So sick of this Wawa. Most of the employees, who are young kids, are constantly standing around talking, they are ALWAYS on their phones, and especially at the register. I go there tonight and get a pork roll n cheese bagel and come back home. First I couldn’t open it because the paper was burnt/stuck to it. The bagel was like a hockey puck and the cheese was completely burnt. I take it apart and the pork roll is discolored!! 🤢🤬🤬. Like it’s actually bad. I’m so sick of this Wawa. Guess I’ll have to drive out of my way from now on. Get better employees.

Use to give my all to this Wawa doing everything for them and going ABOVE AND BEYOND in every way just to be kicked out and treated like trash and not receive any responses. Also the AGM I'm assuming Ed? If you're an AGM I'd like to know how. I've worked for Wawa for 8 years and you've no idea what youre talking about or doing. Hope you get back to me here! I'd love to hear what excuses you guys have in store. Don't play pretend or nice let's talk

You would think that management would make sure there is breakfast sandwiches good and ready to go in the morning. Instead I’m waiting for 15 minutes for a sandwich. I finally just ordered a bacon egg and cheese on the computer. Which I came out before the sandwich I was told that was only going to take 5 minutes. There’s absolutely no motivation in most of these employees.

one star is generous for this store. usually, my complaints and annoyances are directed towards the young kids that predominantly run the store, but the manager at this location is the problem. you’re better off going to any other wawa in the area unless you want to be stared down for trying to get what you need. I can’t tell if she hates her job or the customers but it seems to be both. The 15-16 year olds in there seem to be much more professional than the gross woman in charge of them. thanks.

This Wawa is one of the worst. Constant customer service issues. I drove 15 miles frtom home to purchase a latte at lunchtime, only to be told the machine was being cleaned. At lunchtime? Poor management. I've had many issues with this particular store. If it wasn't for the location, I would not go to this store again. Too many other Wawa's with great service.

I love this wawa. The employees are friendly. I love the way wawa looks. They have the best deals here. Their new 2 sizzlee deal for $3 and some change is the best. Filling, cheap and Tasty! Ordering food here always get to you fast. This is a great place to go to to grab a good quick breakfast or lunch. I'd recommend it to anyone.

They gave public bathroom which is why I stopped here my 6 year old had to use the bathroom. I love Wawa they have public bathroom with no purchase required to use it witch is always a plus if you have kids or a week bladder. So I did get my kids slushy which there was no straws there so I did as the young ladies and they where very helpful and informed me that they are now held at the registers at checkout. My kids where happy with the slushy. I also got a coffee which was good. I have had coffee from place that tasted burnt. They where clean and stocked with creamers. The lines moved fast and the employees where helpful and friendly which is always a plus because it's nothing like someone giving a attitude for doing there job. And with Wawa they don't charge you extra money for using a card to get gas, which is a extra plus because most days people don't hold cash on them so to be charged more money to use your money that is in a form of a card is crazy to me. But Wawa isn't like that. While in the store someone did spill coffee on the floor and the employees quickly blocked off the area so no one will fall and they cleaned it up fast.

I didn't want to give this place one ★. I ordered a panini with specific ingredients. They put whatever they wanted on it. When I got home and seen what they had done it was to late. I stopped there on my break to get my breakfast ... NEVER again!!! They must do BETTER. I paid for something I DIDN'T GET.

This store is ridiculous. I wish I could choose my own store for my deliveries. Everytime I order something that comes with a side sauce or a sour cream we never get them. But I pay for them though, right? Make that make sense. Then today I ordered an omelette shorti with sausage and bacon. I hate egg so I thought the omelette would be easier to take off. It gets here and it's literally an omelette no sausage and a mess of nasty scrambled eggs. Are the deli people completely illiterate? Can they read at all? How do you not just put what's on the screen on the sandwhich? It's not that hard. As a wawa employee ya'll infuriate me that it's so difficult for you to do your job. The amount of times ya'll have messed up either you need more training or a new job. Just working there and knowing how to make a sandwhich correctly and how easy it is and experiencing how many times yall screw up is embarrassing.

