I haven’t been since Covid. And it’s exactly the same. Love the wait because you come prepared to basically tailgate to wait for your table. Best French fries besides McDonald’s. Honestly never had anything bad here. Always consistently amazing . Make sure to get the red soup with a dollop of white!

Excellent experience. A beautiful evening by the water. BYOB and expect tonsit and relax for an hour outside with your family and friends before eating. Well known landmark for many years. Casual attire, relaxed atmosphere. Eat in or outside and the counter.great cod bite appetizers, and seafood over pasta. We all had something different...all very tasty

What fun! Sometimes the wait can be long. They encourage tailgating while you wait. It was our first visit, Jamie showed us where to sign in. He saw our 6-pack and offered us a bucket of ice.😄 Lovely to sit by the bay and relax during the wait which wasn't too bad. The food was good and served promptly. We had the fried combo. All good. Crab cake extra good.

If you’re looking for a place to eat in the Somers Point/Ocean City area this is the place to go! The food is amazing. If you’re a seafood lover you’ll be in heaven. Fresh seafood all the time. The food and service is amazing and everyone working there is the best! If you can’t get a seat inside since the wait will most likely be an hour or two, I would recommend doing take out. Their take out service is fast an easy and food is still just as great as it is there. Also if someone with you isn’t a seafood person, they have some of the best chicken fingers and also have a great cheese steak and pizza steak! (just a little tip).

Still one of our favorite places for seafood. Best value in the area for sure. We have never been disappointed. Make sure to go early as it gets crowded fast. Parking can be tricky and they are cash only. Also they don’t take calls for takeout unless their isn’t a line. So you may have to go in person.

A fun, low-key space. The nicest employees! “hide” you beer with a cup provided by the parking attendant (who also passes out sidewalk chalk to the kiddos to entertain themselves while waiting for a table). Saw that most tables bring their own coolers in for their table. Good fried seafood at a cool spot!

Always on the list of must haves when we are down the shore. Expect to wait at least an hour. It’s a BYOB so you can hang in the parking lot overlooking the bay while you wait with a cold one. Rotating specials menu. Great meals. No A/C so it can be a little warm but that adds to the atmosphere. Cash only.

I came here with a group of 5, we were told the wait would be 45 minutes but we were seated within 30 minutes. If you are thinking about going, do it

Phenomenal seafood shack. Great vibes. Casual, noisy, fun and always packed. Get there early and tailgate with a few beers in the parking lot while you wait for a table.

I didn't think it was all that great. Clams were straps. All the hype it is given...I have had better. Staff friendly and service fast. Clam chowder was tasty.

I was lucky enough to visit before they close after summer, Smitty's had a full time clam guy shucking clams and he let me try one, super fresh, a lot different than oysters but well worth a try. The white clam chowder was really good, creamy with chunks of clam and probably the best I had so far.

Food OK at best. Calamari rubbery but New England clam chowder was good and drip tasty. CASH ONLY Get there early. Parking limited, public parking across the street limited too. No website to order from or review. The Take-out door to right, dine in to left. Stay close because if you don't hear your name you'll be waiting a long time for cold food.

1st time here. We'd heard a lot about it. All positive! The first thing I will tell you is that they are only open from 4:30 -9:30 PM and they're closed on Tuesdays. The second thing I will tell you is that they are perpetually packed! It is not at all uncommon for there to be a two hour wait. You can try the outdoor counter seating but that is packed as well. Parking is also something of an issue. The staff is amazing! Everyone had a smile and was very nice. Super efficient! It's controlled chaos for sure. I ordered a bowl of New England clam chowder that was delicious! The main course was fried shrimp and french fries. Both were excellent. I spoke to people who said they'd been coming here for 45 years and that everything they serve is wonderful. The prices are also very reasonable. All in all, 4 stars. One star off for the wait time and parking.

The food didn’t seem fresh which is a shame since the restaurant is right by a marina. There was a large porta potty in the middle of the waiting area outside which was disconcerting. The staff were nice but we were expecting a lot more from the food.

Very disappointing, I ordered a crabcake dinner and this is what my crabcake look like. I also got the New England clam chowder and yes it still taste very good but I’m very disappointed in the lack of clams and more potatoes. They should call it potato soup.

Nice staff, good prices, Was a little too hot to be comfortable with only little oscillating fans. Ordered tuna baked RARE was the description on the menu so I didn’t think it was necessary to specify temp. WRONG so disappointed it came out overcooked but when I pointed it out to the server she said “its pink in the middle” Clearly she has no clue what color rare tuna should be so I didn’t even bother to fight that battle. Since I was a guest of my boss I said nothing and I ate the center and threw out the rest which was a shame because I try not to waste food. The coleslaw was made the lazy way in a food processor, all little bits, I prefer mine sliced. Would not return but my friends live this place.

I love this place. We’ve been coming here for about 10 years and I’ll be so sad if they actually end up closing! I’m so happy they were able to stay open for an extra summer. They’re an easy fresh go-to both for dine in and takeout and my family and I love that they’re BYOB. The seafood is always fresh and they really have something for everyone. They always keep the specials interesting.
