaughter there for lunch! This is her favorite place to go! The food was good and our Service was Great! Our order came quick even though it was a little busy! My Granddaughter got dessert and she was happy with her Oreo shake

It was freezing in there. I Ordered Loaded waffle fries, had to send them back 3 or 4 little pieces of bacon and cheese on two or three of the fries. Ordered Fish and mashed potatoes, but it looked like fish in grits. The fish was soggy and the tartar sauce was spoiled to the point it had a strong odor. Our server was nice. But I paid for food that was so bad I was too upset to complain. My wife didn't care for her dish but said very little because I was constantly asking for the server.

Food was great. Service fast and courteous. Love the Chicken Ceasar. The Burgers are better than homemade. By the time I go food shopping, prep and cook then clean up after dinner, it's more cost effective to eat at Applebee's.

Enjoyed eating here for lunch after a little bit of shopping stopped in from lunch chose soup 🍲&salad watched TV and relaxed 😌 staff was pleasant 😊 service was great👌

In recent years as is with most chains, changes have to be made in order to maintain basic profitability and it seems most have decided to buy increasingly lower quality food that lacks flavor and consistent texture as a means to offset rising costs.

We visit often, service is always good, food comes out quick, but often takes some time if the place is packed. Alcoholic beverages could be better, more juice and mixer than anything else.

Went for the all you can eat wings. I had the Classic Buffalo to start with. Very tasty. My 2 friends started with the Honey BBQ and the Garlic Parm. After sharing the 3 different kinds we were full. Our waitress informed us that we were each allowed 2 more plates of wings that we took to go. First time an "all you can eat" allowed you to take anything home. Carol, our waitress really did not have to tell us that we could take rest of wings to go. Applebee's has the best food and staff.

They don’t even deserve one star but there’s not an option for zero. The wait was long staff is extremely unprofessional they need to retrain complete staff. Unfortunately the workforce quality has dropped dramatically since Covid food was horrible owner if you read this look into the situation there asap.

Place had open seating but had to wait . I am guessing it was low staffing. Long wait for service. Not blaming our waitress she had way too many tables. She was doing a lot of running around. Being jammed in one area is not good. We herd every conversation around us.

The manager on staff last Friday night 09/29 was the best! She made sure our large party’s seating was comfortable and quick, service was prompt, and she always checked on us through the evening. Plenty of workers had to leave or called out and she handled the stressful night like a champ!

My son and I went to watch the Phillies and enjoy drinks and snacks. Brenda was serving at the bar. She's simply the best. Never once did we want for anything. Literally! Such a great time. Excellent service. Great food. Fun evening-! Thanks guys-!

Food was good. Waiter was excellent. We love Applebee's. This location is clean. We don't like that they put us all in the same section instead of spreading out the tables. keeping us closely contained. They do this at many Applebee's locations. We are still concerned about spreading illness by being so close to other patrons and the barriers have been removed. Aside from that we enjoyed our visit. We were celebrating a birthday and our waiter made it very nice for us.

Went there and ask how long the wait is. The man at the desk said “idk 20- or 50 minutes”. So I said okay no problem, can I leave a name. They said they don’t have names down. How do they know who is waiting? Doesn’t make any sense and others were there complaining about the same thing.

Went Saturday nite for limted holiday fest steak and shrimp platter wife had shrimp and salmon. We both been sick all weekend from this. We both agreed that the proteins platters were an scientific experiment. The steak was cooked med....but had a super sus texture that I never experienced in my life. Same with salmon. The broccoli we both had tasted burnt...and was very off. I think Bill Gates must have his hand in this food. It tasted fake....like it was 3D printed or something? That was not real steak or fish. Buyer beware. We both been in the bathroom 3 days later.

Had a good time with self I read a book and hads drinks and ate the All you can eat 14.99 it was Worth it

Julie is a great example of a competent employee. Efficient and thoughtful, anticipating what You may need to have a good dining experience. Many of the Staff at this particular location add to your dining pleasure. The food is always prepared and served well.

The customer service was shown greatly with the Host. Recommend for a couples date night. Had a great time but the drinks were expensive. During happy hour and drink specials are the best times if your having a drink.

This is the best Applebees around! It’s not as close to our house as 2 others are but we would rather go here. The staff really cares! Kendal was our waitress and she was awesome!! My steak was not cooked the way I asked. She made sure I got another one that was perfect. The manager Nikki, was awesome as well! It’s hard to find a restaurant where the staff is courteous and cares about their customers. The food was good and the prices aren’t bad either.

The waitress was horrible she never asked us if we needed a refill on our drinks nor did she check on us. We waited over 30 mins for warmish ribs and cold fries☹️Then the waitress told me those were the freshest fries they had🤨I did not take any pictures as it was not worth it. I hope after talking to the manager it gets better😕

Fast service, short wait times. The food is a hit and miss depending who’s cooking in the back. I’ve had to get multiple orders taken back and whole order changed because the cook couldn’t get the steak or cheese sticks correct. Server was very understanding and attentive. The host however was lacking. The longest wait time overall was to wait for a host to show up to seat me. Mind you it was only 3 other customers inside. Overall they certainly can improve the experience and service.

First time back here at this same spot since 2019 and nothing's changed, food was meh, service was horrible I should've brought my own drinks and apps, they slacked on giving you untensuls and napkins the place wasn't packed and it took forever and a day for our 3 meals drinks and apps to come out, when I asked for the manager I was told the manager was busy at the time. I've learned my lesson about this Applebee's

Enjoy the cold brews and the food. Never gets dull. Family oriented. Always packed. Service is excellent. Clean. If your interested in something different, then swing by and try it out. What do you have to loose. Your Welcome.

Almost always have great food here. Love the bourbon street steak and LOVE the French onion soup. Great place.

Order the special with a regular double cheese hamburger with a order of boneless wings for a dollar...when I received my food good thing I check my burger it had bacon on it. Bacon is not part of the meal so I was confused why it was there...I had it I would of been sick for weeks. The Manger came out to apologize and said my meal was free.

I was a guest as part of a HUGE party of 40+ today and I have to say our Server Mia was the absolute best of the best. My friend and I even thought she was one of the managers! The way she was able to take everyone’s order CORRECTLY without wringing a single thing down (from sauces to no tomatoes every single order correct) Now this should have been the highlight. But to top off some exceptional service she walked around with style and grace. Seeing her help all of her co workers and even having so much patience with the hosts in the front. Not once with a frown not once complaining or with attitude. I’ve eaten here a number of times but this by far was the best experience I have ever had and I will definitely coming back to see Mia very soon. I hope she gets a super big shout out for just how amazing she is and applebees should be so lucky to have a server like her on there team.

Early Dinner time during the week. Very nice hostess and waitress. Food was very good. Purchased the combo meals, which included a choice of salad, a choice for the main entree, and a side. Had mango ice teas and ice water with lemons. Nice atmosphere. Would go back.