This Wawa I go to daily at 7:30am. Amanda is wonderful professional kind and just a wonderful woman and employee. The one star is for a manager named get scratch off tickets along with food etc. Unfortunately the tickets get jammed sometimes and the manager has to open it to get the ticket out. Today was my unfortunate day. He comes over to the lottery machine bent out of shape. He says indirectly but not at me and says. I’m turning this lottery machine off!!! I’m not doing this all day. I told him I’m sorry you have to do your job and get a ticket out. Wawa is paying you right? If you turn it off Wawa makes no money on ticket sales and or winnings. Edward says… Wawa makes no money from this machine?🤦‍♂️ Karen should discipline him for bad customer service. Keep your thoughts in your head Ed. Smile and get the jammed ticket out and tell the customer. Here you go sir. Sorry for the inconvenience. Have a nice day! That’s what amanda would do and say!

I go to this location everyday on my way to work. The store is always clean and staff is friendly. The manager Karen is so nice and always working hard. Store lead Amanda always makes sure my iced coffee is filled. She greets me as soon as I come through the door and is concerned if miss a day in the store. The store gives you a nice hometown feel. I look forward to going in each day. Keep up the good work!!!!

Theres one worker there Gia that is obsessed with my husband and my son.. why are you so infatuated over a married man and his wife and child. The fact that she always asks about us is creepy. Why do you care what we're doing. The last time I checked he is my child and not yours. You need to back off. I will no longer be giving you business. The way you get so excited when you see my husband I know that means you are up to something. Back off and stop asking about us! I will file a report

Stop at a different Wawa. Seriously. Even if it takes you 5-10 extra minutes to drive elsewhere, it will be worth it. In fact, it'll probably save you time. I have tried this particular location multiple times over the past couple years, and every time I have a different issue with the staff, service, and quality of the orders filled and tell myself, 'never again'. This time I mean it. This particular location always seems to be dirty with pieces of trash all over the floor and counters. And staff seem too preoccupied with visiting with friends or playing on their phones to do their jobs and if you do have to interact with them there seems to be about a 50/50 chance that they're going to just decide to be rude for no reason at all. This particular visit I ordered just an Iced Salted Caramel Macchiato. 15 minutes later I was joined in the waiting line by another customer who asked how long I had been waiting. I told her, and she informed me she had been waiting 20 minutes for a hoagie. I asked what her number was and was able to see over the counter that her order was sitting out of her view, ready - the number easily visible. I informed her, and she called the attention of one of the employees who handed it to her. I asked him about my order, having just seen a finished order not being handed out, and he was confused because he couldn't find the order on the screen or the counter. Eventually, he found it, half made, sitting on a counter by itself while the girl making drinks was at a completely different spot working on other orders that had just been placed. He had to ask her what he needed to do to finish the drink and promptly did so (to his credit) and apologized for the wait. I had already spent more time than I intended so I wasn't about to complain and ask for it to be remade, but the drink was completely wrong. 3/4 full of ice, not layered, and no caramel. Basically, I got a watered down, plain iced coffee. The most recent visit previous to today's was perhaps worse. It's been a while and I don't remember the exact prices, but I do remember the incident. It was early morning, and like most of the others in the store, I was grabbing something quick before heading off to start my day. While there I decided to grab a couple of protein bars for later in the day when I saw a big display noting that they were two for a specific price, I believe close to 5 dollars. There were three different flavors of the bars in the display, so I took two different flavors. Waited in the busy line for 10 minutes and the items were rung up. The price I was told was nearly double what they should have been, something like 8.90. When I politely told the cashier that the bars were supposed to be two for a specific price and pointed at the display I was met with an attitude, a scoff complete with rolled eyes and told that they were different items. I told her they both came from the same display case, and she told me it didn't matter, and repeated the price. I wasn't about to anger and frustrate the half dozen people behind me waiting to start their day over a couple dollars by continuing to dispute it, but I decided that was sufficient enough reason to make sure I went to a different location in the future - my normal one that I never have any issues with the staff, service, or cleanliness on the corner of Main and Landis. Today, against my better judgement I decided to try this location again to save a few minutes on a busy morning since it was on my way. The watered down coffee was my reward for giving them another chance.
