What's in my ice cream, mocha from the frappe? It fell straight to the bottom. The girl just roller her eyes!!! .... This is not hot fudge ..... Let me roll me coins somewhere else

My son &I entered the dining room of Vineland New Jersey McDonald's #7723 @ 6:50 p.m. we placed a complete order on the kiosk. we stood there for a minute when a young African-American female employee approached us @ told us that the dining room was closed.I proceeded to inform her that we have already placed our complete order.She became rude at this point & said you have to go through the drive thru.I indicated that there were other customers dining in & that the doors were unlocked.I said that its not our responsibility to ensure the doors were locked.now that we were in there & the order had been submitted there was no reason it shouldn't be filled. Meanwhile the manager is yelling from the kitchen, "No we won't fill the order they have to go through drive-thru." Mgr approaches. I tell her that we arrived & came through the doors that were unlocked, placed a complete order on the kiosk and took note that there were other customers dining in. I did not understand what the problem was with filling our order.She gave the excuse that the doors should not have been open & that they closed the dining room because there are only four staff members on duty.I said it is not a customer's responsibility to make sure their doors are locked & it is not a customer's problem that they only have four people on duty. Regardless, its their job and customer service is their responsibility.The mgr became extremely agitated,rude and raised her voice yelling @ me she was not going to fill the order & to go to the drive-thru.I said her behavior & response to me indicates that my business & customer service mean nothing to her at all.She hollered back at me.I asked her for her name &a cooperate phone number.She continued to raise her voice.I told her that there was absolutely no reason for her to raise her voice holler @ me that it was extremely unprofessional.I asked again for her name & number.she stormed over to the register & hollered your total is $18.74.She rudely took the money&slammed the cash register drawer shut.She walked away with no response/acknowledgement of my very politely thank you.We stood there and watched them fill multiple orders. Complaint submitted.

I urge people to stay away from this McDonald’s located on Sherman. I’ll make this short and sweet. Not only did they forget part of my order, but most of the burger was raw. Don’t waste your time or money. Go to another fast food place. Unfortunately, I have to put one star to post this.

Stinks like sulphur throughout the whole restaurant and not the cleanest place to get some fast food. The atmosphere is not very appetizing at all. Quite gross actually.

Good service from the staff, they have humor to sell and above all very nice, really exquisite hamburgers and potatoes accompanied by bbq taste delicious. You earn a 10 company

Good service! However, what’s funny is the fish sandwich got SMALLER and the slice of cheese is half the size of a slice….they had the nerve to INCREASE the price.. Going back to cooking my own.

Not joking this place couldn’t get an order right if it was their job. And was told sorry for the wait on my wrong order because they had to make fresh French fries. Well I guess they had to thaw them out in a microwave then put them in a blast chiller cause they where cold and tasted awful.

We won’t through the drive thru. The guy that took my order was short, but food was as it should be.

It was extremely dirty, and smelled very badly. The bathrooms were disgusting and made the dining area smell like a giant urinal.

Ordered 20 nuggets, a large fry and 2 sodas. Awesome fresh hot nuggets- gave us a small fry... just wanted to go home at that point so didn't feel like arguing the mistake, but come on... how hard is it to mess up this small order. I get it, everyone wants to get paid top dollar to be lazy.

Ok so the food was definitely lower quality than I would expect from McDonald's, burger was overcooked to the point of being burnt. The staff while friendly aren't the brightest of the bunch, I'd avoid it there are plenty of other choices.

This location must've gotten a new manager, because the food was fantastic and the staff actually smiled. I can't remember the last time that I had food this tasty from any McDonald's. I really hope they keep up the good work!

It's McDonald's. It was clean. Order was quick. Would have liked some engaging from the employee, my food was simply set down at the counter, since I was the only one in there, I figured it was mine.

Best McDonalds in town. Usually fast friendly service, good food and get the order correct.

Had to wait in line for a while because the big order in front of me wasn’t told to pull up. Instead a large line formed behind them. Food was hot when I received my order but the dipping sauce was wrong.

Delivery drivers beware horrible service even from management hangs up phones when asking about 15+ minute wait times bad enough inside is closed but told to park at drive thru many other stores are great

The other mcdonald's around the area have better food. Unlike the other locations, this dining area is seemingly closed earlier than closing time. I can understand that, but don't know why it took so long for one burger in the drive through with one car in front of me. Fortunately I'm closer to other locations and was just in the area so no need to go back to this one.

The worst McDonald’s ever I wait for 20 min and my order never came. They have to get a better manager at this location.

Worst visit ever fries were COLD and tasted like cardboard got 3 double cb and they were cold slab of cheese was NOT melted got one hamburger and it was COLD I wasn't driving but if I was I would have went back spent 24 dollars HORRIBLE FOOD

I don't think they know what they're doing in this franchise. I ordered spicy crispy chicken they gave me crispy chicken sandwich. It's their custom here. I will not buy anything in this franchise in South delsea dr McDonald's. I have complaints but still the same nonsensical.

Fast service and the chocolate milkshake was really good. Everyone else ate Big Macs, Quarter Pounders, French Fries, and One person had an Oreo McCurry none of us had a problem with the food.

I like this McDonald's, there food is usually on par with the best I ever have gotten from a McDonald's. And they don't bother you while your sitting inside to eat or talk with someone. Good place.
