Terrible experience. Haven’t been here in months because the last couple of experiences I’ve had here were awful. But I was busy and this was the closest Dunkin to me. Ordered on the app for a hot latte and when I come to pick it up they tell me that their latte machine is being clean and it’s gonna take about half an hour for them to finish. It’s an ice cold day and you wanna do this now ? Ended up asking me if I wanted a iced latte instead. Once again it’s freezing cold out why would I want something cold ? When I asked for a refund they told me they couldn’t give it to me because I put my order for the app. So you’re telling me there’s no way you could’ve given me my money back? Absolute joke . Avoid at all costs .

I always place my order on the app before I get there so there’s enough time to have my order prepared when I get there. The last five times I decided to go to this location, my order was not ready. I didn’t think anything of it because it was busy, but for them to prepare the orders that had just walked in and placed them was out of line. Another visit I had once again place me order on the app, and when I got there they didn’t have what I ordered. So I asked for a refund, I used to work in customer service. I know how it is, but for her to tell to tell me that she doesn’t know how to do a refining and I should do it myself was out of line. SHE WAS THE MANAGER!!! I was coming to this location because it is closer to my job, but after that I won’t be returning.

My guide dog Kenny found his twin at Dunkin’ today!! 😉💙💙💙🤣 and got a super fun new toy, too!!!! Best work meeting ever!!!

Worst Dunkin donuts I've been too!! The donuts was horrible,it's been years since I've had Dunkin donuts, I always just get a donut or two from Wawa so I figured one day I'll stop and get there famous powdered with strawberry jelly. Well let me tell you there was hardly a drop of powder on that donut and I kind u not there was less then a tea spoon of jelly in the donut!!! Horrible and they want 8$ for a half of dozen!! I will never spend another dollar there. EVER! Also the "assistant manager" is very unperfesional in the morning, and very tuck up!! And talks to you with disrespect!!

I go to Dunkin three times a day different ones I can find a Dunkin anywhere everyone i go to everyone is nice the places is always clean they make my refresher and coffee really good don't ever have a problem when I come here

Ordered from the app so I did not have to wait as long. When I arrived I was ignored, I asked for my order and they pointed to a bag that contained 2 of my 14 items ordered. With an attitude, they pack the remainder of my items as if I was bothering them. The items were not as fresh as the other locations in Vineland.

The girl who took my order was super sweet, I just ordered a medium butter pecan iced coffee with a little bit of oatmilk. But, the guy who made my coffee, put 3 pumps of butter pecan and then filled the entire cup with oatmilk and handed it to me like there was nothing wrong. I'm not sure who would go to a coffee shop and order an entire cup of oatmilk with no coffee in it but I certainly didn't.

Not my favorite Dunkin but not the worst. Usually get my order correct. Usually they are friendly. It is easy access in and easy access out if using the side road.

To the eye, this Dunkin seems like a quick drive up, order and be on your way but unfortunately not. This location never seems busy which is great but every time I have stopped there they never have what I want to order. My drink always seems to take forever to make and although it does not call for sugar, my drink taste like a sugar substitute was added. The lack of decor or advertisements (or anything for that matter) on the exterior gives the vibe that the place is closed for business. I think it has potential to be more inviting and gain more customers if only more effort were put into it. Good Luck

I like DUNKIN because I’m handicapped and they offer drive through service. This particular Duncan is especially accurate and friendly with my orders

We use the drive-thru every week after grocery shopping for an elderly relative. 8 or 9 times out of 10 they get the order correct the first time.

They almost always mess up my coffee. Idk how many "L mocha cappuccinos" I've dumped out because they weren't what they were supposed to be. 5/1/23 Another messed up order, 2 coffee this time, I think I'll just go to a different Dunkin.

Everytime I order coffee from them it tastes burnt, this is ridiculous, it doesn't matter if it's iced or hot, it tastes burnt

Went there before 11am ordered a blueberry muffin and a donut...the blueberry muffin was hard and stale...the donut I gave to my friend said was stale too...I though the donuts where suppose to be fresh...they where horrible and I wish I took a pic of the muffin it looked like someone dropped it and put it back on the shelf...all crushed from the top..

At this point I just try not go here. Every single time the coffee taste HORRIBLE. I speak slow , polite and concise and they still get my order wrong. It’s the worst location in Vineland. Idk if they just don’t care or they just don’t know, but neither is good for business.

The worst. I ordered the side bacon and sausage wrap with coffee. The coffee was no were as good as I’ve had at other locations and the food tasted like it was freezer burnt or old . I was sick the entire rest of the day. They are the closest to home but I won’t go there again.

I go everyday for my avocado toast, glazed munchkins, Boston creme, french vanilla hot and a carmel iced; both with extra extra. The employees are ALWAYS friendly and they get you through the drive thru quickly; no matter how long the line is!
