&I
entered
the
dining
room
of
Vineland
New
Jersey
McDonald's

we
placed
a
complete
order
on
the
kiosk.
we
stood
there
for
a
minute
when
a
young
African-American
female
employee
approached
us
@
told
us
that
the
dining
room
was
closed.I
proceeded
to
inform
her
that
we
have
already
placed
our
complete
order.She
became
rude
at
this
point
&
said
you
have
to
go
through
the
drive
thru.I
indicated
that
there
were
other
customers
dining
in
&
that
the
doors
were
unlocked.I
said
that
its
not
our
responsibility
to
ensure
the
doors
were
locked.now
that
we
were
in
there
&
the
order
had
been
submitted
there
was
no
reason
it
shouldn't
be
filled.
Meanwhile
the
manager
is
yelling
from
the
kitchen,
"No
we
won't
fill
the
order
they
have
to
go
through
drive-thru."
Mgr
approaches.
I
tell
her
that
we
arrived
&
came
through
the
doors
that
were
unlocked,
placed
a
complete
order
on
the
kiosk
and
took
note
that
there
were
other
customers
dining
in.
I
did
not
understand
what
the
problem
was
with
filling
our
order.She
gave
the
excuse
that
the
doors
should
not
have
been
open
&
that
they
closed
the
dining
room
because
there
are
only
four
staff
members
on
duty.I
said
it
is
not
a
customer's
responsibility
to
make
sure
their
doors
are
locked
&
it
is
not
a
customer's
problem
that
they
only
have
four
people
on
duty.
Regardless,
its
their
job
and
customer
service
is
their
responsibility.The
mgr
became
extremely
agitated,rude
and
raised
her
voice
yelling
@
me
she
was
not
going
to
fill
the
order
&
to
go
to
the
drive-thru.I
said
her
behavior
&
response
to
me
indicates
that
my
business
&
customer
service
mean
nothing
to
her
at
all.She
hollered
back
at
me.I
asked
her
for
her
name
&a
cooperate
phone
number.She
continued
to
raise
her
voice.I
told
her
that
there
was
absolutely
no
reason
for
her
to
raise
her
voice
holler
@
me
that
it
was
extremely
unprofessional.I
asked
again
for
her
name
&
number.she
stormed
over
to
the
register
&
hollered
your
total
is
$18.74.She
rudely
took
the
money&slammed
the
cash
register
drawer
shut.She
walked
away
with
no
response/acknowledgement
of
my
very
politely
thank
you.We
stood
there
and
watched
them
fill
multiple
orders.
