find
it
amusing
how
they
have
this
sign
in
front
of
the
order
window.
When
I
first
saw
it,
I
didn’t
think
too
much
of
it
but
now
I
understand.
I’ll
make
this
sweet
and
to
the
point.
I
placed
an
order
over
the
phone
and
I
was
told
that
it
will
be
ready
for
pick
up
within
30
min.
When
I
arrived
40
min
later,
the
worker
had
trouble
finding
my
order.
When
she
finally
found
the
order
slip,
she
said
it
will
be
an
extra
5
minutes.
5
minutes
turn
to
30
minutes.
This
is
unacceptable
and
needless
to
say,
there
were
many
other
people
waiting
as
well,
possibly
even
longer.
The
issue
I
have
here
is
the
lack
of
consideration
they
have
for
the
customers
that
support
their
business.
To
put
a
sign
up
that
says
“we
are
not
fast
food”,
and
“
if
you’re
in
a
hurry
today
please
come
back
when
you
can
take
your
time
and
enjoy
our
vibe”
is
ridiculous
and
unwelcoming.
I’m
still
trying
to
figure
out
what
“
vibe”
they
are
referring
to.
Listen,
I
get
it,
anywhere
you
go
you
may
experience
longer
than
normal
wait
times
but
this
seems
to
be
the
normal
here.
That
must
be
the
reason
for
the
sign,
as
I
can
imagine
how
frustrating
this
could
be
for
other
customers,
especially
if
they
have
other
things
to
do
and
cannot
wait.
If
my
order
is
going
to
take
over
an
hour
then
say
so,
don’t
say
it’s
going
to
be
ready
in
less
than
half
that
time.
The
food
is
good
but
I
will
not
be
a
returning.
There
are
many
other
places
you
can
go
for
a
burger
with
less
wait
times
and
better
customer
service.
